Fantastic experience. The sales process was just great - no monkey business with pricing, just the bottom line out the door. Compared to competitors, Rosati was very much in-line and affordable. We were quoted 4-6 weeks to install, and were contacted in only 2 weeks that they were ready. Installation was a breeze and all new windows were up in ONE day! They finished capping-off the windows on the second day. The team was professional, courteous and took pride in their workmanship. I worked from home and was able to do so without inconvenience. From having windows painted shut & drafts like crazy, these replacements are TOP-NOTCH. I HIGHLY recommend these folks and would gladly do business with them again.

This was a very positive experience. We contacted Rosatti Windows for a quote to replace front and back entry doors and storm doors on our home. Mr. Landis arrived promptly for our 3/14/12 appointment. He listened to what we were interested in purchasing, offered us a catalog of options, discussed our choices, and provided us a quote. There was no pressure to make a final decision that day. We also felt he provided the information we needed to determine options available to us through Rosatti. We met with him a second time on 3/29/12 to place the order and make the down payment. We were told Sam would contact us within 7-10 days for a final measurement of our doors, and that it would take 4-6 weeks for our steel entry doors and storm doors to be made by ProVia (an Ohio company) and installed by Rosatti. Rosatti also handled obtaining the building permit for this project. The doors were installed four weeks later. When John Vaccani called to schedule installation, he offered the following day as an option. I was concerned that if we did not take the offered time we would have to wait weeks to be scheduled. John instead told me, "I work for you. I have the calendar in front of me wide open. What looks good for you?" Installation was scheduled within a week, and was handled by two men. One worked on the front door, the other the back door. They were professional and trust worthy. Almost immediately after installation we heard from Rosatti about scheduling their Quality Assurance visit. Susan contacted us numerous times by phone and mail until the appointment could be scheduled. A work conflict caused us to miss that appointment, yet Rob was most pleasant and professional when learning we could not keep the scheduled appointment, and again when he made the Quality Assurance visit. He made some adjustments to our doors, and made certain we had no other concerns or questions. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. We feel we purchased a quality product, had an efficient and professional installation and follow-up. We highly recommend Rosatti.

1) The high points to this job would be the quality of the the front door install and the curb appeal of the portico. The front door required removal of some very rotted wood. They were able to remove the damaged area without damaging the floor tile just inside the door. The front door install looks great. The door seals well and opens and closes with ease. 2) The low points would be the details on the portico, quality of the concrete work, 2 exterior service doors that won't stay adjusted, and a lack of follow up on Rosati's part. Once the job was completed, several weeks passed with no follow up call from Rosati to see if anything needed corrected or adjusted. I had to call them out to finish the job. As with any large job there is going to be something that requires redo or touched up. Small items like caulking and filling nail heads were handled with no problem. The big problem is the portico columns that were dented during install. We paid 850.00 to upgrade to composite wrapped columns that are damaged. When I politely suggested in early May that at least one column should be replaced that was the last I heard from Rosati's rep. Lack of follow up hurts any grade. Still waiting for nickel finish screws to replace stripped screws in storm door. Unfortunately the concrete work is what it is. At best a C grade do to a overly rough texture for a front porch, new concrete stains on existing concrete, and stains on siding. As for the service doors, I'll need to learn how to adjust myself. Rosati showed great enthusiasm and interest at the beginning but once that final payment was made we did not matter. Never make that final payment until all problems are solved.

I love my new windows and door ! Our over all experience was great. Dave, the sales guy was patient ( I had trouble deciding on what style on a couple of windows ) and not pushy. Since it was such a big job he made suggestions on how I might save money here and there so I could do all I wanted. The installation crew were great too. They were punctual and professional. It has been my experience that a lot of these crews act like the customer is an annoyance on the job. They want to get in and get out and nothing else matters. Not the case with these guys. Mike, JD and Sonny made sure I didn't have any questions, knew what was going on and when I did have a question took the time to explain things to me and they still got the job done in a timely manner. They took care to keep things clean and treated my home like it was their own. The windows are great. I knew my old windows were going bad, but my house is only 13 years old and I didn't realize how bad until I got the new ones. The AC hasn't came on since the install and it's like High Def looking out on my back yard. They were not the cheapest quote I got but when you factor in their warranty, their professionalism and the quality of the product I think I made the best choice.

Very nice sales person, just overpriced product. Come on Mr Rosati. You are selling vinyl replacement windows, not full tearout custom wood.

The installers gave us a time of 10am and actually showed up 15 minutes early. They were very professional, worked efficiently to get the new windows installed and sealed everything up far better than our original window. The installation went very smoothly and they showed my wife how to unlock, open and clean the windows before they left. They cleaned everything up beautifully.

Timely and work completed as promised

Very good. Mike & Richard did an outstanding job in a short period of time. They worked well together. Their workmanship was excellent. The windows are of exceptional quality.

The overall experience was excellent. We had been looking for replacement windows for quite a while, and continued our search at the recent Home and Garden Show at the state fair grounds. We had narrowed our seach to Rosati and one or two others. We met the Rosati people at the show, were impressed with the products and scheduled an in-home visit to have an estimate prepared. The estimating process was pretty straight forward, measure the windows, discuss the different materials, finishes, etc. and work up a price for all the choices. The quoted price was reasonable for the configurations we selected. One additional benefit we were able to realize was switching to casement windows in two locations in our home. The window over the kitchen sink and the window in the utility/laundry room were always difficult to reach and open easily, but with the casement replacement windows it is now easy to open the window and enjoy fresh air. However, before making a final commitment, we made a trip to the their factory/showroom on Roberts Road to look at the products and materials we had selected to confirm our choices were what we really wanted. This was a good decision as it gave us the opportunity to revise our final configurations and save some cost while still getting a great window. Having the final material and color combinations we wanted, we got together with our representative and signed an order. The process went very smoothly, the order included a detailed description of each window and the cost for each. It was estimated the installation would take place in about ten to twelve weeks. A few days after placing the order an individual schedules a time to measure each window for exact sizes for the production of the windows. This step went very well, with each window being numbered so the installation crew was sure of getting the correct window in the right place. As it worked out, the actual installation was completed three weeks after the order was placed, much to our surprise and satisfaction. The installation crew of four showed up on time as scheduled, took care to cover the floors in the work areas and carefully removed and installed the new windows. They were very good. They were able to remove and replace the seventeen windows and clean up in a little under six hours. We were very impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. About a week after the installation was completed, they scheduled an appointment and sent a representative out to check each window to insure proper installation and operation. We feel we selected the best company for replacement windows. The quality is excellent and the price is very reasonable compared to several others we had considered. I would definitely recommend Rosati Windows to others.

Absolutely wonderful, 100% satisfied experience, which has been a delight, since so many other companies and individuals I've worked with during this rehab have been very frustrating. Sales Bob Briggeman was wonderful. The three installers were friendly, helpful and professional. The followup was excellent. They have lived up to their promises. My husband and I were both so impressed.

Our salesman was great. No pressure and made sure to explain product well. Installers were very careful and informative. Follow-up check was thorough and minor touch up work was performed promtly.

I chose them because of the quality. They are very professional; the workmen did beautiful work; they did it very quickly and the biggest thing is it has almost cut in half our heating bill for the year. I will use them again in the future.

They were absolutely phenomenal! They do a follow up after the installation is completed. They had to reschedule that about 3 times. That's why I am giving them a B for punctuality. I would definitely use them again.

We visited the Rosati Factory Showroom in Hilliard because we wanted to see the various kinds of windows available and meet some of the company staff. We were immediately greeted upon entering the showroom; the receptionist was friendly. The factory sales rep, John Costello, was very friendly and knew the product extremely well. We brought our approximate window deminsions and had a lot of questions written down; we told him we were gathering information and would not be signing a contract that day . He was patient, showed us how the windows are constructed, how they operated, asked us some questions to determine the best product for our home and answered all our questions! We agreed with his recommendation and requested an estimate based on our measurements, to which there was no hesitation at all - he documented it all on a company worksheet, dated and signed it! He explained the window efficiency and performance ratings; he even presented and explained in detail the Rosati Lifetime Limited Warranty! There was no pressure to sign a contract! He was a knowledgeable, courteous professional. We comparison shopped and quickly determined the Rosati product was far superior and met all of our goals. We contacted John within a few days and signed a contract when he came to our home to measure the windows. A factory rep also came to our home for a second measurement before submitting the work order for construction of our new windows! They told us it would be a two day installation job. Approximately six weeks later, we received a call and scheduled installation, which occurred 3 days before Christmas! The four installers were prompt, courteous, polite and highly skilled. They treated our home with care inside and out! At the end of the first installation day, there was absolutely no mess inside or outside the house! The same was true on the second day! The installation crew was just as awesome as the salesman and the factory rep! The 30 day follow up inspection was great also! Thanks Mike Rosati - for a superior product and employees that live up to our expectations and to everything you state in your TV commericals! We've recommended you to friends already and will be calling you again for new exterior entry doors! Rosait's the BEST!

They gave good service. They are good installers. They did replacement windows in the attic and they put some nonopening storms over a picture window. They were quick. They were clean. They were thorough. The windows were of good quality, they work well. These people cleaned up after themselves every little detail, we were really impressed. I will use this company again if they have the product I am looking for. If they carry what I need for the house, I would not hesitate to use them in future.

They were very professional and replaced all thirteen windows in one day. We’re just thrilled with them. They made some suggestions on types of windows that turned out to be very good suggestions. Their quality control people came through after the initial installation and saw issues that we were unaware of and then they came back and made the windows right. They were minor issues, but they were things they wanted to make right. They actually came in earlier than we expected them which was very nice. The price that we got was excellent.

Rossati originally started as a window manufacturer, but they've expanded to selling and installing doors. We just had them install a front storm door and screen. We thought their prices were fair and they did an excellent job. We would definitely use them again if need be.

Their Customer Service was impeccable! I had so many questions and Butch went to great lengths to answer each one. We did not end up going with them but I had to write a glowing recommendation- their windows of course were great but customer service like that is rarely found! Thank you!

Called Rosati at the recommendation of my Dad. He did a lot of research before choosing Rosati and was very pleased with every step of the process. From the sales call to after the job was complete, we were extremely happy with the quality of work, work flow, communication, clean up, professionalism. We feel really good about our decision to use Rosati.
