The Granite Guy

Joe came to our home with his magic laser machine and gathered all the dimensions. We checked each dimension several times and was very thorough. One week later the counters were scheduled for installation. Jesse, Matt, and Zach showed up bright and early and began the process of demo and installation. Everything worked fine. Joe's measurements were perfect. We have a waterfall island feature and the seams turned out perfect! Our new sink was installed and our range fit back into place with no adjustments. Everyone we met with this organization was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience!

The whole process went very well. They have a large warehouse showroom where you can see the exact slab of granite you will be getting. They have many beautiful colors to chose from, it took me 3 visits to finally pick one. I was doing my island in a different color than the counters so they have a remnant warehouse for smaller pieces that I went through. Also, on display are the different sink options to choose from. You do have to purchase your own faucets if you decide to update them. I got mine at Lowes and had them at the house when they came to measure to confirm that everything would fit. My sales person was Cody, he was very helpful and walked me through the whole process. First, you choose your slab and sink, next they come to measure and you pay 1/2, at installation you pay the second half. We are extremely happy with our new granite and would absolutely recommend The Granite Guy.

Ran into a snag during the project however Bob was very professional and got to the bottom of the issue immediately. He took care of us and made sure we were happy with our kitchen.

The bathroom sink was our third project for which we used The Granite Guy. It was (by far) the smallest job they did for us so I want to speak to all three jobs they've done for us. We had our outdoor AND indoor kitchen countertops done by them in 2013 and our guest bathroom counter in 2015. We haven't ever felt the need to price or inventory compare since we did our research for our first project. Bob is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He knows his business well and we will be using this company for at least from more future projects.

Have not been treated this rudely in a long time. When I picked up my piece of quartz, I got to talk to the owner. As I was talking to him and the receptionist, the receptionist mentioned that he detected an accent and asked where I was from. The owner, Bob, replied, "oh, I thought you had a speech impediment". When I informed him that this was rude, he did not care to apologize. The rest of the experience was not any better, I had to call them 3 times a day to get a small piece of quartz cut. Staff is incompetent, except for the guys that actually do the work and cut the quartz. But with an owner like that, it's no surprise.

The work was performed on time. Installers were professional. Love the end look!

They were great to work with. Daniel and Holly were very kind to me as a first time granite buyer. Really appreciate their help as this was all strange to me. They were very good at getting back with me and the granite looks great! Will deal with them again.

Timely, responsive, and very service orientated

I'm a real estate investor and this is job number 8 for The Granite Guy (my wife's dream house). They have a huge selection - something for everyone. The sales staff was very patient with my wife and I as we oscillated between several different materials before finally making our granite selection. Installation was timely and precise. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Overall 5 star rating!

We were quite pleased that we were able to find a granite slab remnant that met our master bathroom countertop needs perfectly, including the backsplash. Dan was very helpful in making our selction and was able to schedule the completion of the job prior to the Memorial Day weekend. Chasen and Doug of "The Granite Guy" arrived within the time frame specified, removed the old cultured marble counter top and replaced with a new granite countertop. Their work was competed very effeciently, cleaned up their workspace afterwards, and Chasen explained the proper care and treament of our new granite countertop. We are very satisfied customers of "The Granite Guy."

We had a great experience with The Granite Guy. They have a wonderful selection of beautiful stone and the sales people are helpful and patient - I was in the store several times trying to make sure I'd made a decision I'd be happy with and everyone was very accommodating, Joe, who measured my counters, advised me that I could take part in choosing how the stone would be cut for a small additional fee. I was grateful to have that option and the gentleman who laid the template was again patient and friendly, taking as much time as needed to make me comfortable. The installers, Chasen Conrad and Doug Hornbeck, did a fabulous job and were pleasant and informative. My kitchen looks lovely and I couldn't be happier! We had a small issue with a late sink delivery which caused my installation to be delayed by a few days but the office staff worked with me to find a time and date that worked for me without pushing my appointment out too far.

I am trilled with the service I have received from Granite Guy. When Chasen and Doug called me to let me know they could come earlier than originally scheduled I was pleasantly surprised. When they arrived they introduced themselves and were so friendly and professional. I showed them the work to be done and they were happy to explain how to fix the items correctly. They were very detail oriented. They could have fixed the one seam that needed addressed but they looked at both to ensure the second seam was intact and would match. They also took great care when notching the wall to fit the wet bar. I am sure the repairs that I had done were not their "top sale" for the day... but they treated me that way! They were so respectful to me and towards my home. They honestly left the space cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend The Granite Guy because of their customer service and because they have employees like Chasen and Doug.

When there were a few bumps due to scheduling issues, the team went above and beyond to help us out. From our first encounter with Kevin to pick out our slab to Joe who measured to Holly and Angel with appointments and payments to Bob who helped me do my layout and the install team lead by Jesse. We are very happy with our kitchen. I highly recommend the whole team!

Zack and team did a great job installing the countertops. There were a couple of hiccups that were swiftly resolved and handled very professionally. I am extremely happy with the finished product and would definitely hire them again!

I had a very positive experience with this provider. The template and installation appointments were done as scheduled and there were no issues with the work. The price was more than fair. The installers were Chasen C. and Doug H.. They were professional, respectful, and did a great job.

I couldn't be happier that we decided to go with The Granite Guy! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and professional. We initially met with Dan and he showed up around and explained the process and let us take some samples home to help us make our decision. He was also very responsive to follow up emails. I had 2 or 3 conversations with Angel at the office and she went out of her way to answer any additional questions I had when Dan was occupied with other customers. She was super personable, like you were talking to someone you've known for years. Once we selected our slab, we were scheduled for measurement and install. The guys that came to measure were prompt and very personable. After the measurement process they got to work cutting our slab. Apparently the slab we selected had a slight flaw in it, so the owner called and offered a free sink upgrade to fix the problem. That speaks volumes about their customer service in my world. Once installation day came, Zack and Dillon did an awesome job on the install. Zack was apparently pretty new to the company but it was obvious he knew what he was doing and treated our job as if he was installing in his own home. The Granite Guy made the perfect choice when they hired him. Not only was he obviously proficient at his job, but he never stopped smiling the whole day. He might be one of the happiest people I've ever met in my life. You couldn't help but be happy around him. Of course, I'm not gonna lie, the beautiful granite being installed was making me pretty darned happy anyway. Zack brought Dillon with him to assist. I believe Dillon was on day 3 in his new position, but he followed Zacks direction well and was making every effort to do a great job. I don't know where The Granite Guy found so many awesome people to make my experience a good one, but whatever they're doing, they should keep doing. My countertops are beautiful and the experience was great from start to finish. I initially tried to obtain a quote from a couple of the competitors who couldn't be bothered to help. Looking back I'm so glad they didn't respond as I couldn't have been happier with the job The Granite Guy did from start to finish. If you're on the fence, take my word for it. You'll get top notch customer service and a beautiful product at the end. I would highly recommend and wouldn't even consider anyone else in the future!

Zack was our installer. He did a great job, like it was his own home. Cleaned up when finished, like they were never here. He explained the whole process while installing and after care.

The Granite Guys were awesome start to finish. There was no sales pressure. They supported our need to wait and when we were ready so were they. They came and did and installation, gave us ample notice on when they were calling and called ahead saying they were on their way. When they were in our home or when we were in the showroom, such professionalism was given. We really enjoyed their work and plan to call them again with other projects.

All old countertops were ripped out and and hauled away. New tops were replaced with granite. All was done efficiently and with no damage. The installers were all courteous and professional.

Zach was the Contractor who installed the countertops. He did a phenomenal job, and was very competent, and professional. I would highly recommend the granite guys!

I have been using Granite Direct for quite sometime. The have done work for my personal residence as well as my flips and rentals. When shopping for granite... be sure to look at the installation, as this is the most important part. Their cuts are percise and their seems are lazor tight. You will not be disappointed. I have seen the rest and would not use anyone else.

It went well, measurements were perfect. I kept my sink so a lot of dust when cutting sink hole but I was told this ahead of the installation. Nice quality granite and many choices at their location.
