Beautifully! As I said, it was sparkling clean, especially compared to before they started. Moshe and the employees were very kind to my brother and worked hard for a very long time. Their service was excellent and I would definitely refer them to friends.

I purchased the Angie's big deal for this service, before having surgery in OCT.....then, hadn't used it and had to confirm the expiration date! The entire experience went much better than I anticipated. A crew of three arrived within a few minutes of our scheduled time. They spoke little English, but we were able to communicate my preferences, without difficulty. I do not like the use of furniture polish, which they replaced with another product. They vacuumed and dusted only the areas that I requested [I have three sons with shelves of trophies and models in their rooms, which I asked them to not touch]. All areas requested were done; a total of five bedrooms, 2 full baths, formal dining room, great room, and sun room. Stairs and entrance ways were vacuumed and cleaned, as well. My house was cleaned to my approval and a post work walk through was done. They were professional and worked the entire time they were here. They were here just under 2 hours, with the owner calling BEFORE they left, to gauge my satisfaction with the work performed.

When I contracted for the 18th, the owner said he would get back to me early that week to discuss time. When I hadn't heard from him and called, he informed me that he was still talking with another customer who was to have a complete cleaning and that she was still undecided. Finally he agreed to 2pm on the 18th. I arranged my schedule for that time, only to have him call my cell to say that he would arrive at noon. Rushed home to meet him, and he and the crew arrived at 1:30! Before leaving, he walked the cleaning ladies through the house, telling them what rooms I wanted to have cleaned. When they completed the work, they gestured that they wanted me to look at what they had done (they spoke very little English) and one of them called Moshe, ostensibly so that he would pick them up. I could hear her arguing with him and she kept repeating "is finished" and looking to me to confirm that it was (indeed she was correct, it was complete and the time is what I had contracted). The ladies gathered up their supplies and stood by the door waiting. This was at 4:30. After 20 minutes or so they went outside and I assumed that he had arrived to pick them up. When I realized that he had not, I insisted that they come back inside to sit down since it was dark and quite cold out. I offered them something to drink, but they would only accept water, and I could tell that they were embarrassed and concerned about being an inconvenience. Moshe arrived at 6:30-----a full two hours after the work was complete! I believe that Moshe displayed a consistent lack of professionalism. I felt that he tried to upsell the whole house deep cleaning despite my repeatedly telling him, that due to recent and current work, it was not necessary and I was not interested. He was disrespectful of my time as evidenced by his late arrival and departing times. What was more upsetting to me, however, was his complete lack of regard for his employees. When he finally arrived at 6:30 he seemed more annoyed than anything else. He commented about traffic and intimated that he didn't know why I felt the need to wait for him. I guess he thought I should have left for my dinner engagement with no compunction about casting the ladies out and having them wait for him in the dark and cold. Finally, he took my credit card number with the parting comment that he would e-mail me the receipt the next day. I have yet to receive the e-mail despite my request that he take care of it. I want to stress that the ladies worked very diligently and were very pleasant. They did not deserve to be treated by their employer with so little respect.

Everything went extremely well with this experience. I got a discount on cleaning through Angie's List Big Deal. I called the 800# on the confirmation email I received, and was able to speak with someone right away. The person I spoke to was great and emphasized giving feedback to the crew while they were still in the house to avoid problems later. I gave the person on the phone some dates that would work, and later that day I had a confirmed time sent to me via email. I had to adjust that slightly later in teh week, but they were very accommodating. Three cleaners showed up - about 5 minutes early and they got right down to business. All duties were performed according to the deal, and they went above and beyond on the kitchen. They scrubbed all my stove parts, got a stain out of the counter that wouldn't budge for months, and even cleaned our horrendously crusty toaster oven. They ask that you provide the cleaning elements (Lysol, Windex, Murphy's Oil Soap, etc.) with this deal, but they brought rags/vaccum, etc. The three cleaners were hispanic, and didn't speak much English, so I spoke to their boss via phone both at the start and end of the appointment to confirm that I was satsified.

Purchased The Big Deal coupon for 4 hours of cleaning from Pristine Clean. Called owner to set up time. Had to give 3 dates I was available. Did not hear back 3 weeks later, so called back (the last date of my availability I gave). Owner apologized, said he would call me back in an hour to set up a time (Friday afternoon). Didn't call back until the following Monday, for cleaners to come the next day. Apologized and said that instead of the one bathroom included in the deal, his cleaners would clean all of our 2 1/2 bathrooms. Cleaners came 30 minutes late. They said they do not work for Pristine Clean, but that the owner did not have enough help in our area, so asked them to clean. After 45 minutes of cleaning (we paid for 4 hours), they told me to check their work, but they were already packed up and halfway out the door, and I was busy with my two kids. After later inspection, we found extremely poor cleaning. Various areas were not dusted, only one bathroom was cleaned (not the one I asked to be cleaned when setting up the original cleaning), steps were vacuumed poorly, etc. I was also told by the owner that we needed to have our own supplies available, so we went to trouble gathering them. When the cleaners arrived, they said they only needed paper towels, but they didn't like ours--they said they were so bad for cleaning. They washed our floor with a dirty mop--our normally clean house was maybe less clean when they left than when they came. We called the owner to complain and ask for a refund. He said that there is no refund, the services had already been provided. It was a one-time promotion, and it was our responsibility to tell them while they were at our house that the work was unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed with this lack of service and feel that we wasted our money on this "deal." We will never use this company again, nor recommend it to anyone else.

They were only scheduled for 1.3 hours of work but stay an additional hour and throughly cleaned the house. I had asked if they could clean an area about 8ft up that is always tough to reach but they could not do it. That would be my only gripe but I understand it is not part of regular cleaning service. I don't know if we want a regular service but this was a great experience.

Because of various health conditions, neither my husband nor I has been able to maintain our home as we would have wished for at least the past ten years. It was in terrible condition, badly in need of both deep cleaning and decluttering. My husband recently underwent serious back surgery and I needed to be sure that our home was safe for him to navigate when he returned from the hospital. Angie's List very pleasantly offered me five or six options, I talked with several and chose Pristine Clean because they were a well-recommended professional company with at least 20+ employees and they were licensed, bonded, and insured. (i'd had less successful results in the past with smaller companies.) This was a very high-priority project for me. Their work exceeded all expectations. First, when I spoke with the owner/founder, Senor Villafuerte, he toured and analyzed our home at length, and we discussed our way of life and what was important to us in maintaining details of the house. We are proud to have a lot of art and he made sure to understand how we wanted to treat it. Further, he took time with me and he made it clear that he understood and respected the way we live and the way we use our space, as well as understanding my objectives and the reasons for them. He then provided a quote that I considered eminently fair, considering the extreme need for truly deep cleaning. An expert team of four personable workers from Pristine Clean arrived the next day. They spent two days working on the house, and accomplished a total transformation! They offered, above and far beyond the call of duty, new grout in the shower. They replaced a showerhead, in addition to producing spotless floorboards, dust-free vents, sparkling porcelain, dazzling fixtures, a blinding shine on and in all appliances. AND, in short, a booby-trap and tripwire-free zone for anyone recovering from spinal surgery. Where there had been piles of the detritus of our daily lives, there are now clear surfaces which we can use functionally. The owner returned at the end of the job and inspected the work of his team in detail. Before leaving, he and an assistant brought in large plants that had been outside for the summer, and without even mentioning it, cleaned my back porch. It is now entirely clear of any obstruction, and offers a clean and welcoming step and door, and I'm very happy that when he returns, my husband will find the path clear and will enter his home easily, with whatever assistance ~ a walker or cane ~ he needs to use. Pristine Clean's employees are meticulous, honest, and scrupulously trained. They are perfectionists ~ and extremely hard workers with a great deal of stamina. In my case, three of the crew were Spanish-speaking and the fourth was an excellent translator between us. These teams are not just domestic workers; they are imaginative and creative. They cleaned so thoroughly that they added decorator touches: distinctively folded towels throughout the house, for example, and arrangements of spare throw pillows. We've accumulated scores of knick-knacks over the years and we enjoy displaying most of them. This team cleaned every one of them...photos, china, pottery, books, and a myriad of other items...and placed them in spaces that they had managed to free of the clutter we had accumulated. They arranged things so that we had more open space, very helpful for a post-operative patient, and beyond that, gave me a fresh look at our space and made the house feel more than clean. Because of that, I suppose that clientele with a strict territorial feel about their space, whether it's as desperately messy as ours or only in need of a shine, might be a bad fit. For anyone halfway open minded, however, Pristine Clean not only lives up to its name, but is a delightful addition to home maintenance. Senor Villafuerte serves both his clientele and his employees. In a five-year career in this business he has expanded to more than 20 employees in four cities. His business is based on honesty, perfectionism in service, and fair pricing. He can turn over a job at a moment's notice without sacrificing quality, for which I am singularly grateful. I look upon this cleaning as the beginning of a relationship with this company. My sister and a couple of friends have, on the basis of the quality of their work, expressed interest in using Pristine Clean for their homes, as well. In short, if you need a major overhaul or a little spiffing, Pristine Clean can do it, and do it well.

I will never use Pristine Clean again and I will urge everyone I come in contact with to do the same. The cleaning was generally adequate and the employees are nice; however, the owner, Mr. Villafuerte has no customer service skills, nor does he care about the quality of the work done. - I had to call and find out when the work was done. (They supposedly worked on a Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.) - There were things that were not clean, marks were left on my newly painted walls, and a screen door was broken. (They said they knew the door was broken but they didn?t notify me.) - Mr. Villafuerte couldn?t understand why I wanted a walk through and said that his crew did not leave marks and did not break the door. - It took 2 days of phone calls for him to agree to meet. - I lost an hours work to meet him and he never bothered to show up. (We waited for 45 minutes. He ?claimed? he was stuck in traffic. We don?t think he ever left his house.) - He never did see the damage to the house. - We had to have the painter come back and paint, a man come fix the door, and another cleaning company come clean the house again. ($$$$$$) BUYER BEWARE!

When I called to schedule, the appointment was made within a few days of my call. They were supposed to show up at 8:00am. When no one was here at 8:15, I called. The man stated they were having "car trouble" and didn't call him to tell him. I had to leave for work, so we rescheduled for 12:00 that same day. When I got home at noon, they were here waiting. There was the owner, and two additional cleaners. They stated they would stay for approximately two hours, and would clean as I stated above. I never received a confirmation email, and had no idea they would be using our cleaning supplies. So, I had to run around and collect those. Overall, the cleaning was satisfactory. I have never had my house professionally cleaned, so I didn't know what to expect. They missed a few things - they did not dust the living room when I specifically asked them to (language barrier), and they didn't sweep the dining room. However, on the plus side, the bathroom and kitchen were cleaned very well. The kitchen sink & range top are cleaner than they have been in years! I am not sure if I would use a cleaning service again, but if I did, I would probably shop around a little. Although the cleaning was satisfactory, overall I was "underwhelmed."

Like many of the others who rated this service, I had trouble reaching someone to schedule. They cancelled the first app't, but did follow up to reschedule & kept that app't. I rec'd an email the day before, listing recommended cleaning supplies. I didn't have all the same brands, but I left what I use out on the counter. When the crew arrived the woman who came to the door spoke no English. She was followed by another woman with the same language limitations & a Spanish speaking man. I pointed out the rooms to be cleaned & the cleaning supplies. I asked, "Do you have any questions?" The answer was "No." I went to my office & returned frequently, always asking the same question & getting the same answer. After 2 hrs the man called to me in English! They were done & his boss was on his cell phone & wanted me to evaluate their work. I made a quick inspection & told the boss everything was fine. The wood floors & baseboards were clean, the surfaces were dusted, & the kitchen & master bath sparkled. What wasn't clean enough were my wood blinds (my least favorite chore) & the carpets had white threads & fuzz. It also looked like they had perhaps tried to clean some of my already clean inside windows, because I saw streaks that weren't there before. All of that could be written off to too high expectations. This cannot. We had a Scrubbing Bubbles automatic shower cleaner. We found it broken & irreparable, & the batteries were gone. My issue is not the replacement cost... It's the principle. We've had other cleaning services before... All of whom have much lower ratings on Angie's List. Based on my experience, I don't understand the high rating Pristine has received on this site.

The whole thing was not a good experience with the deal of the day. The cleaning was fine.

My experience is much like a combination of the reviews of 16July & 13July. After booking this online and sending off an email to schedule an appointment (per the individual who I spoke with from Pristine on the phone) I waited for my scheduled appointment on 14July. No one ever showed up! I wasted a day at home when I should have been at work. Contacting Pristine again they scheduled it for the 29th of July. I was also emailed instructions giving me options of 1,2,3 or 4 people doing the cleaning. I asked for assistance in determining my needs. I was never offered any. I emailed back stating that I had 2.5 bathrooms and wanted to make sure that they were all cleaned. No specific response to this request. I was sent a generic email stating that I had to make sure I had all sorts of cleaning supplies ready for the team when they arrived. ***Was this something I missed in the initial offer?!*** I had to run out and buy these supplies as I didn't have them on hand. On the 29th the team arrived - one and a half hours late. They had gone to the wrong customer's house first evidently (per the team lead). At least that's what it seemed like he was trying to communicate to me. Much like the reviewer of 15July I found that the team didn't speak sufficient English to understand my needs. But being new to this "getting the house professionally cleaned" thing I just let them do their work. On the bright side, the cleaning they did was fine. The bathrooms got cleaned. As did most everything that needed cleaning in the house. To Summarize: 1) Communication after purchase of the service was dismal 2) Communication prior to scheduled service was dismal 3) First Scheduled service was missed; I had taken morning off work. 4) Communication after missed service was non-existent (I had to call them) 5) Communication prior to new service was confusing and not helpful 6) Cleaning team was LATE 7) Cleaning team could hardly speak English 8) Cleaning team did a good job cleaning 9) Numbers 1 through 7 above overpower #8 10) I will not use this service again. Update: After I posted this review I received an email from this company requesting more money. They stated it was because there was extra cleaning done that wasn't in the contract. Yet that was not discussed when the cleaning was done...obviously because of the lack of communication skills by the workers so I ignored it. I don't know if this review led to the request for more money but I know for a fact that anyone who ever uses this business is taking a heck of a risk.

My infant son was going in for open heart surgery and I had family coming in from all over to be there in less than a week. I called and had to leave a message. I advised of my situation and it being a sorta emergency (I did not actually purchase the Big Deal and did not even mention that to him) I explained my situation and the need for someone pretty soon. I did not hear back for 2 days. I should have started searching for someone else then but no one else would return calls. I finally heard back from him and it was very hard to understand him. I again explained my situation and asked if he could do it in next couple of days and he said no problem. He took all my info and info on the square footage of the house and said he would send me an email with a quote and follow up the next day with a call to schedule. I never received a quote, never received a call back. I called once and left a message and never heard from these people again. I was frantic and with a terminally ill baby and no one to help and it just added that much stress because I thought he woud do what he said and he didn't. I shouldn't be so trusting of people next time. Thank god I found Cobweb Carol on Angies list and she was able to re-arrange and come out 2 days later and she was FANTASTIC. Wish I hadn't wasted my time with these guys! Don't say you can do something and then not, if you can't then you can't, I would rather he had been honest with me.

The price I paid was part of an "Angie's Big Deal", less than half the "normal" price. I got good value for that price but would have given them a "D" if I had had to pay full price. In fact, if I had not already paid, I would have sent them away before they did any work. The cleaning crew was 45 minutes late. They did call ahead and say that they would be 15 to 30 minutes late due to ?traffic?. Three people arrived instead of the two that I was told would do the cleaning. None of the three spoke enough English to understand what I wanted done. I was able to point to the kitchen and the bathroom to be cleaned. There were some things that I would have liked them to do, either in addition to or instead of, the kitchen and bathroom. It was impossible to communicate that. I had some strong preferences about how the cleaning was to be done. Again, it was impossible to communicate that. When they first arrived and we encountered the communication problem, one of the crew got their supervisor on the phone. When I told him that it was unacceptable to send a crew none of whom spoke English, his response was, ?They are not there to do translation, they are there to clean.? The day before the work, I received an email with detailed instructions regarding cleaning materials and the number of people that would be involved. None of that was correct. As for the cleaning, they missed a few nooks and crannies but overall they did a good and thorough job

I've never used a cleaning service before so I wasn't sure what to expect. We just bought a house and with everything that has been going on I really needed some help with the housework. I took advantage of the Angie's List big deal and got 4 hours of cleaning for $70. I called to schedule them on a Friday and they came out on Monday. The crew that arrived was very prompt, friendly and professonal. They went straight to work and cleaned hard for the entire time they were here. They put a lot of effort into the kitchen and I've never seen it so clean! The whole house looked and smelled so clean when they left. I was amazed at how much work they were able to get done in the time they were here.

Scheulding was a little clumsy, however I would attribute that to the volume genereated by the special offer. They did offer many times to come out when cancellations existed, which I really appreciated. They cleaned each room well, with attention to put things back where they were whenever possible. Kitchen and bath cleaning was exceptional.I will definately use them again when I need a top to bottom cleaning.

I used this company as part of Angie's Big Deal, and asked that they come as soon as possible since I had broken my leg and could not clean my home. They responded immediately and came out on a Friday just after I made contact. They called before their arrival time to update me on their exact arrival. Two employees cleaned the house and they were punctual, professional, and thorough. The finished job exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again!

Excellent cleaning- The cleaning staff stayed 3 hours over the time I had hired them for to not only clean, but detail windows and other cleaning. Staff was very nice and helpful

It went very well. They did a very nice job and I will use them into the future.

The owner came out the day I called to do a walk-through and give an estimate. He asked for specific instructions, and about cleaning product preferences and if there were any heirlooms to be protected. Very professional, very personable. At that time, I emphatically stated that I did not want much, if any time spent on the bedrooms - that I desperately needed deep cleaning of the living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. The crew came out 2 days later. They had organized the kids rooms completely, even the closets, and had done extra tasks, such as making beds, and wiping out the oven and microwave. Unfortunately, the rest of the cleaning was cursory, at best. Furniture was not moved, little above waist level was dusted, some floors were not swept. I informed the owner, who responded quickly, explaining that houses like mine (messy) required two or more cleanings to get under control, and that the crew had spent a lot of time organizing and cleaning. He offered to finish the cleaning for free, or to do another for free in 2 weeks. I did not accept the offer, because I was concerned that emphasis would again be placed on organizing (they did a good job organizing the kids' toys,) instead of cleaning. I would recommend this service to someone who already keeps a pretty clean house, or who can be there when the crew cleans, to emphasize instructions.

I requested an estimate on Janury 7 for the cleaning to take place on January 15 in preparation for 20 guests coming to my home on January 16. The young man who did the estimate come to my home on the 8th and was prompt in spite of all the snow. We walked through the house and discussed what I wanted done, including cleaning the carpet in the kitchen/family room area. I was quoted a price of $335 and agreed to have the work done. On the 13th, I called to confirm I was on the schedule and find out what time the crew would be at my home. I was told I was on the schedule and that they would call me back that day with the time. On the 14th, as I had not heard back, I called again and again was told they would call me back with the time. On the 15th, as I had still not heard back, I called again and left a message as there was no answer to the phone. I called about 5 times that day and left multiple messages and was never able to speak to anyone. By mid-afternoon, I was getting frantic as I had 20 people coming in less than 24 hours and one very dirty home. I was finally called about 2:00 or 3:00 and was informed I was not on the schedule. When I explained my situation, the woman was very helpful and contacted a crew to see if they could clean my home that evening. A crew of 4 individuals come to my home and worked very hard and fast to get it clean. Overall they did a very good job but the carpet was not cleaned, a few spots/pictures were not dusted, and I found one broken item after they left. I found out some nesting end tables hadn't been dusted when I pulled them out for my guests on Saturday. I was not offered any price adjustment for my harrowing experience but when I requested one was given about $23 dollars off, which covered the tax. I think this company does good work but I had a bad experience which they did their best to remedy.

I was given an appointment date of 1/14/2010 to have a cleaning walk through performed. At 5:55 pm I received a call with a number of excuses and apologies for no one showing up.

When I first called them, they were able to fit me in with only a few days notice. They have been excellent! They are very flexable with schedule changes and have done a great job!

Their price was expensive. The quality of their work was good. I won?t use them in the future.
