Fine. The guy actually came a couple days early, when I wasn't here, and did the outside work. Not sure whether he got the days mixed up or was just in the neighborhood. Then he came back on his regularly scheduled day to do the inside. I haven't seen any ants since.

They said someone would arrive between 12-5 PM and someone showed up at 4:30 PM. While they were "on time," I thought it was a rather large arrival-time window. After I described the bird-nesting problem, the exterminator determined that indeed there was a nest and that it appeared that only one bird remained. He was honest in saying that it was unlikely the birds would nest there again and that my problem may resolve itself in a week (and it has as I write this). We also noticed a different type of bird nesting in the chimney and he gave me the name and number of another company that specializes in removing critters from the chimney. While Ohio Exterm. didn't perform any work, they were professional, courteous, helpful and honest. I would call them back in the future.

They didn't just treat the one area affected by the bees and ants but sprayed the entire house perimeter. I would use them again.

They had very poor follow up. They forgot to spray the garage. I called them twice afterwards and they never showed up to complete the job.

Overall a positive experience. I felt like they worked with me to decide what poison options I wanted to use. For example they didn't push me to spay the baseboards in my kitchen which I was concerned they would.

Overall, they have received an "A" from us anytime we have had to deal with them. We have used them for over 30 years.

The technician is very thorough he even gets in my crawl space and he treats it well. I get full value for what I pay for!

We had a problem with pavement ants in the kitchen. Someone came out right away and gave us an estimate of the cost to get rid of the ants. The serviceman was able to come at a time convenient for me. He was punctual and did a good job explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it the way he was. The ants were pretty much gone within a couple of days.

When I called, initially they did not say they do not do squirrels. They waited 2 days, the day they were supposed to come out, to inform us of this and should have just told us this from the beginning. We could have had someone else out. They should have done the free estimate anyway, but that is not what they chose to do. They didn't do anything but waste my time.

I thought they were very courteous prompt and efficient.

Our child apparently brought bedbugs home from summer camp. We were advised to treat the infected bedroom and two adjoining rooms. We removed everything in the rooms but the furniture. Things that could were put in the dryer for 30 minutes, everything else was put in black trash bags and "cooked" in the August sun for a couple of days. We had not seen any live bugs until the exterminators arrived. They found bugs immediately in the corner protectors on the box springs. The mattresses were put in cloth cases to trap any bugs. Everything else was treated. We had to leave the house for 4 hours. We returned briefly prior to that and the odor was overwhelming. But after the 4 hours, it was barely noticeable. We were told that we may have to re-treat after 3 weeks if we notice bug bites again. But 2 months later we still seem to be bed bug free. (Knock on wood!)

Went great. The gentleman who came out (Kent) was completely thorough and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done, and it seemed he went above and beyond the basic treatment, and took care of our problem.

They did a good job and followed up.

I have had them out twice. Once was about $200, and the other was about $130. The second trip was a follow up, because roaches are difficult to get rid of.

I called and a very helpful person set up the appointment for me for the next day. Gave me all the details, including a 2-hour window they needed. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, our neighbor, who was also affected, called another exterminator and had the nest eradicated. I found out only after 5:00pm when the offices had already closed. I called and left a message asking to cancel the appointment, although the appointment was scheduled before the office even opens. This morning I was prepared to pay for an extermination I did not need, especially because it was not their fault. However, the gentleman who showed up listened to my story and simply said 'Do not worry about it, you do not need to pay anything.' Needless to say, I was flabbergasted! With this kind of service, I will not hesitate to use them again!

They came a week early to do the spraying (mix up by the office), but it was done thoroughly and efficiently.

I thought they were reasonably priced, professional and courteous. They offer a deal where if you still see the pests they will come out for a reduced rate.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND POLITE AND THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING IN REGARD TO KILLING OFF THE PESTS. THE ESTIMATE WAS QUICK, BUT COMING BACK TO SPRAY TOOK THEM A LITTLE LONGER THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED.

HE WAS ON TIME, EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL.

They took the time to explain in detail how the system worked. I felt that the the technician didn't talk down to me and treated me with respect.

They came out and handled the bees fine. They were a little late, but not too bad. In June, they were supposed to come out to take care of a carpenter ant problem and were over 2 hours late. We had to eventually cancel as they were so late. Cost just reflects the carpenter bees.
