Description of Work: Home was pretty much gutted and rebuilt. Kitchen was totally redone including reconfiguration of walls, new cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting, and flooring. Entire first floor had hardwood floors installed (old tile and carpet removed) and stained. Sliding glass doors replaced with French patio doors. Front door replaced (discovered rotted wood which was replaced). New half bath built with toilet and pedestal sink installed. Master bath completely gutted and reconfigured with walk in shower, bathtub, and two separate sink areas. Whole master bath was tiled-walls and floor. New laundry room installed. Several custom cabinets and custom trim areas. All old trim and doors removed and replaced. Big Job!
