They are extremely professional and courteous. Got there on time and and got started right away - they did an excellent job in replacing them and cleaning up after themselves.

This is a great company to work with. We had some work done a couple of years ago and invited them back to do the rest of the windows. We worked with the same salesperson we had before and he was helpful and non-aggressive. Window installation went well, but one window had some problems. It was taken care of promptly by their quality-control person who came out a few days after the installation. There was a problem with some drywall work they had done as part of the window work and the Fix-It crew was sent out a couple of days later to compete and finish the work. Installers and everyone else we have worked with at Rosati are outstanding.

This was a painless experience. Sales rep, David Schultz, was knowledgable and could answer all our questions. The estimate of start time was intentionally conservative, but the work was done in a short period of time--well within a month. The installer was fastidious, in spite of a house whose angles and prior work were done in a very sloppy way. The appearance of the windows has made a dramatic change both inside and outside the house. The functioning of the windows is such a huge difference from the windows they replaced.

Job 1: This is a first class company from beginning to end. Steve Carpenter, the sales rep, went out of his way to show me my options at the Rosati showroom/company. He was most professional as well as very gracious. Questions to Rosati were always answered in a timely manner. The two installers, Jason and Zak worked non-stop over two days (one brutal winter day outside) to remove and install the windows. They were most attentive to detail and willing to immediately resolve the few, small mishaps resulting from removing the old windows. They were fantastic. They are also delightful individuals. The overall experience was outstanding. I love my new windows so much that I have decided to now do the ground floor with the very same installers. We attended their Open House to start our window shopping process. Paul was extremely cordial, knowledgeable and thorough in describing options to us. We scheduled for him to visit us for an estimate. In the meantime, we shopped two other vendors for comparisons. Paul's estimate was acceptable and we placed an order. A few days later, John came to do final measurements. We were told it could be 6-8 weeks before the windows would be built and the work completed. But just over 3 weeks later, we got a call that the windows were ready. We scheduled the installation for the following week. The installers (Rich and Mike) were very attentive, professional and efficient in completing the job in less than 2 days. They also cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. A little over a week later, Brent came to do a final inspection of the work and took care of a couple of minor adjustments. Overall, this was an exceptional job by all involved. We'll gladly recommend Rosati to anyone who asks.

I would have selected their company but I received a much better offer from another reputable window company due to an unpleasant experience with the sales rep. The other company was simply trying to correct a wrong situation and make their customer happy. When I called the sales rep back at Rosati to explain my decision, he was very abrupt on the phone and ended the call rather quickly with me. Since they did not perform the work, I did not rate all of the categories.

They were in and out. All of their workmanship was excellent. I had a problem with the sliding glass door that was damaged when it got here. Immediately, within a day, they were able to get a new door. (This wasn't anything that they did, it was bent, probably from packaging.) When they were done it was like they were never here, they were so clean. I like the feature of their screens, they are a one piece screen, so it's not something that slides up and down. Their pricing was excellent! I received three other bids and they had the best prices (and their windows were the best quality). I would use them again and have even recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with my experience with the company. Everyone I talked to and came to my house was very nice and helpful. The price was a little higher than others that I had received, but I believe that their quality would be top-notch. They took the time to explain everything and make sure all my questions were answered. I ended up using another company because a personal friend of mine had an interest in the business, but I would recommend this company to others. ($12,000)

They are always great, no problems at all. They did the demonstration on the window and how it works. They were also prompt, did what they said they were going to, and also followed up with the service to make sure that we were satisfied.

The Salesman was very knowledgeable and came out twice to the house prior to installation and recommended we visit the showroom to see the product for ourselves. They sent a second person out to double check measurements prior to the company placing the final order. The door came in several weeks earlier than expected and the installers did a great job of installing the door. They were able to leave my existing woodwork in place. The door was installed on a day with freezing rain and nasty weather but they were able to do it and cleaned up after themselves. Another person then came out about 10 days later to double check the work. We needed a slight adjustment on the screen door and he was able to fix that at that time. The new door looks great and doesn't leak! This steel door has the best warranty (lifetime) of any other competitors we looked at and the discount from Angie's List was a bonus, too!

The company that originally made our windows is out of Georgia and was impossible to get hold of, so I called 4 different local window companies and Rosati windows is the only company that would even come and look at the window ( obviously it was too small a job for most people). They showed up when they said they would, were very professional, and easy to work with. Their "FIX-IT CREW" does the smaller jobs and had my new window and locks completed and installed in about 3 weeks. I was extremely pleased with the entire process.

Service and product was very good overall. However, it took longer to make and install the windows than originally stated. I was told it would take 9-10 weeks, maybe less, but it took 12 weeks. Installation went very well and the windows look and perform well. The price I paid included discounts: 35% off plus an additional 5% off for being the first on my street using Rosati. I would never have paid the original price for these basic windows, but with the discounts I was satisfied with the price.

The salesman was very professional. He gave us information about their products, and then we arranged for him to come to our home to measure the windows and give us an estimate. We also received an estimate from another company. Rosati's estimate was lower, and the windows appeared to be superior. Also, the salesman was way more professional. He did not pressure us to buy at all. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the windows. We ordered them, and when they came in, they called to set up a date for installation. The installation crew arrived when they said they would, and finished the installation in less than the estimated time. They were efficient, and polite. They cleaned up everything before they left, and gave me instructions of the operation of the windows. A month later, they sent another person out to do a final inspection and answer any questions we had at that time.

You get what you think you are going to get. They don't try to talk to you into anything. I feel like their product is very solid. They were very responsive, reliable, and completed the work on time.

It was a very smooth an easy process, from choosing the door to having everything installed. The representative did a good job of keeping us informed. The installer was professional and finished much more quickly than I had expected. Both the door and the window look great and are a big improvement.

The cost quote was reasonable. It was a good quote which included materials, labor and installation. They spent a lot of time with us going over the various options, like if we wanted to replace it with glass, potential costs, etc. They were very professional, responsive and courteous. They came right out when we made our appointment and showed up on time. They followed up from the original estimate to check back with us. Because of cost, we decided to do this work ourselves. I would use them in the future to replace windows. ($3,800)

The salesman was not pushy...was very informative and encouraged us to seek other estimates. We didn't. We were so pleased with the quality, the guarantee, and the price that we decided to look no further. They only took 3 days to replace all the windows in the house. The crew was professional, punctual and thorough. We couldn't be happier with the result.

I have an older home with close to 25 windows that are original to the house. I had several that were in pretty bad shape so I decided to replace just those windows at this time. The sales rep, Steve Butler, was punctual and very professional. He did not try to pressure me into replacing more windows than I planned at this time. The windows were installed within the agreed to time and everything went smoothly. The new windows are great and are keeping my house warmer this winter. I will definitely be using Rosati to replace additional windows as I can afford it.

The windows were nice, but there was an installation problem with one of them. The window ended up leaking because the window was not sealed properly. They were very prompt in fixing the leak, and I was just pleased with the quickness of their response to this problem.
