Excellent service. Normally, they charge more for an Apple. But, once my wife explained the issue to him he took a look and said he could fix everything for the Angie's List price. A scam artist had taken over my wife's computer and tried to get us to purchase virus protection. PCPC Support informed us that this was indeed a scam. He very easily could have charged us more and we would have paid it. But, he didn't and I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity. Can't recommend this compay enough!

I called the number for immediate support and got Anthony on the phone. I asked him if he was familiar with my program (Outlook 2003) and he said he definitely was. To be honest, I was impressed with the number of recommendations he had on Angie's List and that certainly caught my eye; but i did ask him what happens to the fee I am paying up front if he could not fix the problem? He said not to worry about that and that my problem would be fixed, and fixed tonight! He logged into my computer. I watched him do his work and he would call me from time to time asking what was important to me within the program so that he could be careful not to disrupt my business by deleting anything important. Anthony identified the problem, I happily watched as all my e-mails began appearing and he did what he said he would do in the time frame he said he would do it in. Not only that, but he gave me guidance on how to improve the performance of my Outlook program to avoid big problems down the road based on the way I was managing my records. He is in Ohio and I am in Pennsylvania. Unless I have a hardware issue where I can't get on to the internet for him or someone in his company to help me, he is my new go to computer guy! My laptop crashed. Anthony was very professional and good. He replaced Hard drive and uploaded operating system. He was very good and I would use again. His costs seemed reasonable. Only minor problem was he tried to recover data from my hard drive. He could not retrieve. But, I was able to find another company retrieve all my data. Minor issue, that I had to find another company.

was done quickly...only issue is that I cannot play DVDs or CDs on my pc. I just recently tried to use that function Maybe there is new "crud on my pc, I don't know. So all checked items may be moved to the "A" columonce I know what the issue is. I would like the service provider's number so I can call him

This was an excellent experience. The owner of the company called and set up a two-hour time period that was convenient for us. My computer was no longer working correctly, as I could not get onto the internet without popups blocking my every move. He remotely worked on the computer, discovered a virus, and removed it in less than an hour. He also recommended antivirus software. My computer is working perfectly again - I was ready to throw it against a wall and buy a new one!

My computer had been running pretty slow and making a lot of noise for several weeks. I ran a few anti-virus and registry programs, did disk cleanups and defrags - you name it. Anthony found way too many programs that were starting up and/or running in the background unnecessarily. He disable them and removed malware. He calls at the appointed time and walks the client through giving him remote access to your computer through a program call TeamViewer. You are then free to hang up and go about your business and Anthony will call you back when everything is complete. At that time, he will explain what he did and you can ask questions. The computer is much quieter and runs so much faster now. I had suspected that I might need more RAM, but I decided to have the tune-up first to be sure. The tune-up saved me so much money, since I didn't need more memory (RAM can be costly).

It was great! Anthony was extremely knowledgable and completely changed the performance of my computer. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He gave great suggestions and gave me a discount on an anti virus program. He said if I have any questions/problems in the future, to feel free to call him. He was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Took several calls but the work was excellent

We thought everything was cleaned up after initial session, but something popped up about a week later. Called Anthony and he was more than helpfull...

Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past. He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands. He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost. He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs. I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic. Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks? No thanks! I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

It went perfectly. Not only did he remove virus from my desktop, he removed from my laptop as well. I was very pleased with the results and the professionalism. I will recommend him to my friends and family. Said he will assist me in the future to understand windows 8 which I have no clue how to navigate. Thanks so much!!!!!

It went wonderful. We were ecstatic. He even gave us a phone number to call him if and when the issue happens again.

We set up a time for hime to work on the computer remotely. Once I logged in, I then called at the appointed time and he asked if there were any additional issues since we first talked and then he took over the computer for the next 30-45 min. When he was finished he called back to discuss what he found and fixed. The computer now works great!

It went just as expected. It was a job WELL DONE and in a short amount of time.

The first call he tried to clean the computer remotely but couldn't get past the firewall Scheduled another appointment and said we would have to reload Windows and that he would remotely save files in pictures and documents. Forgot to do this. Did send me a disc but worked on it again for two hours and couldn't get it working correctly. Told me he had no more time and to call him the following week to schedule another time. I only have every other Friday afternoon off and had already used two them on this project. Did not call him back.

He did the tune up for me, and he wasn't able to fix my problem with a game website but he did try very hard to figure it out for me.

I liked the guy. He was very good. I hired them because I was getting spyware and sites that would come in on my computer and would not allow me to do anything on the computer. There was no additional cost. It took them 45 minutes to fix the problem. No unexpected issues occurred during the process. He knocked it out in no time and he was good.

My experience was great! He was awesome to work with. He was accommodating and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly.

He scanned my computer for viruses and malware--took about 15 minutes and none were found. The problems were much greater, but that wasn't the package I had paid for, so we left it at that

It didn’t work out so well. I had to take my computer somewhere else to get it fixed. I don’t know if it was his problem or what. It just didn’t work out. He did the job remotely. After he did the job, I still had viruses and pop ups and things like that. I didn’t really feel like I got any benefit out of the money I paid but he did spend time. I felt bad for him because he did spent time trying to fix it but it was not fixed. The price would have been good if it worked but it didn’t work. His responsiveness was fine. He was fine and professional.
