The windows have made a big difference in my heating and cooling bill.

Very pleased with their work. I will call them again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone.

They had it all done in one day's time and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite.

I examined Rosati Window products at the 2007 winter home remodeling show at the Columbus Convention Center. Dave Schultz took our custom window order on 3/8/07 after suggesting how we could save considerable dollars over the octagonal window we first thought we wanted. We really wanted more light. Dave delivered a better idea for our consideration, symmetry, and 50%-60% of the cost. Jim & Terry delivered and installed our new window on 5/2/07. They worked quietly and steadily from start to finish - 6 hours. They protected our carpeted living room floor and kept from spreading construction dust throughout the house while cutting a large hole through our exterior wall. They cleaned the outdoor and indoor work areas. They left a beautiful window where there was once a dark corner. Jim & Terry are nice people. Thank you Mike Rosati (and the unnamed folks who built our window).

Price was reasonable. Came in and cleaned up after work was completed. They worked from 10:30 to 6:30, without a lunch.

Prompt and courteous. The paint on the door started chipping and they came out right away and replaced the whole door.

They were always on time, occasionally showing up before we were there. I was most impressed with their follow-up. They came out twice to check their work. They found something that they weren't satisfied with and had someone come out and fix it for us. They did not make a big mess and left us with extra supplies for touch up purposes. We had a great experience and I would use them again.

The job went perfectly and I would recommend them to anybody in the future.

I was very pleased with their work. They lived up to their word. No surprises. Very prompt and right on schedule. Clean up was great!

They were fantastic. The follow-up on every aspect was spectacular. They were very professional. They made sure to send a gentlemen back about a week after the windows were installed to check to make sure the windows were installed properly and everything was fine.

The sales staff was a joy. The windows are top quality. The installation went very smoothly and quickly. They are efficient and highly skilled. The timing was terrible, they were here 3 days before Christmas. On the good news front, we had new windows for Christmas, so we can't complain too much.

The crew did a great job! We had arranged to have the same crew as last year since we were so happy with them, but a back injury forced us to reschedule or go with another crew at the same time and date. We were very happy with the new crew that was assigned to us. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. The widows are pricier than other companies, but they are the best. Once we did the research, the Rosati windows sold themselves. The warranty is quite good too. We like the way that the warranty transfers if you sell the house. We also like the way they come out and inspect a few weeks later, and correct any problems. You can't go wrong with Rosati for windows.

Had several estimated for window replacement. Very frustrated with some vendors. Found Rosati on Angie's List. Visited Columbus showroom, met with sales rep, and was immediately impressed. Both with the quality of windows and salesperson. Next visit was at our house for measuring and final details. After finding the Rosati price to be thousands less than competitors, we decided to get additional windows, entry doors, and storm doors. Price was a little more than we initially budgeted for, but we ended up with MUCH more. Sub-contractor was extremely professional, and very skilled with installation. Install took 3.5 days. Windows/Doors were delivered on time as promised (6 weeks from sales date). Custom windows were built and installed. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

First set of doors: Wrong color of stain was used and Rosati does not check order, until they are at the customer's job site. Rosati sent out two different people, on two different dates, to just verify that the color of the stain, was not what the customer ordered. Second set of doors: Door manufacturer delivered this set. Quality of product (doors) was very poor (window molding warped, door slab warped, stain put on very unevenly) and one door wouldn't even seal when closed. Rosati sent VP of Operations out to verify the quality (or lack thereof) of doors and agreed that all three doors had to be replaced. Third set of doors: Rosati brought out this set of doors and installed them. Quality of all of the doors was very good and the installation was excellent. After three months, three sets of doors and two days off from my work, the job was done as it should have been the first time. That being said, Rosati was not satisfied, until I was satisfied.

The work was very good. He did everything like he was suppose to. After everything was over, someone came out and checked everything. I am having them come out again to put in more.

I had an excellent experience. The sales rep arrived on schedule, provided a well-balanced information and sales presentation, yet was courteous and respectful of my time and prior knowledge of replacement windows. The time from signing the purchase order to final installation was 14 business days. The spring sale discount made the total cost of this project reasonable. The installers did an excellent job. This has been one of the best experiences I have had in hiring a company to complete a home renovation project.

They quality of the product is excellent. I was somewhat displeased with the workmanship of the grids on the window and they had to be replaced. After the windows were installed they wanted the money right away. However, I needed the problems with the grids corrected first and I didn't pay the remained until the job was fully done.

I mentioned this to the installer and he noted that he thought it was odd that I wanted them hinged that way. I was shocked that no QA/QC took place to check to make sure either at the factory or at my house that this issue was checked. I expected a call from the Rosati apologizing for the mistake. That never came. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I had to call to see if I was getting my new windows. Thankfully I was. After re-installation there was a heavy rainstorm. Water came running into my house down my new drywall (I am remodeling my kitchen). They forgot to caulk the top of my flashing. They did not offer to come out immediately to fix (more rain was coming). I had to go out and duct tape my flashing until they came out 2 days later for their scheduled QA/QC inspection. Still no apologizes from Rosati. I still think they have a quality product and warranty, however, their installation and customer service from my experience seems to be lacking.

There was some confusion and delay in determining what product was available to replace our old door and at what price. Once that was sorted out, things went more smoothly. The door was installed the day after it arrived from the factory. The installer really seemed to know what he was doing, and this door was installed 100x better than the one installed by our home builder.

Eric presented product thoroughly and completely with no pressure. We also visited their showroom twice and were treated well by sales people who were there at the time. We purchased from a different company that offered windows with some other features we were seeking.

Fantastic! I love Rosati; they give great customer service and are very efficient! I had them replace six windows previously and just had them back to replace seven more! Their product and workmanship are excellent; well worth a couple dollars more!!

I thought that the price for 4 windows was extremely high at approximately $3,800. Salesman gave me a "discount" of 40% ($2,320)which made the pricing more "reasonable", but I still thought it was too expensive. I got a much better deal from another company at ($1,790) with no "discount".

There were a couple of small problems on the job, but they resolved them very quickly. They are just really good in every step of their process. I would also highly recommend my salesman, Eric Dotson.

They were the lowest of all the estimates I'd gotten. Everything was done within 2 months from the time of quote through installation.
