Rosati Windows

There were 2 gentlemen that came in and did the job. They were very skilled and did a great job of cleaning as they went and making sure we knew what they were doing. We are very happy with the experience. One thing that Rosatti does that I am really happy with is having someone else from the company to check the install and make sure that all the windows are working properly. I think that they offer a great product and that the fact that it is manufactured right here in Columbus makes it even better. If there ever were to be a problem it would be easy to contact the company and get whatever needed fixing done.

Professional from start to finish. At their studio I could see the various storm doors to choose from and made an appointment for measuring. They were always on time and very pleasant. The installer took his time and made sure everything worked correctly. He also had to add trim around the doors and did a beautiful job. The back storm door needed a longer sweep for the bottom than was provided and, again, that was taken care of promptly. I would recommend Rosati without hesitation.

Team showed on time, worked two days,cleaned up all trash and drywall dust. Rosati Home improvement team did an outstanding remodel. We have used Rosati on two ocassions. 1, 17 new windows.two years ago, and 2 remodel noted above.

Our roof was leaking in three different places. They came out and after looking around recommended we replace the ridge vent on the house and the garage with a different kind of ridge vent. The original one wasn't properly installed. The ridge vent was replaced and then we had to wait for a good long rain. finally it came and two of the leaks were fixed. but one was still leaking. We called them and told them what was happening. (We hadn't paid anything yet.) They came out and did some replaced some of the old caulking. It still leaked. They came out again and did something else. It seemed to do the trick so we paid up. Then it rained for a really long time and leaked again. We called and they came. This time a supervisor came with them He noticed that the shingles below the dormer were not properly installed. Again this was poorly done original work. The replaced the shingles at no additional charge to us. It has not leaked since. The only reason they got a B for response is because it usually took a week the hear back from them to get an appointment to come and look at the roof again.

We asked for a quote to replace windows in a Florida Room. The time and date was scheduled by the sales office. The sales person came out, and did a good job getting the information about what we wanted. However, he started to focus on the negative side of other companies, and spent about 30% of the time on why we would not want to use another company. (That is OK, but it starts to be a negative sale.) We decided to go with another company. When Rosati windows salesperson called back, I politely informed him that we had decided to go with another company. At this point, the salesman started telling me about how bad a decision I had made and bad mouthing the other company. He stated several time "I really hope you don't have to replace those windows again after spending so much money. He cound not have given you a better price than us. His labor has to be hired out, I hope you won't regret your choice." The salesman did not actually try to sell HIS windows, only tried to sell fear and distrust of his competitor.

It went very good. They come out and measure and all of that before they ever install. They make their own windows. You wait about 2 or 3 weeks, but they are beautiful. They do good work through and through.

They arrived at 8:00 in the morning, exactly the time they told me they would be here. There were three men and they started work immediatly. They help us finish taking down curtins and blinds and were very professional about their work. By the end of the first day they had put in the nine windows and cleaned up any mess that was made, in fact they left some rooms cleaner than they had found them when they arrived. On the second day they arrived again at eight and two men started on the sliding door and one man on the front door, When things didn't go exactly as they expected they were very calm and resolved the problem very professionally. My grandson (4 years old) was here and I thought he was being a pest asking questions and I called him away from them but they told me to let him stay because he just wanted to see what they were doing. The whole experence with Rosati was great and if I every need anything done in the future I would call Rosati.

I had a very pleasant experience with Rosati and I was satifsifed with their presentation.

They did a good job. The man that did the finishings inside took great pride in his work; very meticulous. He was very neat as well, which was appreciated. I felt the workers tried to go above and beyond for my project. They were rather professional and did a much better job then other companies I have worked with previously. They have their own installers, instead of subcontracting it out. My personal belief is this results in better skilled workers. The salesmen was helpful with suggestions and I liked they had someone on staff solely devoted to measuring. The price may have been somewhat high, but it was worth it for their quality and reputation.

Everything that they did was great. I have no complaints whatsoever. What stood out to me was that when they replaced the linoleum, they had to make several cuts on the flooring that we purchased. They made all of those cuts perfectly. I am quite amazed with the work that they did.

I contacted Rosati Windows in May 2010 after using Angie's List as a reference. Keith Jenkins came out, did an initial measurement and gave me an estimate - of which I accepted. I accepted the estimate because it was just as the advertisement says - they did not pressure me - but did take the time to give me all of the facts in a very proofesional manner. They also told me that it would take 7 to 9 weeks to make my windows and it was 7 weeks to the day of my accepting the estimate - that I received a call to schedule an installation date for the windows. My windows were installed on June 30, 2010 by Bret Blankenship and his team - and I must say that they did an "Excellent' job. They were friendly, took down the blinds in each room and put them all back up and 'yes' cleaned up after themselves. They also showed me how to open and clean them. I still have nine more windows to replace in my house and "Yes" I will definitely call Rosati Windows to do that install.

I have been very impressed with this company and service. At first, I was skeptical, but the in home estimate was a very good deal compared to other window manufacturers. We have used Pella in the past, but find the Rosati windows much better in function, quality, and in customer service. The price of this job was much lower than other estimates, but there is no sacrifice in quality. The company allows you to freely visit the factory and even inspect your windows as they are made. My only regret is that all of our other windows are not from Rosati.

It went well except that they had to try three times to get the bay window in. Finally, they had to cut the window wider so they could fit in their model which didn?t please me. It?s finished and it looks okay. They were very good, they cleaned up well, and they were very pleasant young men. I wouldn?t recommend them to anyone with a big bay window but if they have standard window, they are fine. They seem to get frazzled if there is something beyond their norm.

The guy came out and said he would get some more information to us in a few weeks and draw up a few designs. Several weeks went by and we saw them at the Home Show. I asked about our project, and they called me later. When he called he said that we could talk about the work but they weren't planning on coming out to show us the design. He said we could call the main office if we wanted to schedule an appointment. They didn't do anything wrong, it seemed like their level of investment was a lot lower than mine. However, they were very responsive to my initial call. I would probably call them in the future if I had a larger project.

This company was very professional, prompt, and did a great job. I would definately use them for other home improvement jobs.

They came in and removed the old windows then installed the new ones. They have a crew of about 4 guys and did the whole thing in one day, which was nice because it was February. It is all they do so they are very good and quick. I've been pleased with any dealings I have had with them. They always show up on time and sometimes even a little bit early.

Install went well and the installers were very polite. I've had a few operating problems with the windows but Rosati has fixed all the issues. I don't like the way the windows look on the outside of the house but that is largely because of the color scheme I picked. I do wish that Rosati sales would have warned me based on their experience.

Work was completed in two days, working in 18" of snow and with an impending snow storm! The finished windows are beautiful and working well; and trim work was completed nicely on the garden and the bay windows. The installers were polite & friendly; they did a good job of cleaning up the debris left both inside and outside of the house--despite the snow. Small hardware issues were resolved during the final inspection, completed two weeks later.

They were among three different organizations that we had bidding on the basement. I decided not to have the work done because it is grossly expensive from what I think the job is really worth. They were quite helpful and the salesman represented himself and the company quite well. They gave a good sales presentation and seemed concerned about what I wanted. They were very professional. They wanted to do it by code and do it their way, which I understood and didn't object to. The salesman gave me options and he was very professional. He seemed knowledgeable. I had to call them twice to get them out to my house. I had seen them originally at the home show.

They're very professional. We've always been pleased with their prices. We put the project on hold but will definitely use this company for the work. When we informed them about this, the company was very nice to us and very professional.

I first got a quote from a roofing company, which was rather expensive. I searched Angie's List again for window companies, was impressed by the reviews for Rosati, and contacted them. Their window guy came out promptly, clearly recognized the type of window required, and the quote was much better than the first one. Everything looks good.

They were to come and give me an estimate at 8AM in the morning on a monday. The initial time and date was different but they called me back and left a voicemail that they had double booked that estimator and would need to reschedule to this time. They never showed to their appointment or called to reschedule (again) or even apologize. Their "people may make the difference" but I couldn't tell you....I never met one. ***update*** In fairness they did respond to this feedback and sent an estimator out. When all was said and done they did not win on price but at least they eventually responded which is not what I typically expect with a start like we had.

They replaced all of our windows and the price was reasonable. They were prompt and they worked quickly. They did leave some debris from our stucco house around the outside and inside of the house. It would have been nice if they could have given us a heads up about the debris left behind. Also, when they replaced them, we were not told that while the windows are the same size they do not open all the way up and we do not get the ventilation that we expected.

They are very responsible. They were a little bit more expensive then others but they were very good and reliable.
