They come when my lawn needs to be mowed. Several men use riding mowers and edgers to trim. They accomplish this very quickly (perhaps 10 minutes.) They fertilize my grass several times a year.

Good work. Not always clear communications: very pleasant demeanor, but occasionally misperceptions (not sure on which side) about what was agreed on.

We hired the Polish Gardener to remove an old wooden three-rail fence that was falling apart, and fill in the holes left by the fence posts. They've been mowing our lawn for several years, so we were familiar with them, but this was the first time having them do a large job for us. Their price was much better than the handyman services we contacted. It took a few weeks from the time we contacted them to when they were actually able to do the work, I think because it was in the middle of fall leaf cleanup season. The fence had been on our to-do list for a while, so we weren't concerned about the delay. They did great work and we're very happy with the results.

They did a good job and did it promptly. It was a bit pricy for what they did. I found another local company that did as good of a job for less.

The service has been fine. I can get a hold of Brad easily which I like. I have been very happy with his work and will continue to use him.

They do a great job. They make suggestions and take care of everything for you. They really take great pride in their work and make sure that they get the work done correctly. I cannot say enough good things about them.

We had some problems with them. They had given us a quote to do some work. We pulled one of the items off of the quote. He left us a bill for 30% more than the quote. I had to go back and forth with the owner. Eventually everything got resolved, but it did not happen on the first time around. I will not be using him in the future.

From the start, this company has provided good, reliable service. The quality of lawn mowing was excellent (A) when it was provided by the owner and in subsequent years but it has declined inl the last two to three years, albeit the quality is still acceptable. In my view, the decline is associated with personnel turnover, the crew has changed each year within the last two to three years and the new crews do not do as thorough a job at maintaining an even look and cleaning up (e.g., cut grass on driveway and pathways, leaves blown on the front steps and landscaped areas with their blower). An occasional random check-up on the quality of the work by the owner might be beneficial. With respect to lawn mowing, the company does as good a job as it can, but all they do till late November is mow the leaves to mulch them. This is insufficient to give the lawn a clean look as the fall season lengthens because three large trees on my lawn shed a lot of eaves. Leaves are not removed and shreded until the last two weeks of the season. The company does not have the equipment to shred leaves after blowing them each week and having them bag the leaves at $35 an hour is a costly proposition. In fairness, the previous and present owners have always been serious about providing good service. It is easy to communicate with the owner via email and he is responsive to customer concerns. Also, the fees are reasonable. These are the main reasons why I continue to use their services.

This is a great company..they have been providing weekly mowing and Fall leaf clean-up for me since 2008. Prices are fair; they are dependable, professional and always very responsive to all needs and requests. I highly recommend them.

Phoned them twice and left a message both time inquiring about their service but they never called back.

They charge me $35 every time they mow the lawn. I would use them again in the future.

Great. They come when the grass needs mowing and skip it in the dry periods. They do a final mow at the end of the season and restart in Spring when necessary with no reminder from me.

This company is under new management and it shows. Previous contacts with the company were not good for me. This time I had them do the job and it worked out well. I'm pleased. You can see the company is maturing and it shows in their responsiveness and quality. Now that this job is complete I believe I will be contacting them again for more jobs I have in mind. Brad was up front with me, honest and worked with me. He kept to his schedule and kept me informed when the job would be started. They did a good job covering my mulch areas and cleaned up quite nicely when done. I have worked with at least 4 landscape organizations since I moved in and have not been too impressed with any of them. So far with Outdoor Makeovers and the new management I'd suggest them for your needs.

Incredible lawn service. The work is beautiful and the guys performing the work are very professional and friendly. The customer service is TOP notch. I can't say enough good about their service and am planning to extend the service to landscaping next year.

Work was done promptly and professionally. I've always found it easy to communicate with them by telephone, which is important to me.

I called after business hours and left a message asking to schedule visit for an estimate and they returned my call the next morning. They were very courteous and professional.

They are relatively small company, they are very nice and do a good job.

They weren't able to do the service due to me being out of their area but they were friendly over the phone and professional. I would have felt good doing business with them. They took a day or two to get back to me but then they followed up with me which I appreciated.

He did a good job and did exactly what I asked him to do. I don't have anything to compare it to but I was glad to get it done for whatever it cost me because I couldn't do it. He wasn't in my neighborhood but I kind of begged him to come. I don't know if he would come back but I was happy with his service.

This is my third season with Polish Gardner. The best part about the service is that I don't need to worry about my lawn - at all. They monitor the growth of the grass relative to the weather conditions and mow accordingly. They are especially interested in the overall health of the my lawn and not mowing as often as possible. Thus when the dry season arrives, they really cut back on mowing. They also trim around my landscaping with a "weed-wacker" and do spot weed control. This year I had them apply a dandelion killer and within a few weeks, all the dandelions were gone. I was very impressed. Their service area focuses on Clintonville and I am not sure how far they travel from Clintonville (43202 & 43214). However, if you are within Clintonville and looking for a lawn service, you have found it.

They did a very nice job. They were very consciences. They were able to do it on a really short notice. I was really happy with them. I would use them in the future.

I hired them to clean up leaves and debris in a home that my parents recently purchased that had been sitting vacant for a long period of time. They did an excellent bob and did more than I was even expecting. My parents plan to use them going forward for lawn mainenance, mulching, etc.

They did a fine job and the results were fine too. Their price was competitive; when, compared to those that we had checked with. They were responsive and first one to, respond too.

Unfortunately we couldn’t use their services because our car died and we had to buy a car. So we couldn’t use them. The price they quoted us was in the ball park figure of everybody else. There was nothing that I liked or disliked about the quote. It was fine. They truly wanted our business but they were not able to lower their price. We hope to use their services in the spring.

Did a fine job. The reason that I didn't continue was that they didn't respond quickly when I asked for an estimate the next year. I had already committed to another company by the time I got the information.
