 + -1 moreHIS ROTO-TILLER IS BROKEN AND HE WOULD HAVE TO RENT ONE AND HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE RENTAL AS WELL AS FOR HIS LABOR. I DID NOT FEEL I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR HIM TO RENT A TOOL, SO I DID NOT HIRE HIM.
