Rosati Windows

I just thought they were extremely nice. We were not happy with the way the back door locked. A service man came out and fixed the door. They were fabulous and so nice for coming out and fixing it. I thought they were excellent. I will probably be calling them to install some windows for me.

It went great from start to finish. The salesman took barely an hour and was very polite and thorough. The job was scheduled in a timely manner in about six weeks and the total job took only a single day to replace about ten windows. We did have two problems associated with a window cracking and a window sill collapsing and both problems were fixed in days at NO CHARGE. We couldn't have had a better experience. We will have more work for Rosatti in the future.

They were all very professional and courteous. They had a very short turn around time from 1st call to estimate and it was a fair estimate. They are thorough. They were very punctual and efficient and clean. They explained exactly how to use the windows. They are excellent. The salesman also gave me examples of other windows in the area that this company had done.

The salesman was very friendly and professional, but I feel that I was steered toward doors that were not exactly what I wanted. I also think that the price quoted was artificially inflated and then slashed in half to appear to be a good deal. The price ended up being $1500 more than the company I eventually chose.

There was a long delay to installation and the installation did not go as planned. There was a difference between what the salesman said and what the installers did. Some caulking was not done. Rosati did send QC and repairman to correct the caulking issues and another problem that developed where many windows wouldn't seal when closed. The performance of the windows on energy savings is not nearly what was promised by the salesman. All of that said as issues, the windows are easy to clean, maintenance free and functional (short of the energy savings issue).

Ken & Dan, who were the installers, were very excellent and timely. Mike the salesman made sure everything was right before I signed the contract.

The sales rep showed up on time. He was friendly and gave us a detailed estimate. He did offer to let us come to the factory to watch the windows being built. We went with another company, because we liked their product better.

The overall job was very satisfactory. The team arrived within the time frame promised. They spent a few hours removing the old windows and did a professional job installing the new ones. They were very informative in showing how the new windows operated. An excellent job and they made sure the working area was clean when they left. The time from the original order to the finished project was well within the time line they projected.

The whole process went very well. The original doors were not available in size needed. Rosatti communicated promptly, and came to house with info re alternatives. Doors arrived within time period provided by Rosatti. Installation was very professionally. The installer ensured excellent fit, which took some time, as home is 80 years old. He had to tweak various areas to get proper fit.

Rosati installed our windows in 2004, so when we needed a new front door this year we went right back to our salesman, Mike Cabrera. He dropped off door/storm door books and paint chips for us to review before our first meeting. He offered good suggestions for what would look good on our home. He gave us the 35% sale price (that everyone gets), but also threw in a few optional things for free. We found the perfect door, sidelight, art glass, and storm door in the perfect colors. It was installed less than a month after we decided. The installation crew was composed of only full time, experienced employees who were the pinnacle of professionalism. The price was worth the quality. This isn't like other companies doors. It is solid, secure, and beautiful. There is not a busier, more accessible salesman on the planet. Mike was always available by cell at all hours to answer any questions. It was easy to see why he is one of the top Rosati salesman.

We received a quote about a year ago to get the windows replaced, but decided at the time we should wait. We researched Rosati windows on the internet and decided that when we would get replacement windows they were the ones to go with to do the job. This year we decided to get the job done. We took our quote back to the company, and they honored it. They came out to the house to get the measurements and had excellent customer service. They originally said it would take 6-8 weeks to get the windows replaced. In fact, it was only about 3 weeks before we got the windows. Installation took a day and a half and the job went very smoothly. We are very pleased.

We used this company for a replacement sliding glass door a few months prior to this new project. Based on our previous satisfaction with the job that Rosati did, we decided to use them for a more involved project (enlarging window opening - including removing, cutting, and replacing exterior vinyl siding). Once again, we were pleased with the company and their workmanship.

We had gotten quotes over a series of several weeks from several window companies (one of which is out of business now). Not only was Rosati the most reasonably priced, but they did not use subcontractors, and their salesman (Mike Cabrera) was a down-to-earth guy. Before we made our final decision, we called a neighbor who had similar work in 2000 by Rosati. He loved his windows. Three years after our installation, we love ours! The quality is wonderful; sturdy, no discoloration, bugs can't get in, humidity doesn't phase them, and our salesman spent 2 hours cleaning them for us a week after they were installed (perfectionist - gotta love it!). I have to mention the great guarantee, professional installation crew and loyalty they seem to have for the company. You just don't see much of this nowadays.

We are very pleased with the window. However, our experience w/ the door was less impressive. We ordered the door in May, and it's finally satisfactory in October. They first installed the wrong color door; then finally got the new one with the right color, but it did not have a peep hole and the finish was rough. When we complained to the QC guy, he told my husband to sand out the rough spots himself. QC guy did drill in the peep hole on the spot. I would not recommend them for doors, but would use them in the future for window replacement. Their specialty is obviously windows.

They were all very professional and courteous and did a good job. I can't say enough about them, they all did a wonderful job at my house.

We were impressed with the timing and coordination of the two gentlemen who effected this change in our home. Moreover, they made no mess, either inside or out, and finished in the specified time. Mike Rosati is indeed lucky to have those two fellows working with him.

We got 5 quotes for this job. This company was very responsive, their sales rep. was very professional, and they have a nice product line. However, we had a problem with the 35% discount given for being an Angie's List member. I would have preferred their best price up front.

They are a great company, and I hope everyone uses them. Everything looks beautiful;like a work of art! They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They were impressively worried about all the details of the job.

Sales rep Steve Carpenter was on time, courteous and polite. He was not pushy and aggressive at all. There was lag time while the windows were being made. It wasn't the greatest communication, but when I would call in, they were responsive in answering my questions. The actual install went off without a hitch, and we are VERY happy with our new windows.

We were very pleased with the windows and the installation. There was a scheduling snafu which pushed back the installation a few days, but they were still installed well ahead of my initial expectations. The work was done very well and the new windows look great (and reduce neighborhood noise!). The initial quote was nearly $2400, but we used a mail coupon which saved us slightly more than the Angie's List discount.

I would recommend them to anybody. They were punctual and prompt. I had a problem with the door so they came back out and installed a new door. I think the work was well worth the cost. Their sales man was very good too, well informed.

Steve Carpenter was the sales rep who came out. He was so nice and friendly. We did not choose Roasati due to the price (it was the highest of the 4 estimates we got from providers off of this list). Also, the procedure was the most invasive to our home (inside window panes/sills would have to be removed). Steve followed up with us and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Rosati does not offer a single hung window and this is another reason we did not choose them. It was a good experience overall and again Steve was really kind and attentive.

Their price was much better than other estimates I received. They were the best service people that I'd ever dealt with in all phases from sales to installation to follow up. I'd recommend them to everyone!
