Rosati Windows

Horrible experience. They installed the door and it leaked within a week. Called for service and they sent out a service crew who said the installation crew had done it incorrectly and that they would fix the problem. We were leaving for Florida for the winter and wanted to make sure there were no more leaks since we had just intstalled brand new hardwood floors in the room with the door. I paid someone to come into the house and check on the door weekly. Within a month, the door leaked again. Second "repair" crew came out and said one of the panels was faulty and would have to be replaced. I again pay someone to meet the crew when they had the new panel ready to install. Still not confident in the door, I continue to pay someone to come weekly and check on the door. It leaks again. I was actually home for a week this time and called to ask for the repair crew manager to come out while I'm there to determine what the problem is. They could not come until the following week.... Again paying someone to meet them, we are now told the door was actually manufactured wrong (no "weep" holes) and that they would fix it. Several weeks later, the latest repair is made. So far, no further leaks, but we are still checking regularly. We have by this time spent $300 paying for someone to come check the door every week for many months, our new hardwood floor has an area in front of the door that needs replaced (estimate $200) and the trim around the door is beat up. All in all a horrible experience....just hoping for no more leaks!

It seemed like they did a quality job. There weren't any issues and they were pleasant to deal with.

As has always been my experience with this company, their people are fantastic - they aer punctual, neat, and professional - we bought windows from them several years ago and now doors - same very positive experience both times.

They were unprofessional. Their work was not done correctly which resulted in them making six trips to my home to finish the work. The glass they installed was wavy and after making six attempts Mike Rosati from Home Improvements By Rosati said it was how we were looking at it from an angle. The first windows they brought were the wrong size. They also damaged the trim and had to replace it. The project began in August but did finish until January. The entire experience was awful.

They did a good job. The windows appear to be satisfactory. They were professional, effecient and timely.

Great. My salesman was very professional and did not give me a long drawn out sales presentation. The project was done in one day. They had to come back out to install the blinds. The windows are just great. My heating bills for the 3 winter months from this year to last year were half the cost!

The salesman came out and showed us the information with regard to the door types and window types. We made a selection. Then, the person who takes the measurements came out and took the measurements of all the window framing holes. Once the doors and windows had been prepared, they all came out on the same day to do the work. They had one crew working on tearing out the old doors and windows, while the other crew was putting the new ones in. Then they cleaned up everything very well. Everything worked really well. With all the doors and windows that they put in, it costed us about $13,000. They were very professional and very thorough. They cleaned up very well and the product is really good. I will use them in the future.

Things were good. We would have them do it again. The previous year, we had them do our windows. We had a lot of damage around our windows from over the years. They were here when they said they were going to be here. I've had them come back to check out the windows, and he showed me what to do. I would have them out again.

They do very good work. The crew members on both crews were very good. I will call them for some additional work if necessary. The downspout was for around $1000 and the washer and dryer was around $200.

They provide excellent work. This is the only company which we asked them about windows for the rest of the house. They assured us the windows we have are fine and we did not need to replace our current ones. I appreciated their honest.

We found the sales pitch to be incredibly good; they were not pressuring in any way, it was simply informative. They were very straightforward about our idea on whether they were reasonable. They were incredibly good about that. It was not a high-pressure sales pitch in any way. They gave us a discount and it was available for a year from the date of the estimate, which we thought was a really wonderful thing. We were impressed with that. Unfortunately it was still outside our price range and we have not had our windows replaced at all. We were just kind of looking.

It was a great experience. They were extremely conscientous and careful. They came out several times. They came out to do an estimate and go over materials. They explained everything carefully and very well. They came out again, measured the windows for pricing and went over the contract again. A few days later, they came out again to do the actual measurements for the cutting of the windows. They were done really quickly, probably in about half a day. They came out once after they were done working, and then they came out a month later to make sure everything was okay and we didn't have any questions. There was never any pressure to get any more windows done. The clean up was also good. They were timely and came when they said they would.

They did a very nice and professional job. The people who came out were wonderful. They had excellent work ethic. They were fairly priced too. Rosati Windows is a great company to work for. I would call them again.

The sales folks were no pressure, just like the commercials say. The product was better than the others we looked at. Rosati offered wood on the inside with vinyl on the outside, custom colors too on the outside. They get an overall experience of excellent from us for a few reasons. One - they did the job they said they would do at the price we agreed to. Two - when I had an issue with the way the windows looked on the front of the house, Rosati fixed them without any drama.

I was happy with the service. We ordered the windows, and they came in two weeks early. They installed them within 24 hours, even though it was snowing. They also gave us a 35% discount for their spring special.

It was overall a good experience and they completed the work much sooner than I expected. One of the screens were torn during installation which was replaced promptly. After the installers left, I discovered that the back door did not slide properly. They fixed the problem the following week and checked that all the other windows were working properly and did some more adjustments. One of the installers caused some minor damage (tore a curtain and stood on a vent cover, breaking it) but the company reimbursed for the damage. I felt that all the issues were resolved and would use this company again and I would recommend them to others.

They did a great job. Two people came from this company and their scheduling was on time. There were two inspections after the workers left. I am very happy with the work they did.

Very well. We have noticed a significant change in the temperature near our windows. Previously we had air that made its way through. We do not have that at all now.

We?d had some experience with Rosati windows in our real estate business, but had never dealt directly with the company. We?d been impressed with observed quality, and had noted what we would refer to as an extra ?quiet factor? that we?d felt inside homes with Rosati replacement windows. When it came time to replace the windows on a 1960?s vintage vacation cabin we?d purchased (which had various sizes of old aluminum windows), we called the company and invited them to give us an estimate. Mark Million made the cross-counties drive to our property, and presented a low-key but very comprehensive perspective on the company?s product. We delayed a bit in making a final decision, but only because we wanted to give a local contractor or two that we know an opportunity to consider doing the project. One contractor, who has done previous work for us and clients, told us that it was a very demanding and custom project?.and that he simply couldn?t match what Rosati could offer, suggesting that we go with Rosati for the job. We did so, and watched fairly closely as the project was completed over the course of two days (a total of 12 windows). The installers (thanks, Dan and Nick) were prompt, considerate, neat, and helpful in all ways. The windows simply look great, definitely enhancing the rustic curb appeal of the cabin?.and they appear to be as solid as can be, easy to operate, and as energy efficient as we?d expect. The employee who did the full measuring our windows also was friendly, efficient, and obviously competent (sorry, but can?t recall his name). When you add the locally-manufactured nature of the windows to the company?s value and service, it becomes even easier to strongly recommend Rosati. Great experience. We discovered a broken window upon returning from out of town during the holidays. The window was broken in a burglary. Because of this, we wanted it repaired ASAP. I called several companies for estimates. Many companies could repair the windows for considerably less money, however, none were able to fix the window in a short time period. Rosati was able to send a serviceman to take out the sash and board up the window. THe serviceman then took the window to there shop, replaced the glass, and returned to install the repaired sash in the same day. Because of this speedy service, I was willing to pay more. I would not hesitate to do business with Rosati Windows in the future.

They did a great job. They are expensive but they are good so it is worth it. I was happy and would consider them again.

So my experience with them has been good. They have done everything that they said they are going to do. The price is competitive. Their communication with me has been good; so far they have answered all my questions.

I received an estimate, I took a month to review the estimate and then schedule the windows to be replaced. I selected a custom color for the trim and received an Angies' list discount. It took one day to replace the windows. The job was well done, efficient and exceeded my expectations.
