The countertops are beautiful and Brad and Jeff did an awesome job. Kevin Corl sold us the countertop and helped us pick it out. He was awesome. Thank You Granite Guy I love my kitchen and the top quality job you provided us. I will pass the word along to anyone I know that is looking for granite. The price was great.

Although we had a bit of a mishap on the wet bar, it actually turned out better than the original piece I chose -- and they gave me a bit of a discount! Also, they turned it around in 24 hours -- above and beyond the call of duty. I 100% recommend The Granite Guy. Oh, and thanks especially to Angel, who is the fabulous woman behind the men!

Dell was patient & kind in helping me locate and pull out large remnants for me to view. Angel was very accommodating with scheduling around my day off. Jason was awesome with templating. He made great suggestions and asked a lot of questions. I have almost no touch up work! He is very good! The installers were quick, efficient and conscientious. i used another company for my kitchen. I highly recommend The Granite Guy. They did an awesome job from start to finish! No high pressure sales and competitive pricing.

From our first visit to the showroom, to having the measurements done, through the actual installation we were very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and competence of the entire staff. Jessie was awesome during our install providing not only the installation but care instructions, He and his assistant were very respectful and took great care to be as neat and clean as possible. I would recommend this company and would hire them again for any other work that we'd have done in the future.

First vanity top was installed and after they left our contractor discovered a thumb sized chip, badly repaired, on the edge by the undermount sink as he was installing the faucet. They never said anything, just left. When I called them about it they offered a price adjustment. It looked awful and I wanted it replaced which they reluctantly did. At that time they damaged the wall. I had to have the plumbing disconnected and then reconnected for which I was not reimbursed. Our original estimate was for the template, material and installation of two vanity tops and I paid a 50% deposit. The second vanity was about twice as large so more costly. After our experience with the first vanity we decided we didn't want to have them do the second one. We thought we had some money coming back because we had paid more than the cost of the one vanity but they denied the refund. Our $600 vanity ended up costing $900.

From the very first visit, the staff was extremely helpful. Explaining details about each type of stone, what would be best for the use, considerations and details. They were helpful in selecting a material and finalizing what part of the slab we would use for the island. I really enjoyed working with the staff. The installers were really good, and expert at their craft.

My husband went with me to The Cabinet Guy "just to look." Looking at the Crema Antartida, Dell just happened to walk by and asked him if he had any questions. So they engaged; my husband was very impressed with Dell and we bought that day! Dell has been incredibly helpful and professional before the installation in our complicated kitchen and he (as well as sales rep, Kevin) even showed up for the installation. Fabulous customer service. Highly recommend The Granite Guy.

Excellent selection of product. Found a slab we loved and they were able to fit our measurements on one slab making it more affordable - it was a difficult slab to cut but they did a great job and it looks fantastic! Response to emails and calls were always prompt, the person who did the measuring came back a second time just to make sure everything was right. They always showed up when they said they would and worked with me so it was all done for my early Thanksgiving dinner!

From start to finish we were treated as valued customers. Sales, service, measuring and even the fork lift guy were all top notch. We picked out our granite a couple of months ahead of time because we were not ready and they were happy to store it for us. Install scheduling was both easy and accommodating with our schedule and the job site was 106 miles away. How's that for great customer service? Jerred and Angel were terrific. The two installers were both professional and courteous and really seemed like they liked their jobs and cared if they did a nice job for us. They wanted to make sure we were happy and left the area cleaner than when they came. Price, selection, pre-sale, installation, fabrication and anything after the sale were all outstanding. Could I have a better experience? Well, only if I got the same service and the price was free. My wife and I both recommend the Granite Guy.

Kitchen counters went well with the exception non disclosure. There was little communication in regards to what would be entailed for the plumbing other than; "you need to make sure all the plumbing is disconnected." There was no "heads up" to let you know new seals, plumbing products and pipes would need to be purchased and cut to be compliant with the newly installed products. There was no mention of the variation of width from your current counters and the newly installed granite. If you are not used to working with hand tools. Hire a licensed plumber. We were under the impression that it was a simple plug and play system. The best part of our experience was with Dell Quick. He was very personable and made my wife and I feel right at home. He was the easiest person to deal with and explained everything factually. If we knew what we do now, Dell would have been the only person we would have talked to.

They did a wonderful job. They were prompt and professional. The only major hiccup we had was that the sink we purchased, Blanco, came cracked. They came out and it replaced it again but it was cracked again! The third time they replaced it, it turned out just fine. It was not an issue at all from The Granite Guy but from the manufacturer who made the sink. Each time The Granite Guy was very responsive, professional, and took care of all costs associated with the sink installation. They also took care of all the logistics. Putting the sink aside, we got a leathered look for the counter-tops in the kitchen and then the traditional shiny look for our wine area and our bathroom. They look beautiful and was a game-changer for our kitchen. I was very impressed by this company!

Sales personnel in store were very personable and patient as I picked out the granite for my project - even as it was a very small project. We were able to choose a remnant very close to my original choice. Installation also went well. My primary problem was the templater. While the job was done correctly, my brand new flooring (installation was completed approximately 1 hour before he arrived at my house) was damaged when he dropped a piece of equipment on the floor. Despite assurances that I would be contacted regarding this issue, there was absolutely no response from the company.

The Granite Guy provided very nice granite at a comparatively reasonable price. The session to lay out our countertop pattern on the granite slab (Great job, Del!) contributed greatly to our satisfaction with the final look. Installation was also very well done. Our only caveats about our experience were 1) the initial visit bordered on peculiar because of The Granite Guys insistence on only pricing as a package ? with no ability to easily compare prices by square foot, and 2) they lack attention to sales process details and follow up?e.g., we literally had to make several contacts and visits to get our sink grid, promised granite sample, and granite cleaner. Overall, we are VERY satisfied with our counter top and would recommend The Granite Guy. Just be ready for an unusual initial sales experience and to follow up on details.

We shopped around several places looking at granite. As far as I could tell granite is the same no matter where you go. The difference is in the price and the service level. The Granite guy wasn't the cheapest place in town, but they were very close to the cheapest. However, the service they provide is worth far more. From the moment we walked in, Taylor and Katie showed us around and walked us through the process. They were very patient and understanding that this was new for us and weren't pushy by any means. Even the process of scheduling and payment were great. Thank you Angel. The templaters Darwin and Jason came to the house to measure. They were both as friendly as could be. And I really appreciate the level of detail and scrutiny when measuring. The installers, Jesse and his crew were as detailed and the templaters. They took their time to assure everything was perfect (and it is perfect). I especially like to thank Dell for his work. From the slabs we were looking at he knew what we were looking for. He found a couple of slabs in the back that had been sitting around for a while. They truly are the perfect match for our kitchen. They are much better than what we could have envisioned. Spending this much money is typically painful, but I have to be honest, this experience was actually fun and enjoyable. Everyone we dealt with at The Granite Guy was truly a joy to work with. Thank you for such a great experience and product. We highly recommend the Granite Guy to anyone who is looking for granite.

I waited over a month from the last contact to write this review in the hopes that the owner (Bob) would resolve our complaint.. During the sales process we were told that the granite would be seamed in the middle of the sink, and if anything were to change, we would be contacted; unfortunately this was not the case. We custom ordered a bridge faucet for our remodel that by design has a large void below the center of the faucet. The faucet was onsite for the install as requested during the purchase. As part of the installation, holes were drilled to accommodate the faucet, and it became immediately apparent that the granite was NOT seamed at the center of the sink as promised, but was rather offset by almost two inches. I immediately sent pictures to the office manager (Angel). After a bit of homework on the fabrication end, I was told that the slab we had chosen was just over an inch short, so per the disclaimer signed during the purchase, final cuts are at the discretion of the fabricator. Angel referred to the disclaimer multiple times during our conversation, and stated that customers are only contacted if full seams are to be relocated, not partial seams as in my case. When asked why we were not contacted as promised, I was told that it was not their responsibility (again per the disclaimer). She stated that it was our faucet that draws attention to the off-center appearance, and that she flatly would NOT authorize re-cutting the piece. She went on to state that she in fact speaks for the owner, and that her decisions are final. When I asked to speak to the owner, she refused to provide me a name or contact information other than a generic email address. I did reach the owner via email. Provided him the pictures sent earlier, and received a response stating that they take great pride in the seaming process, and are quite proud of their work. As for our particular instance, I received the following quote: "I can also promise you that outside of you pointing it out to people, the off center seam would be mostly overlooked in admiration of your kitchen as a whole" - with a happy face at the end. The issue we experienced could have been avoided with a simple phone call prior to fabrication as promised, at which point we would have re-selected the material. Instead, we were delivered a product that even the owner in his quote acknowledges is not what was promised. I guess if you put a smiley face at the end of your email telling customers to take what you give them, everything is OK???

Response from The Granite Guy
Hi [Removed Member Name] , This is Bob, the owner of The Granite Guy. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate all feedback, good and bad, as it helps us improve upon our products and services. Yes, it is true that you were told the seam would be placed in the sink cutout (and it was), but no one from our company ever used the word "center", so let's at least clarify that for the record. Another fact that you failed to mention is that you were actually home during the install and didn't even notice the seam was offset, the very point I was trying to make with my comment that you completely took out of context. Still another fact you failed to mention is that I sent you pictures of my own personal kitchen which has the exact same offset seam that you found so offensive. As I mentioned to you in that same email, of course our first choice is to center it, but when the slab(s) you selected were too short to get to the center, the adjustment was made. And again, we addressed this possibility up front in our disclaimer. You were given a way to communicate with me and I did respond. It was only when you asked for the owners personal cell phone number AND address that our manager declined to provide you that information. The email I sent you was very lengthy and took me a long time to compose and explain the fabrication process, I am sorry that you chose to misinterpret one small comment when so much effort went into addressing your concerns. We are truly sorry that you were not pleased with your experience with us, the last thing we want is a unhappy customer, but we do feel that no mistake was actually made in this case. By the way, who doesn't love emoji's :-)

They were great from start to finish. After researching the pros and cons of granite vs. marble; we visited several providers in the Columbus area, including the Granite Guy. Their knowledge, awesome showroom and professionalism helped make the decision as to the best company. The Angie's list reviews were helpful as well!. It took a while for us to decide what to do and how best to proceed . Marti, at The Granite Guy was excellent - no pressure at all but answered our many questions and gave honest opinions about what would and wouldn't work. A rough cost estimate was close to the actual site-visit developed estimate. The installers arrived promptly and the install went smoothly. They were able to raise the countertops to meet the height of the already installed backsplash, saving us another large expense of having to replace the backsplash in the kitchen. The master bath counter blended seamlessly with our existing large mirror, again saving us from another costly replacement effort. This team was respectful, patient with our endless questions and cleaned up nicely at the end. We'd highly recommend The Granite Guy!
