Rosati Windows

The company sales person (Paul), did a short and helpful presentation at our house. With the 35% discount special, our cost was $7410. We also got an estimate from Empire Windows who quoted about $5500 for the same work. We decided to go with Rosati, we just had a better feeling about the company & their windows. The installers (Mike and Rich) were very nice and professional. They showed up on schedule and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, and did a very professional job. They estimated two days to install all windows and the door, but with rain one day, they had to come for half of a 3rd day. They originally put darker trim around the windows, but noticed their mistake and replaced it all. I'm thrilled with our new windows and with Rosati! One comment however, is that I recommended Rosati to my sister, and she got somewhat of the run-around from them. Maybe they got too busy to come to her house due to their 35% off special in March?

Very pleased with the results. All employees were very professional - from the factory representative (Paul) to the installers. The installation took a little longer than expected, but the workers were very competent (it sounded like a ''quirk'' with our house). We had previously used another window company to replace our existing windows, and the difference in professionalism and quality between that company and Rosati is remarkable. Rosati was recommended to us, and we would recommend to others. We have even signed a new contract to have two existing windows replaced with a picture window by Rosati.

They arrived on time and cleaned up in and outside of the house after they were done. They picked up all the little pieces outside my house on the ground and even vacuumed the inside of my house at each area they had worked. Their workmanship and professionalism was great. I was pleased with the price and the warranty is lifetime. If a window gets broken (even if it's my fault) they will replace it for free. I would highly recommend this company for any window or door replacement. They did a great job!

They're very pleasant to deal with and know what they're doing. I was impressed with the quality of the windows, and their prices were pretty reasonable.

It was a joy to work with Rosati windows. The salesman, Mark Boardman, was well-informed and had a very low-pressure sales style. It took a long time for us to make up our minds, and Mark was very patient and always supplied the information requested. We were also able to independently verify all of his claims. The process for measuring the windows and door, as well as scheduling the installation, was completely painless. The installation crew, George and Josh, showed up on time both days, worked efficiently, cleaned as they went along, and ensured that we were happy with everything before requesting the final payment. Next year, when we replace our entry and storm doors, the work will definitely to go Rosati.

Very good. I like that they schedule for quality control to come & check out work several weeks after work has been completed. Replaced doorknob on entry door (it was dented) without any hassle.

It only took them 2 days to install everything. They were very polite. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. The windows were very well built.

I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST FOR STORM DOORS, AND THEY ARE VERY CONCERNED WITH QUALITY. THEY USE AMISH CRAFTED MATERIALS. THEY FOLLOW UP TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS SATISFACTORY.

THE PEOPLE WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. THEY KNEW THEIR JOB, AND THEY WERE HONEST. THEY WERE CLEAN AND FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH EVERYTHING. A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE CAME BACK AND INSPECTED THE JOB AND FIXED MINOR PROBLEMS THAT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW EXISTED. I BELIEVE THE COMPANY HAS PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

Excellent experience, from initial estimate through installation. No high pressure sales techniques, the sales person was knowledgeable about the product. The windows were manufactured on time and installation completed on time. The office and installation crew kept me informed of a small delay in starting the job and new arrival time. The crew was professional, personable, knowledgeable about the product and explained everything. Clean up was fantastic (this is a messy job!). I liked that the windows are manufactured locally, and the warranty is great.

Mike and his assistant was on time and very professional. They were careful and took their time to do a good job. Both were very polite and on time both days of the installation. Will certainly use this company in the future to have entry way doors replaced.

Rosati's employees were all very professional, patient and friendly. We had a limited budget, and the salesman we worked with made efforts to stay within it rather than trying to push us beyond our price range. The service and communication were excellent. The installers were professional, thoughtful, and did a clean job. The doors work beautifully and seem to be well-fitted in the frames.

Very professional organization from the salesman to the installers and post-job follow-up. A visit to their showroom will provide you with a great explanation of what to look for in replacement windows, and how their product is different than that of their competitors. Personnel were always right on time for measurement and installation.

Our experience was very good, but with two minor issues. When the salesman provided us with our first quote, he left off the patio door. We did not catch it until we chose Rosati to perform the work, so we were obviously disappointed at the increased cost, but could not fully blame Rosati, as we overlooked the missing item on the quote. The second issue was that we did not receive a call to schedule an installation date. At eight weeks to the day, a Friday, I contacted Rosati to inquire about our windows, and was told the one-and-only scheduler was out of the office. I left a message, and then called again on Monday when I had received no response. He apologized and scheduled the install for the following week. The installers were 40 minutes late, but other than that the installation was uneventful and took the better part of a day. The two installers did good work and did it pretty fast.

They were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us customize the side lights by going through glass patterns until we picked out a set that was pretty but not really ornate. They were right on time, worked well into the evening to get it done the same day.

The workers were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very clean and quick, finishing the job ahead of schedule. I couldn't believe how little debris was left. There was no damage to my window frames, and minimal clean up required after installation. The only negative was I waited over 8 weeks from the time I ordered the windows until they were installed, however I knew there would be a wait when I placed the order.

Excellent in every way. Fast, efficient, tidy work, good response to telephone calls. Good follow up once work was completed.

THE EMPLOYEES WHO DID THE WORK ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND THOROUGH, AND THEY DID A NICE JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. LATER THE COMPANY SENT OUT AN ASSOCIATE TO INSPECT THE WORK THAT HAD BEEN DONE AND TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AS WELL AS THE INSTALLATION ITSELF. I THINK ROSATI DOES A NICE JOB THROUGHOUT IT'S PROCESS FROM SALES TO INSTALLATION TO INSPECTION. THEY SEEM TO BE QUITE CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

ARRIVED AT 8:30 AM AND LEFT AT 2:30 PM. JOB COMPLETED AND JOB SITE WAS CLEANED INSIDE AND OUT.

Great experience working with Rosati from start to finish. Estimator, scheduler, and installers were all professional and seemed experienced. The installation took only a day, and the installers were kind enough to carry and stack the old windows in my barn. Our new windows look and function nice. I would use them again.

THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM WITH LOCKS MATCHING UP, AND THEY MADE A GREAT EFFORT TO FIX IT, AND THEY EVEN GAVE ME A DISCOUNTED PRICE. I CONSIDER THAT A POSITIVE MARK FOR THEM.
