I called them on a Thursday and arranged for them to come by on Monday at 0830 for an estimate. After they didn't show up on time or call with an explanation, I called them at 0850 to find out what was going on. The receptionist said they were running late from their first appointment of the day. I was wondering how early their first appointment could be if they were supposed to give me an estimate at 0830. When the estimator finally showed up over an hour later they told my wife they "didn't even know they had an appointment until they got in the office that morning." After they reviewed the work that needed done they left promising my wife she would get an estimate via email on Tuesday. After Tuesday afternoon passed and we still had no estimate, she called them and was promised an estimate by the end of the day Tuesday. After Tuesday came and went with still no estimate, my wife called them and asked them again for an estimate. As I write this on a Wednesday afternoon we've still heard nothing from them, no phone call or email. In the last three hours a different company has already estimated and done the work.

There was a bit of a backlog of work, but they did the job when within the time they quoted us and the window is fantastic.

We had three bids and this company gave us the best price. They are a local company who is involved in the community. We had a good saleman and installers. They made sure the installation was quality and the clean up, too! They were upfront about the price and the was no pressure.

It was a flawless operation. These two men really know their jobs & work extremely well together.

The entire process went very smoothly. Initially, the salesman came to our home and talked to us about their products. We then went to the showroom to learn more about the doors and our options. After that, the salesman returned to our home and we made our final decisions regarding type of doors and color, and then we drew up the contract. They sent someone out to do a final measure of the doorway and about 2 weeks later, the doors were installed. I can't say enough good about the professionalism and courtesy of everyone involved in this process. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything as they went. We have dealt with other companies in the past, and this company is far superior. I should also add that we are very happy with the quality of the doors.

We have a few windows in our home where the seal between the double panes seems to have broken so we're considering having them replaced. We looked on Angie's List, found Rosati, & called them to provide a quotation. (My husband & I had also seen their ads on TV.) The salesman arrived on time to their appointment and we looked at the windows in question. We explained that we may want to have up to 5 windows replaced but that it would depend upon costs and how much we had to spend on the repair. He said that we'd get a 30% discount right up front because they manufacture their own windows - that was encouraging. But then there were also several different fees he started talking about. One of the fees was a one-time customer set up fee that he said they charged to create a customer account, but it was $1,000.00. It didn't really make sense to my husband or I and, in the end, their total cost became higher than the other quotes we'd received - even with the 30% discount. It seemed kind of fishy, but they do make a good product and seem to do good work. We are still considering them.

Great. Knocked it out in one day. Back again a week later to check everything and fixed a ripped screen on the spot. Impressive. Gas bills drop $100.00 a month in the Winter.

I took the broken lock into the showroom to ask how to have it repaired. Within minutes, the salesman went into the back and brought out 3 for me to take home in case this ever happened again. There were no questions about why or how it broke, and the salesman never breathed a word about any kind of cost. He just told me to have a nice day and come again if there was anything else I needed.

I have an older home and nothing is ever "standard" size. This was very true with the doors that had to be custom built to size. The salesman was patient and helped explain the details. I wanted to replace 3 doors however one door is a very serious problem and I ran out of money without it being included. Some time after I ordered fiberglass doors, the salesman called and came out again to amend the order as it was discovered they could not get fiberglass doors to fit the openings. The order was adjusted and placed. The doors arrived and were installed within the specified time. The installers appeared to install the back storm door upside down. Rosati's sent another person out to check the work, rescheduled a time and came back and installed the back storm door properly. Changing the door order actually lowered the price. I thought the price was extremely high however the doors and windows appear to be great quality and I am expecting to see a difference on the utilization of energy for heating this winter.

Our representative was very nice and professional. He explained the product without pushing for the sale. In the end we went with another company with a lower price. I think Rosati has a quality window - we just had to go with the reduced cost.

They contracted out the service to another man who had talked himself up and they were busy so they hired him, and it was a disaster. He ruined our floor and created a lot of extra work for us. Fix It Crew was very honorable about rectifying the situation. They ultimately took care of it and took the responsibility by taking the appropriate action with the service provider who came and did the work in my home.

While the service technician was here, the doorbell was ringing whenever the wires touched. The installation went fine, and he had to take apart the doorbell and reinstall it as part of the door installation. We did not think to check the bell again until about 30 minutes after he left. My wife went out and found that it did not work at all. We called the company to inquire, and spoke with Dan who in turn contacted the service technician. The service tech told Dan that the contacts sometimes don't work when the button is put back together, and that it is not a difficult job. He suggested that I buy a new doorbell and replace it myself. Dan called the service tech again, who then told him that while he was here he had told me that if I went out to purchase a new bell he would install it at the time. That was an outright lie he never offered to install a new one, and if I have known ahead of time, I would have gone out to get one. They are now refusing to do anything about my broken doorbell, and keep telling me that I can replace it myself. For the price I paid for the door, I expected to have everything in working order. The bottom line is that the doorbell worked before he came, and it doesn't work now. I have not gotten a satisfactory response from them, and I do not want to try replacing the button myself. If it wasn't for the broken doorbell I would have given them an A rating and I would have been happy with the work, but as it stands, I would never use them again.

I thought they were very professional and punctual. They gave me three options that they could do to enclose the screened patio. I thought that they were complete and thorough on the recommendations on what could be completed.

The young man who came out did an excellent job. They saved us lots of money by them telling us we don't have to replace our windows we only have to replace the glass panes.

The company was responsive. The quality of the work seems to be excellent. The personality of the handyman, though, could have been better. He was rather gruff, unfriendly, although he worked efficiently. I don't expect workers to be "warm and fuzzy", but they should try to make customers feel at ease. The work took about 5 minutes, so I thought the price was rather high. But, the work seems to be high quality. The company should train its workers on customer relations skills.

I went to the showroom and examined the Provia doors on display in the showroom. An appointment was made for a visit from the salesman that sold us our windows. We were given a Provia door catalog at the showroom. The salesman came to our home, showed us the different styles of doors, explained the different features of the doors. We already had picked out the style and features we wanted and he gave us a price for the door. He could not locate his color samples and apologized, but we already had a color in mind so he showed us the shades in the catalog. We picked the color we wanted, he gave us a price and wrote up the order. He took preliminary measurements for the price and another person came out and took measurements so he could order the door. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks, but it came in sooner. The day the door came in the installer called and asked if I wanted it installed the next day. I arranged for it to be put in the next day. The installers said they would be there between 9 and 10 and they showed up at 9:30. The two installers were very professional. They worked together well and had the old door out in no time. They covered the floor in the house before starting. They pulled out the old door had the new door popped in place, had it leveled and fastened in place. They had all the work completed by 12 noon. The job looks great the door functions great and I am very satisfied with the workmanship.

They were professional and wished they would have used more energy efficient doors. They had to come back 3 times to fix the problem, but every time they have been pretty responsive.

This is the fourth time we have dealt with Rosati and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. As usual, it was a fantastic experience. As usual, the whole ordering process was pleasant and pressure-free. Our mid-grade storm door kept going on backorder (through no fault of theirs) and they upgraded us at no charge without our even asking. The installers were pleasant and professional, and they left the work site spotless. And the door is absolutely beautiful!

They had difficulty because the attic opening was larger than the new attic ladder. They solved the problem and kept going.

The salesman were friendly and courteous. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and knew exactly what we wanted. Installation went well and we are very pleased with the results.

They did an excellent job and were very professional at what they were doing. The windows were very expensive but very good quality. We only put in half the windows in our house and will use this company to do the rest later.

Originally asked that the old storm door be reused, but the men that installed the entrance door could not make the old storm work with the new frame. So I ordered a new storm door, too. Each order (the entrance door, and the storm door) were installed about 4 weeks after the salesman's visit. The men were experienced, careful, and cleaned up after their work.
