The entire process from picking out the granite to installation was painless. Everyone with the company was courteous and friendly. The simplified process of an all inclusive price made things much easier.

When my husband and I decided to upgrade our countertops we began searching online and came across The Granite Guy's website. I had looked at one local place but wanted to search some more. When spending this kind of money my husband likes to look at multiple places. We visited the Granite Guy's showroom and just loved the Juparana Persia they had in stock. It was and is so beautiful. We decided it was exactly what we wanted. We went over our information with Marty and she prepared us an estimate. We also upgraded to the granite composite sink, which is awesome and upgraded the edging for our countertops. We visited on a Saturday and they were pretty busy but we had great service. We picked out our granite, sink, edging and set up all appointments that day. When it came to the template day, they arrived on time and did a great job. The installation team came 2 weeks later and were great. Jessie and his team were on time and very professional. They did a fabulous job and we love our new countertops. He was great at answering our questions and removed our old countertops and had the new installed all in a few hours. I'd definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

These folks were amazing! They were very patient as it took us 3 trips to decide which slab we wanted. Arrived when they said they would and did a great job of installing the countertops.

We only needed a remnant for the job, and the selection was great! They did all that they had promised. Scheduling was quick and efficient for the measuring and installation. They were punctual and friendly. They removed the old sink, and installed the new one. They left our bathroom neat and clean. We love the sink. It has totally upgraded our house. We were so happy we went back to the store and purchased another piece of granite for our other full bath. We again were treated very well. The measuring and installation was perfect! We highly recommend the Granite Guy! They were great! We are so pleased with experience and the end result!

Thanks to Marty in the office everything went so smoothly. She made me feel very comfortable, this was my first time dealing with. this kind of remodel. I had no experience with granite. This could have been an overwhelming experience, but thanks to her & the staff at The Granite Guys, it was so enjoyable. So everything from the man that came to my house to do measurements, to the template, and the actual install, was very professionally done. The 2 men that actually did the install were so very good. It was amazing to watch. My kitchen is now beautiful, there is no comparison to how much it has been transformed. I would recommend The Granite Guy to anyone.

I waited a year before I wrote this review. There are many people that write the review right after everything is freshly done and new and I think that sometimes they are still in the "honeymoon phase". By waiting I have lived with the counters and have had the chance to find any problems (there were none). We looked at A LOT of fabricators. The quality of The Granite Guy was second to none. They were great from beginning until end. Every phase was awesome, from the folks at the store to the installers. For me I only plan on redoing this kitchen the one time, so quality was the most important thing to me. The seams are almost impossible to find. I have had tons of people try to find them and unless I narrow it down to a six inch section they are never seen. I am so very pleased and would not only recommend them I will gladly use them again for anything that I may need.

Initial showroom meeting was a pleasure with Angel showing us where to look ; she left us alone and was available when we had questions. There was no pressure to buy. All items are inside making this a pleasant experience and they have more choices than most. We picked the granite and arranged to have the measurements made at our home. They arrived on time, made the measurements and answered further questions. We came back on a Saturday to confirm our choice and they moved other granite samples around so we could confirm our choice. Installation was on time and well done. Jesse, Thomas, and Brandon were efficient, friendly, and left the site in good condition. The entire experience was great and we would recommend this firm to anyone.

We had been to several other countertop places and called The Granite Guy because of the high rating on Angie's List. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the end of project we were Greatly impressed. Every person we spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We met Jared who gave us more information in 10 minutes than all of the other places combined. He educated us, gave excellent ideas, walked us through the warehouse and we found the perfect piece of Quartzite.They scheduled the template measuring, went over EVERY detail so there were no questions. They came as scheduled and did a great job measuring and answering questions and offering suggestions. Very professional. The installation was unbelievable. They arrived on time , tore out the existing countertops, installed the new, cleaned up and all in 2 1/2 hours. They reccommended a plumber to do the sink plumbing mand he was awesome. they called him as they finished up and he was there within an hour and completed his work in 40 minutes. Great work. The plumber was Bobby Estep with Beumont Construction, we HIGHLY reccommend him. The Granite Guys reccommendation for someone to install the Backsplash was the exact opposite, unprofessional, over prices and unprepared. We chose NOT to go with him. We told Jared about our negative experience and he said someone else just complained about the same guy and they would take him off their list. We found our back splash at The Tile Shop on Morse Rd, Columbus, ohio. The manager, Jennifer was fantastic. Informative and showed us why we did NOT want what we thought we wanted, redirected us to the PERFECT back splash and we purchased ALL of the materials needed, there. SO helpful. She reccommended Robert Shadwick as an installer. WOW!!! What a gift. He was professional, informative, helpful and a JOY to work with. We found a gem in Rob. He and his crew did a GREAT job PLUS gave us great ideas for remodeling the fire place, helped us pic the stack stone, installed it and is installing lights in the kitchen and dining room.We cannot say enough good about Shadwick Remodeling. They cleaned up adter the work and ledt the garage cleaner than they found it .All A's for the Granite Guy, the plumber, for the Tile Shop and for Robert Shadwick.SOO pleased with our new kitchen lighting and fireplace. We would highly recommend this company. We could not be more pleased with our new granite counter tops from ?The Granite Guy? in Worthington, Ohio. My initial email inquiry was answered quickly and in detail personally by the owner. Everyone in the company was polite, professional and went out of their way to make our buying experience extremely positive and easy. We were given plenty of time alone in the showroom to look the granite slabs over without any pushy salespersons hoovering around. However, when we needeed one, Anna was extremely professional and helpful. Del even moved a slab for us to compare side-by-side with another. All appointments were made during our initial visit for the templating, layout and installation. All costs were fully explained in detail without any surprise costs or add-ons (and the new sink was included along with tear out of our old countertops). Their pricing was competitive with anywhere else we looked, plus our new granite counters were installed within 3 weeks of signing our contract. They do everything from their location with their own people. No contractors or third parties. Jesse and his team of installers were right on time, polite, professional, paid attention to detail and went above and beyond with some on site fabrication. The hardest part of the process was picking our granite from all the many beautiful slabs on site!

Wonderful. The entire installation job took 1 1/2 hours! The three installers were professional, quick, and clean. Someone had come out to measure the previous week, so it was a very smooth process. I would definitely use them again!

I visited quite a few fabricators and went with Granite Guy because they received excellent reviews and they were so friendly when I visited there store. Overall the staff, installers, and receptionist and sales staff were very friendly, polite and professional. There is no high pressure sales and they do not try to sell you the most expensive granite. Their motto is they want you to be happy and want you to choose what you like. I was really impressed. There were a couple of mishaps, but they made it worth my while. On the day of installation Ben and his crew came in to pull out counter tops and install the granite. Ben had to call one of the employees (Dell) about the dilemma on the install and how to figure out a way to put the one piece in without breaking it?. If I remember correctly he had said the template guy should have never made it one piece because of the way my kitchen was set up. To be honest I was quite nervous about the situation. They did everything possible not to break the granite?Unfortunately as it went the piece by the back of the sink broke off and I was ready to cry?.They gave me the option to start all over and choose another piece of Granite or Ben said he would fix it and if I did not like it they would take it back off. Unfortunately that was the only piece they had in the store so I thought I would give it a shot and see if he could fix it. I was actually pleasantly surprised as you cannot see the piece that broke off. Ben did a fantastic job in repairing it. His seams are awesome. Ben spoke to the owner and they discounted the bill. Ben was very apologetic and was very upset that the piece broke off, but he made every effort to make it look almost new and he did?No one has been able to find the break on the piece. EXCEPTIONAL JOB. Ben has a great crew. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place clean. The plumber (nice person) they use came in and installed my faucet and hooked back the garbage disposal. My only comment about the plumber is that for the price he charges $250, that he needs to double check his work before he leaves. I had to call him back because he did not tighten the pipe and I had a leak. He came back that evening and tightened it. The next morning I noticed the soap dispenser was loose and had to go underneath and tighten it myself as I did not want to call him again. I called the office the next day or so and spoke to Angie to make sure that if anything happened with the granite in that area that they would take care of it. Angie called me promptly and said the owner would. No one has been able to notice that the piece was broken. I am a perfectionist and for me to accept it means it was a fantastic job. The entire process was a pleasant experience and I would use them again. I have already recommended them to friends. The only thing I would have liked if the owner would have called me after the granite incident.

From my first contact with Bob via email, to my visit to the showroom, and many subsequent emails to Bob, the experience was first class. Everybody was punctual if not early. When the installers showed - I expressed some concerns regarding the demolition of the old counter tops, and preserving the existing back splash, they were extremely careful and could not have done a better job with the demo (Thanks Ben) The entire process took about 2.5 hours and the little details the installers took to ensure a precise installation was incredible. Would not hesitate to use The Granite Guy again. First Class operation

I loved working with Granite Guy. Their showroom is massive and their employees are knowledgeable and personable. The price is very reasonable compared to other granite places. And I loved that it is one all-inclusive price. They worked with our schedules and showed up on time for everything. The installers were professional and did an excellent job. I love the new counters.

Great company to deal with. Excellent selection and variety in the show room. The process was seem less from the initial stop at their store to talk about the options and cost, through the measurement, installation and clean up. They even coordinated the plumber, Bobby Estep (Beumont Construction), to arrive directly after the install and reconnect all our new faucets, insinkerators, and gas cooktop. The measurement process was pain less, they were even able to accommodate an after work time frame. They even have an option to let you participate in laying out the templates on the granite, the results were amazing. The team arrived on time and put down protective coverings for the floors. Removed all the old countertops, sinks and hardware. Installation went very well with the exception of a mis-cut backsplash, which they corrected immediately. They did the right thing and recut a new back splash and had it delivered and installed the same day - even cut it from the exact location on a new piece of granite in order to keep the flow of the granite - can't say enough good things about that level of ownership and professionalism. I highly recommend The Granite Guy for all your granite needs - I know we will when we do our master bathroom next year!

The Granite Guy recently cut and installed shiny beautiful Super White granite in our newly remodeled kitchen. The owner, Bob, went out of his way to make sure we found the stone we wanted, the layout we wanted and the install time we needed. I visited over 12 other fabricators and stone yards and placed 3 holds on various slabs before going with The Granite Guy. On the day of install, the crew arrived on time and quickly installed the whole kitchen in less than 2 hours. I'm beyond pleased with the new countertops and the level of customer service by The Granite Guy.

This is the second time I have used them and all I can say is FABULOUS! They are accommodating, friendly, punctual, polite, and very customer service oriented!

The whole process went better than our expectations. The Granite Guy provides a quality product, quality installers, and quality customer service. I would gladly recommend them to anyone desiring granite in their home or business.

I went to The Granite guy to look for some custom pieces for my shower. I was in need of a bench top and shower curb. I know many people shop for this kind of thing on the weekend so I went early on a Tuesday morning. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I explained that I had been a customer in the past and I what I was looking for for this project. I knew I wanted to see what remnants were available. I said that i could show myself to that area. She gladly walked me back to the area with remnants all while asking me my name and what I had in mind. I asked for a little time just to go though and look and I was told if I had any questions she would be happy to help and she would check back with me in a bit... which she did. After looking through what was available I was unsure of what I wanted so I made a few notes and was asked as I was leaving what my thoughts were. Never once did I feel any pressure. I stopped back in the following Saturday with my husband and worked with Terri. After explaining my project she made a wonderful suggestion that will tie my project together perfectly. She also helped me select a piece for my next project, a built-in makeup vanity. Even though the store was busy she never rushed us. When my pieces were done I received a phone call to let me know. That afternoon I went in to pick up my items and I was able to work with the same gentleman who called earlier that day. He knew exactly what my job was and he said that the fabricators would load the items for me. I drove across the lot and the fabricator loaded my pieces. He was so friendly asking how my day was going and politely reminding me to take bumps on my drive home easy as to not break my granite. The Granite Guy is FANTASTIC. The exact reason I highly recommend The Granite Guy to everyone: Customer Service The whole staff from owners, installers, and cutters to reception and sales staff all so polite and professional. While they are very busy I always feel like my business is important- no matter how large or small the project. They have always been honest and knowledgable. A business is only as extraordinary as its staff... this one is second to none.

For marble and granite, we used the Granite Guy. The service was fine, they were fine. The workers were fine and it went very well. They were here when they said they would be and they finished when they said they would finish. They were very prompt. I shopped around and liked these people so I went with them. I didn't get a price for the exact measurement.

It was a flawless process. Given that granite lasts a lifetime and I have only one kitchen, I won't be using them again--which is a pity because they were wonderful. Instead, I gave all the information to a friend of mine who came to see the counters later that same day. She is planning a kitchen project where new counters will be required. I know she will be as pleased as I am.

It’s a fabulous company. Everybody is very nice to work with, their pricing is terrific, and they cannot do enough for you. They kept me on my schedule so that my kitchen was done in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about them. The quality of the product and their workmanship was excellent. From beginning to end, the company was a pleasure to work with.

Disappointed. Poor quality workmanship - Poor templating - Poor installation (no noticeable scribing to wall done (cut into drywall 2.5 feet long), discolored chip repair, permanent marker on finished surface) Poor professionalism - Installation was not what was expected.. i.e. ring tone of installer inappropriate with sexual innuendo; am fortunate my 11 old daughter wasn't there. Lyrics were akin to the following: "I'm so addicted to all the things you do when you're going down on me in between the sheets.." -There was also a perceived lack of consideration for the home. Feel that we did not receive the workmanship, nor the professionalism we expected. Spoke to company, felt they were more concerned with protecting their worker vs. my concerns (was reassured they were good guys with families. Not sure how the ring tone fits in with that..). See no difference between this provider or any other in town we spoke with. Cannot, in good conscience, recommend.

Great effort by the Granite Guy team. Every member worked hard to make this work. I am very pleased the way my kitchen out. A huge thank you to Ben and his install team.

We went to their showroom in early January to consider updating and upgrading our kitchen with some new granite counters. Everyone from Granite Guy who we met that day was incredibly friendly, from the front desk, to warehousemen we encountered as we viewed their extensive inventory, to Bob...The Granite Guy!!! The selection available was fantastic, and once we made our mind up about which piece we wanted, the process was very fast, very efficient, and unbelievably friendly. Then, came the price. We had heard to go to The Granite Guy for our granite counter needs because their prices were great, and they truly were. Next came the in-home measure and template cutting by Brian. The same wonderful Granite Guy experience continued with his courtesy and insight into final touches we might want or need based on what he saw in our kitchen. This was not an up-sell effort on his part, but rather finessing our decision making, which didn't add to our cost, but added to our ultimate enjoyment of our new counter tops Finally, the install. On time, professional, and with the same Granite Guy courtesy and friendliness we experienced from the first moment we walked into Granite Guy in early January. The guys knew what they were doing and did it well. Overall, what a great experience and one that will keep The Granite Guy in our mind for future needs.
