Rosati Windows

They were recommended to me and were local so I decided to use them. I went to their showroom and picked out the style of the windows and doors. They came out to measure and ordered them and came out eight weeks later to install them. They came out after everything was done to follow up and make sure we were satisfied.

The process was very quick and painless, because they did a great job replacing our windows. We were pleased with the services of Rosati. They do fabulous work.

From beginning to end everyone was professional. The sales rep came and did an in home estimate. He was fantastic (I can't remember his name!) Rosati was the only estimate we got. After we decided to go ahead, I went into the show room to finish up the paperwork. It was nice to be able to see what the windows were going to be like. Again, the sales rep was wonderful. The guy that came out to do the final measurements was also great too. I worked until 5pm that day, and he waited until I got home at 5:15pm. It was greatly appreciated! He was also great with our cats. The installers were great too. I wish they would have been a little more cautious of the cats, but it appears as though they did a great job. I was concerned to hear that they are sub-contractors, even if they only work for Rosati. It makes me sad that our world as come to this. I would rather have paid a bit extra for the windows and know that the workers get good pay and benefits. However, it was excellent service all around, and you can't bet the lifetime warranty! Keep up the good work!

The original salesperson asked us to read aloud sentences from articles about how to choose windows during his presentation at our home. He also made derogatory remarks about all other windows. After deciding to use Rosati we called him and asked him to come out again so we could look at wood samples. He said that he couldn't give us a regular appointment time because he had already come out to our house but he could squeeze us in around 8:00 PM. I called the following day and asked for the salesman who had worked with my sister. He came out and we wrote the order with him. On the day of the installation, some of the windows were not what we ordered. A picture window came with grids when it was supposed to have just a border. Also a window that was supposed to be stained wood came as a white vinyl window and vice versa. Two of our bathroom windows were supposed to have obscure glass on the bottom half and clear glass on the top. But they came with the obscure glass on the top and clear glass on the bottom. Everything was on the written order so they said they would make the necessary changes and come back out. They said the salesman would call me about the picture window. The salesman never called so we decided to just make the picture window a plain, clear window. The installers did a great job and were very courteous, timely and professional on two very cold days. A couple of weeks later they came back out to change out the windows that had been incorrect. Two of the windows were still incorrect. The wood window had grids when it was not supposed to have them and a vinyl window did not have grids when it was supposed to. They went ahead and installed them and told me service would be back out to change the panes so that everything was as we ordered it. Service came back out and changed the glass just a week or so later. I called the installation coordinator and asked whether I could get a discount since there had been several mistakes. I received a modest discount. Although there were several mistakes, Rosati stood by their work and fixed everything in the end. I was impressed with their accountability. The installation crew was great. I think they should check the written order with the product before delivering it to the house. A serviceman came out to my house just recently to adjust one of the windows and he did a great job and was very friendly.

My experience with them was great. They had a high quality window and a very good price compared to competition. They were responsive and they followed through with the estimate. They did a great job on the windows.

They were friendly and quick to come out and give an estimate, also in getting the work done. Their responsiveness, punctuality, and the quality of the windows is good. We like the lifetime warranty on the windows.

We gad priced several places and found that this company was comparable. We went to their showroom and seen how their windows were made. There was no high pressure. We had them install the windows. The large crew were considerate and made sure that a mat was down to protect my carpet.

Everything was very nice from the beginning. The sales rep came on time and was very professional. He went over lots of options with me and also listened to what I had seen and liked from the website. After I made my choice, he worked to get the "one year no interest" payment plan for me. The windows were installed in one day. However, one of them was defective and needed to be replaced. That replacement window was installed in about two weeks(it had to be made). The windows have been completely wonderful. I made a good decision going with Rosati.

We went and looked at their windows and I was very pleased with them. I liked the fact that their windows have steel braising in the framework. The listened to what we had to say. They are willing to work with us with the color.

I would make sure to tell everyone to make sure they get a detailed description of they are and are not going to do before you hire them. They were just not very satisfactory to the work I wanted done.

A few months later one of the windows was not working properly. I called them and someone came out right away and fixed the window.

They double check all of their work and want their customers to be satisfied. The construction of the windows are superior to others. They always showed up on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They clean up very well and haul away all of the old windows and doors.

They were courteous and kind. It seemed the communication was lacking between the sales person and the actual workers.

Steve Armstrong came to give us an estimate. He was wonderful to work with and patient in asking my questions. I was quite pleased with the beginning process and was looking forward to an easy project. However, once the crew started on the front porch, I was quickly disappointed. I came home one day and it was completely crooked with the top porch leaning in one direction and the bottom porch leaning in the other direction. And the crew tried to tell my husband they were done! They did fix that, but within 1 week of completing the porch, three of the front steps warped and curled up. Additionally, the crew had never come back to paint the woodwork hung above our garage. I called and they came and replace two of the three boards (I'm still waiting on resolution from the 3rd) and finally came and painted. Paint job is okay, but my husband will still have to put another coat on because they used nails that are already rusting! My neighbors later complained that they had their music really loud all day and they kept dancing around instead of working. Not very professional!

They did a good job. The only problem was that they did not manufacture wood windows so I had go through them and another vendor. We had to have them re-made due to some measuring problems, but I am satisfied with the finished product.

The sales person was friendly and arrived on time. We did not like the product, windows are very bulky, and much of their window ratings are the same if not lower than some of the other companies. When we decided to go with another company, I called them to let them know. A few days later I got a call from the sales person asking why we chose another company and when I answered "b/c we just liked their product better" the sales person was very pushy and continued to ask me more questions. I finally informed him that I had said all that I was going to say. I thought the fact that he called me was very inappropriate and he was quite pushy for more information despite me answering his questions. This was not appreciated and confirmed for me that I was glad that we chose another company.
