Rosati Windows

So far we are very pleased with the Rosati Windows. The installation appears to been done very well. They were very professional in every aspect of the sale and installation of the Windows.

Update. The first rain after installing the bay window, the bay is leaking a lot. We'll see what they do to fix it. However, it seems like it takes Rosati 4-5 tries to get something right. Not a high quality company. The workmanship of the installation personnel is marginal. After the initial sales meeting, Rosati sent out a person to measure the windows and door being replaced. A week later they had to re-send out someone to measure again. They didn't measure right the first time. When they finally came out to install the windows and door, the measurements for the bay window were still incorrect. They had to "make it work". They ended up ordering veneer to go over the window. They were not able to match (or get close to matching) the stucco they had to patch on the outside of the house, and did not seem to care that it didn't match. They came out to install the veneer and did a poor job. There were a lot of seams, unfilled nail holes in trim, the trim wasn't lined up, missing piece of trim around the front door. They finally got everything right after two more visits. Do not trust these people to do quality work by themselves. If you hire them, do not leave them unattended. You will need to supervise their every action. They will just leave a job as done and not do a quality job.

They were good and they did an excellent job. They were very responsive.

I was extremely happy with their service. The only constructive criticism I have would be for the installers to check all the windows after installation. A few of the windows were left slightly cracked---so it got a little drafty. Other than that minor detail, I have no complaints.

They were real professional during the estimate. A friend that loves them had recommended them. They were professional and very good at communicating. They were not the lowest quote of some of the quotes that I got. They were not outrageous or anything but they were too high of a quote for us.

The work took a bit longer than anticipated. I haven't been shown how to clean the windows yet, but other than they have been great and I can feel a temperature difference in my office.

They were excellent. They had two installers. One of them had over 20 years of experience. Both of the installers did an excellent job. We got estimates from three companies, and Roast was the best company and had the lowest price of all of them. They offered a lifetime guarantee, and the whole experience was great. The men were very courteous and un-disruptive. They are sending out an inspector soon.

They did a great job, was responsive to our request, and help us finish on time.

Our sales rep, Steve Love, showed up on time for the quote and told us what to expect. We had been to the show room and seen the windows up close. While installing, it was discovered that the door hadn't been made correctly so they just went to their warehouse where it was manufactured and corrected the situation. It was still installed on time and it is perfect. So glad we chose Rosati and can't wait to have them install more windows in our home.

I had them come for an estimate previously, but I chose not to follow through with the project. I chose to consider them again when I was ready to follow through. The company accommodated my request to have the same estimator out, which I really appreciated. They replaced the window without any issues! The quote barely changed from 2008 to 2010. Once I?m able to afford it, I will certainly have them replace the rest of the windows.

Excellent salesman, phone contact, installers, and inspector. Installers left the property cleaner than before the work! This is our third purchase from Rosati, and all experiences have been very positive.

Every phase of the project went extremely well. From our initial contacts with Steve Carpenter, the sales person, to working over the course of the week with the two installers, we were impressed. A carpenter replacing our cedar exterior siding immediately after the window installation commented on the quality of the window installation and trim work done by the Rosati installers. These guys are the best. Even better, their pricing was very comparable with other top rated companies. We've had past work done by Rosati's related companies, Rooms of Distinction and Home Improvement by Rosati, plus entry doors purchased and installed through Rosati Windows. As this one, all these jobs were handled with the utmost of professionalism.

They've done an excellent job and continue to do so. We like how they come back to review the installation and check the fixtures to make sure everything was installed properly.

Their prices were reasonable. The quality of work they did was good. They did a really good job. We had somebody else do a couple of windows, and we had to keep calling them to fix them, but I have never had a problem with the windows fixed by Rosati. Everybody from Rosati was friendly, and they stuck to their business while they were doing the work. They were nice but not too friendly. They did their business very well.

This is the third time we have worked with Rosati. We have now replaced all of our windows and most of the doors, and we are very very satisfied. I would like to especially sing the praises of James Allen, the lead installer. This man takes great pride in his work, and refuses to settle for anything less than the highest quality installation. He had some frustrationss taking out the picture window (and had to fight some old and very long nails!), but the final job is just beautiful. It is superior work all around. His two co-workers were also outstanding and helped clean up everything. The new doors look wonderful and the added insulation should help our heating bill.

It took several weeks to get a quote which should have been an indicator of what else could go wrong. Work took longer to complete than promised and only with our continued contact to the company. Workers did not arrive when scheduled, did not know what they were to do at times as their work list did not match what we contracted for and some days, no one appeared. After 5 weeks, work was finally completed when it was scheduled to be done in one week. Felt that someone from the company should have been following up with us on how it was going and been more customer service oriented to complete the project as agreed to when we signed the contract. When contracting with a company who uses several contractors, make sure you are available on-site for the completion of the project.

There was more work involved than originally anticipated. The job was expected to take a week and ended up taking several weeks. We had problems with the quality of the drywall work, painting and trim. Rosati did correct these problems. My wife and I felt the salesman wasn't communicative enough throughout the process. In the end, the work was good and the ceiling looked good. The electrical contractor that Rosati used, Rightway, were very good and helped get Rosati's attention to fix some problems that arose.

Prices were comparable on electronics.. on the high end for everything else based on bids I got...

The installers installed the doors, and all went well. They offered to add a vinyl cover for the base wood plate under the step, which saved me from having to repaint it. It was beginning to rot anyway. They were professional and courteous, and did a good job. The only thing was they didn't caulk the trim around the inside front door. They came out after the quality inspection and completed the caulking as requested. The doors are good quality. The wait time from order placement to installation was 7 weeks. The quality inspection occured 3 weeks after installation, and we had to wait 2 weeks for them to order caulking for the door trim. All-in-all, the wait times for things seems a bit excessive and frustrating, but the results are top quality. If possible, reducing wait times would take the experience from good to great.

They did an excellent job. I had no problems with them whatsoever. They came to my house to take the measurements. We signed a contract, and they ordered the windows and set up a date for installation. They did the install with no problem at all.

It turned out that I got better windows at a better price than other companies. It was probably $500 less. They are triple pain windows. They did a real good job. They were picky about how they caulked everything. They picked up the yard. I had the old casement windows which were hard to take out and it looked really good after they were all finished.

The service cost me $1200. They were responsive, professional, and clean at doing their job. They did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

They quoted me an estimated price of $300 or more to replace a window in the back of my home. This comes with a 5 year warranty. I didn't care for the salesman's personality; he was a bit sarcastic and made some inappropriate comments toward my daughter and me. Due to his attitude, I have chosen not to use Roasti.

Excellent service and work. From the sales consultant, to visiting the show room and factory to the day they did the installation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We met Mark Million, the sales rep, at the home and garden show. When he came out to our house, it was not high pressure sales like the other 4 companies we had looked at. We went out to their showroom for an open house to see the patio door and the beige color we wanted. We called him back after a couple of months to finalize the contract. They told us it would be 8-10 weeks before the windows would be done. They started the installation on Thursday July 29, 2010 about 8 weeks after they were ordered. They were an 1 hour late getting there on the first day, however they had everything installed by 5:30pm. The second day they did all of the trim work. They both worked very quickly and cleaned up after themselves.
