THEY MADE THE TOPPERS OUT OF SILK. I WAS TOLD THAT A SEAM THAT WAS PUT IN THE DRAPES WOULD BE INVISIBLE AND IT WAS NOT. THEY RUINED THE FABRIC WITH PLASTIC STAPLES. I WENT TO THE OFFICE AFTER CALLING MANY TIMES TO GET A RESOLUTION. I WAITED 1 1/2 HOUR FOR HIM TO FINISH UP WITH CUSTOMERS AND HE SUDDENLY DISAPPEARED. I WAS ADVISED BY BRADY AND MILES THAT I WOULD GET AN IN STORE CREDIT IN A LETTER. I...
