Their prices were very reasonable compared to other places that I called.

They did a great job. We had an issue with a sliding glass door and they replaced it. The finishing product was outstanding! Wonderful installers.

The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. The windows seemed to be very good. We decided to use another company, partially due to cost savings.

Work went as planed. Sales rep came out and took measurements then provided an estimate. I agreed and six weeks later they came out and installed everything. Very pleased with whole experience from start to finish.

We had a representative come to our home to discuss what we wanted done the week before Labor Day. We were told work could begin Labor Day week and an estimate would be given quickly. We received an estimate but with wrong information and asked for an update. Two months later, we had to make contact with this company since no one was getting back with us or to get work started during Labor Day week! After contacting the first time, we were told we would get our updated estimate and nothing happened. After the second contact...we received NO reply at all! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone ever! Because their price seemed reasonable and the work sounded like it would be great quality, we were extremely disappointed with this process.

We guess they are not in any hurry for work!

My salesman from Rosati, Dave, was great about explaining my options and showing me around the factory in Hilliard. The installation crew let me design the window casing and even incorporated rosettes in the corners. I wanted farmhouse-style windows and they gave me huge sills, and beautifully routered sides and apron. They always come back a month later to check that the job is done right. I liked the first 6 windows so well that I had them back to do the basement windows. I will continue to replace windows with Rosati.

I had no problems with them what so ever. From sales to installation, I was really impressed with them. When they originally came out, it was pouring down rain so they couldn't install the windows that day but, they came back the next day and did the work. I would use them again.

Rosati, as they were last time, was very easy to work with. We initially asked for an estimate involving more windows, and then decided we could only afford four, and they cheerfully re-did the estimate. The crew was friendly, polite and very tidy. When they left, the windows were clean and ready to use. They cost a bit more than if we went to Lowe's or a similar store, but the differential is more than mitigated with the professionalism of the sales and installation teams (their turnover seems to be very low; our sales rep. and the man who installed our windows also sold us our doors and installed them 1 1/2 years ago); the quality of the product; that they always leave you with a product that is clean and in complete working order; and the overall ease of the whole process. They have made loyal customers of us.

A father and son team came and installed our windows during the coldest days of the year! They were very efficient and did a fantastic job. Another employee followed up a few days later to inspect the installation, correct any operational problems and ask out our satisfaction. From sales to completed inspection, this company is very professional with no high pressure sales. The windows look wonderful and we're very satisfied!

They came right away, replaced it, cleaned up all the glass. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

The salesman was knowledgeable and low pressure. The product appeared good. However, the estimate, even with the 35% reduction they always market, was still significantly higher than other reputable organizations.

After the installation, they came back twice to make minor adjustments. They were very cooperative during the process.

I was delighted to find someone who could do this work; my first attempts searching Angies List didnt seem to turn anything up. I had resigned myself to replacing the window and called Rosati Windows; they referred me to The Fix-It Crew. John Powell came to our house and looked at this window and a couple of others that also need fixing, provided an estimate. We opted to fix just this one this time (my husband bought the parts to repair the others more than two years ago and swears hes going to get the job done, but ). John came as scheduled, was very professional, polite and tidy and the window now works great!

Rosati's estimate was outrageously high. Just before Butch gave us a total price, I mentioned the 35% Angie's list coupon. After spending a long time calculating, Butch came up with a total of $8114 (or $12,484 before the coupon). To put this in perspective, we had a quote of $6950 for Simonton 5500 windows and about $7000 for Soft-Lite Imperial windows. These other windows are arguably superior to the Rosati Windows; so why would Rosati's pre-coupon estimate be $5000 more? We saw no good reason. In general, we weren't impressed with Rosati's windows. Butch talked about their high AAMA rating of 65 (compared to 55 and 50, respectively, for comparably sized Soft-Lite Imperial and Simonton 5500 windows). Well, AAMA rating is mainly about storm resistance (not heat insulation!), and a rating of 50 is more than enough in Ohio where there are no hurricanes and many people still use old wood windows. Regarding heat insulation, Rosati's u-factor was no better than the competition's.

They cleaned up, did a lovely job and I would use them again.

On 9/11 I e-mailed request for service. Received a response on 9/12 and scheduled their first available appt which was Friday 9/21. Rep arrived on time and completed inspection. He was professional and very thorough and explained work to be done. He said I would receive a formal estimate by e-mail on Monday. By Wednesday I had not received the estimate. I was concerned because the rep said I may have mold and we needed to deal with the issue ASAP. I e-mailed the company and the general manager responded. He gave me a dollar estimate by e-mail with no detail. His estimate was way off base of the comparison estimates I had received from other companies so I knew he didn't have his information right. He said he would follow up with a formal estimate by mail. I re-emailed asking for details & received no response. The following Monday I still had not received a formal estimate so I sent another e-mail. I have received no response. It is now over two weeks since rep inspection.

We decided on a day. They called and told me there was an accident, and 3 of the 6 windows were broken. They had to re-order my windows. This was mid- August. After a month of calls with no answer, I finally got in touch with the salesman, and he asked how the windows looked. I told him they still hadnt been installed. He said he would look into it. He found out the installer had been ill, and was recovering. Another month or so later, the installer called and said he was feeling better, and we were just waiting on weather. The windows were finally delivered this Monday (10-1-07), and installation was scheduled for 10-4-07. I called late in the morning on the 4th, and he told me he was afraid to call because the windows were the wrong measurement. He said it would only take 4-5 days, because I was high priority. I asked if I was high priority before, and he said I wasnt. Now I am waiting AGAIN for my windows. Seriously consider whether or not you want to use them!

They were punctual, professional, and honesty.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THE WORKERS THAT CAME OUT WERE VERY DILIGENT, VERY CLEAN, AND DIRECT TO THE POINT. IF I ASKED A QUESTION THEY ANSWERED IT REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT WAS. THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

I wanted to have a deck added to my house and to make the project complete, I felt that the rear door needed to be a sliding glass door. I stopped by the Rosati showroom on Roberts Road and the sales person was very helpful in showing me doors that interested me. I wasn't sure that a sliding glass door would fit in the space I wanted, so someone came out to measure- twice just to make sure it would fit. My plan was to have the door put in first and then the deck. Well, the deck folks were ready before the door came in and I was afraid Rosati wouldn't have the space to fit the door. As it turned out they did. The door lookes great. Rosati did a very nice job fitting the trim back around the outside of the new door. All was done in one day!

THEY WERE QUICK AND NEAT. THEY PICKED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. I AM GOING TO HAVE THEM OUT TO DO SOME MORE WORK FOR ME.
