Rosati Windows

We had heard of the reputation of Rosati and went directly to the showroom for a quote using information (quote & measurements) we had from another company. When we saw the quality of the windows and the price overall, we decided to use the company. The process was started at the end of October, 2011 and the replacement was done on December 1, 2011. The workers (3) arrived on time and worked all day and a little bit the next day to complete the job (there were minor finishing needs outside that couldn't be done on day 1 due to shorter daylight time). They cleaned up all of their mess both inside and outside. The workers were polite and experienced. The only glitch was that the new screen door for the patio door had a small hole in it. A replacement came two weeks later and the installation person found that the frame had a slight dent in it. The third door came three more weeks later (holidays caused longer delay) and it's just fine. There were no questions asked about the replacement--they were happy to make it right.

They were excellent. They kept me updated on who would be coming by so I would know they were from Rosati. They cleaned up after themselves very well. The crew was very nice. They were very efficient, and they got the job done in no time.

They are a local company. I spent about $2,000. I had a good experience with them. I had received quotes from three other companies. However, I decided to use this company because they are local and they contribute quite a bit to the community. They made a product and did the job well. I am satisfied with the doors. They were cheaper than the other companies. I would use them again in the future.

I haven’t had any electrical or plumbing work or anything of that sort done by them. They did just the door and they did a great job. They had a package deal and I don’t remember what their charges were. I would absolutely recommend them to the others without any hesitation. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

The sales representative was very thorough and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We found Rosati Windows to be reasonably priced and excellent workmanship, From start to finish everyone was very responsive and conscientious.and did quality work.

I think they did a great job. It was a great company to do business with.

They were excellent and their workmen were excellent. They were in and out, cleaned up and were just very good. They were a pleasant company and delivered the product. I liked them all the way through and the quality was excellent. I will use them again in future.

We approached Rosati home improvement about remodeling our kitchen. They were one of several companies we contacted for estimates. The original meeting went fine, the representative was responsive and listened to our ideas. He said he would put together a preliminary design and get back to us. We never heard from him again. About 2 weeks after the initial visit, I called Rosati to get an update and was told he would be set a meeting to go over the initial design in about a week. We have not heard anything since.

Steve arrived at the agreed upon time. As soon as he arrived, my husband led him into our dining room to show him one of only three windows in our home in which the seal was broken. He immediately informed us that rather than replacing all 20+ windows, we could have someone replace the glass in the three faulty windows, thus, saving us a lot of money. We were not aware this was an option until he told us. As Rosati does not perform this type of work, Steve provided us with the name of a company that does and suggested we consider contacting them for an estimate. In the meantime, we asked Steve to stay and provide us with his presentation on Rosati windows. He did so and was very informative and professional without the high pressure sales tactics. After contacting the glass company for an estimate, we decided to do just that and only replace the glass in the faulty windows. Steve's honesty and information saved us thousands of dollars. When it is time to replace our windows, we definitely plan to contact Steve at Rosati.

Every deal we had with them has been wonderful. They did our downstairs windows a few years ago. They are wonderful people and did real professional job. The guy came in and did it in five minutes and had the window in working order. Now the cats can look out of the window and feel very happy. The last time they came they just adjusted the window. They did a great job of it. I was not here when they came. We like them very much. The guy who did the estimate for our original windows was very sensitive to the aesthetics that I wanted to maintain. Asethetics is very important to me. When I told him that I wanted to get a couple of double hung windows in the dining room he reminded me of my desire of wanting to see the tree outside the dining room window and if I had the double hung window that would prevent the view of the tree and asked whether I am sure I needed it. I thought it was the most sensitive thing he could have done. That was just great. That was years ago that we did that and the windows are just great and that is why we called them again for the cat window. Now we need some indoor doors and so we will use them again real soon.

We called for an estimate to have 25 windows replaced in our home. Our salesperson was right on time and very thorough in answering all our questions and concerns. There was no pressure to buy from them. When the installers arrived, they were punctual and very courteous of our schedule. They removed our old windows and installed the new ones, caulked inside and out, and replaced our old trim with new vinyl trim. They cleaned up all the debris from the old windows, including disposing of the old windows, and vacuumed any debris on the inside. The caulking was very neat and professional. After installation was finished, a demonstration of how the windows worked was given. A few weeks later, a representative of the company came to our home to do a walk through, checking every window to make sure that it opened and closed correctly,checking for any defects in the glass, and to see if we had any problems or complaints. This company is very professional and cares about their product. I am totally satisfied with these windows. In the first week after they were installed, we had 35 mph winds and my home was warm with no drafts. I have absolutely nothing but praise for this company, from the sales staff, the installers, and the inspectors, as they all go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. Went with Rosati after researching other window companies. Rosati measured, manufactured and installed these custom fit windows for one all inclusive price. They actually had them ready well before the promise date. Installation was on time and very high quality. Windows are everything we expected - very high quality. Rosati also sent an inspector out to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and the same person who inspected also came back out to make corrections where we did find problems. We will purchase additional windows next year to finish upgrading from our old windows - and we would not use anyone but Rosati to provide the new windows.

I visited Rosati's showroom to look at windows. The salesman wasn't very helpful. However, since Rosati gets such high ratings on Angie's List, I went ahead and decided on a window and ordered it. NOTE: they charge you an initial fee for your first window only. The salesperson said something about account setup, but at the time I didn't figure it mattered since I had 5 other windows to replace when ready. They sent someone to measure for the window. Surprise, the person measuring the window was the salesman. We talked about whether it should be a 2 pane or 3 pane window. Again, he didn't offer much advice, and I felt I was on my own making the decision. The rest of the project went smoothly, re-measure, installation and final inspection. However, one thing Rosati doesn't tell you when they make you a window is that they reduce the size of the window by about 4 inches off each side of the your opening so that their window fits in your existing opening. Look at any of the windows in your house (if they are not Rosati's), and you can see the side jambs are only 1 or 2 inches. Where I previously had a large window with a good view, I now have an average sized window and all I see are is window hardware - grids, rails, side jams. When I mentioned to the installers that the window looked so small, they said that lots of people told them that. Hmm, why don't they mention that this happens up front during the sale, measuring or re-measuring process? I'm very disappointed with the look and size of the new window, the room is darker than it was before, I lost the view to my backyard and wish I had my old window back. I will not use Rosati when replacing any more windows, I will not recommend Rosati to anyone else, and I am now one of those people who needs a replacement for their replacement.

They put teams out all day and there was continual work done all day. There was no waiting around to see what was to be done next. They were a very experienced team of installers and did a great job. They are top of the line and I will use them again in the future.

They have a very good warranty on their windows. They seem like they are an excellent company so far. The lady that rents my property even talks about nice and courtesy they were when they were over. They do their own manufacturing of windows. They should be putting them in in the couple weeks.

The arrived as scheduled and had all of the windows replaced in a matter of a few hours. When they left the windows looked great and they enhanced the exterior view of our home. We've had the windows for just shy of 10 years and we are still pleased with them. One window developed a crack a few years back and Rosati replaced it with no question and within a couple of days of us calling them. Another window developed a leak and began having condensation between the panes - again, they replaced it quickly and with no hassle. We have recommended Rosati to a couple of acquaintances who have also purchased windows for their homes and they were also satisfied. We have no reservations about recommending Rosati Windows. We'll be replacing our front door soon and will likely use them again so look for another review by us.

They were great. Everything was completed before they said it would be. They were professional and very efficient.

It went fantastic, they do great work. Friendly and very professional couldn't be happier.

Everything was really great and I would recommend them to anybody. I'm really happy with my windows. The windows come with a lifetime warranty which is really comforting to know in case any problems might come up. After they complete the job, they send someone out to look at it to be sure everything was done correctly and reinforce that if I noticed anything to please call. They had great customer service and the price was reasonable.

Rosati replaced all the windows and a sliding glass door in our home. Our salesman worked with us to find the most cost effective way to replace the windows. He gave us more than one estimate depending on the type of window to help with our decision making. No pressure either, just gave us the facts so we could decide. We had more than one estimate but I thought the quality of the wood windows was the best for the price. Their crew came and worked all day and did their best to work through inclement weather. They were here 2 and half days and completely finished with everything cleaned up when they left. The crew was so professional and as unobtrusive as possible. They worked to make the windows look as nice as possible when finished, asking my input a time or two to be sure I'd like it. Then we had an inspection from them a few weeks later and they answered all my questions and fixed a few things I noticed and showed me how to work things I couldn't figure out. They came to me highly recommended. I would use them again. Everyone from start to finish was great to work with. Easiest, least painful remodeling project we've done!

Their quality of the product and the installation service is excellent. Everything about them was just first class. I would use their service in the future too.

I scheduled Rosati to give me a bid on installing windows on our screened porch to convert it to a three season room. This company was one of four contractors that I scheduled. On the appointed day I took time off from work to drive home to meet with the salesman. The salesman presented himself on time; that is the only positive statement that i can make about this company. The salesman had no printed materials with him and no window samples. He took photos of the porch and took some measurements. He explained two options to me that I frankly was skeptical about but it was impossible to picture the finished product. He promised that he would drop off sample windows to us within two days of his visit and would have a detailed proposal to us by 6/22/11 with the two options he mentioned broken down in detail. We are still waiting for the samples and the proposal was not sent to us. This project called for ten windows to be built. The other three companies (each of which are A-rated on Angie's List) all gave me a price on the spot. This is the most unprofessional "presentation" that I have ever experienced. If this is their idea of "The best buying experience in the business" I would hate to encounter the worst. By way of an update, following Mr. Rosati's response I received a voicemail message from the salesman on Monday, June 27, indicating that the costing information would hopefully be to us by Wednesday, June 29. He had also left a sample window on the back porch. After not hearing anything further from the company by Thursday, July 7, 2011, I left a voicemail for the salesman informing him that I had contracted with another company and requesting that he retrieve the sample window. I know from friends that this company does excellent work and I was disappointed that I did not get an opportunity to review a bid from them. At a minimum they need to work on their communication with prospective customers.

They are a class act. This company was fast and courteous. They made minor damage to a wall in the living room and they said oops and fixed it. The manager said he hoped I wasn't mad and I said I wasn't as long as they fixed it, and they did. No complaints there and I would recommend him to anybody. I have had them come out a couple of times to do minor service and they were there when they said they would be.

My neighbor recommended them to me and I was very happy with the work they did for me. They did a very good job.
