They had a trouble getting rid of them, but kept coming until the problem was solved and did not charge on the repeated visits. They are very, very, professional and courtesy when they came to the door. Also, very neat with their work.

I wasn't here at the time they came, but my husband was pleased with their work.

I called to obtain an estimate to eliminate carpenter ants from my home and they provided a free estimate. At this point, they identified several nests and pointed these out to me. I scheduled the first treatment for a Saturday but the exterminator did not show. When I called to find out what happened, they apologized for a scheduling issue. They offered to come immediately on Monday and were extremely flexible to accommodate my schedule. The exterminator that arrived was very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took his time to ensure that he eradicated the ants. He also explained the process to me and provided insight as to how it worked and approximately how long it would take. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I was contacted a couple of weeks later to schedule my second treatment and I was able to reserve time with the same exterminator. I wasn't able to be at my house immediately but the exterminator was very patient and I had someone at my house shortly. He was able to complete the second treatment as scheduled. I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use this company again if I have an additional pest issues. I have already recommended this company to several friends.

There services were very good so far. They were very professional and we haven't seen any termites since then. They were on time and easy to work with.

Ray arrived early and assessed the situation. He did have to borrow a small step ladder from us even though the copy of the estimate given to me stated that a small ladder should be brought with them to do the job. He only had a large ladder. He sprayed all around the area and even soaked some material and shoved it into the holes to prevent other bees from entering. He suggested that I wait a day or two to fill the hole with some silicone caulk.

We are happy with their control and have used them for years with no problems. They are very thorough and we usually get the same technician every time. They call ahead and always come at the appointed time and day.

I was not very pleased with the first treatment they did. The first treatment did not work very good and I had to call them to come out and do it again. I felt the first treatment was a waste of time. The second treatment finally did work and it should have work the first time where I didn't have to call them out again. I felt their prices were OK, but it felt like a complete waste of time.

Mr. Huff arrived on time and was very professional. His inspection was thorough and he did not find any indication of infestation. He mentioned that I should look for evidence of insects every 3 months, told me what to look for and explained the services they provided and the costs. Very pleasant to deal with and I will call them if I do have a problem that needs treatment. A+

I was concerned about termites at our rental house due the wood framing and past problems in the garage. They came out to our house and performed an inspection of the inside and outside of the house for termites. We are not local to the house, so Earl called me to report that he found no indications of termites. He made no effort to sell me on a preventative plan or anything else, which I appreciated. Only after I asked, did he provide details. They were prompt and professional. We required no additional work.

They were very responsive and were able to schedule the appointment with no problems. The worker they sent out was also very quick and thorough with the job.

They came out on a Saturday morning to inspect and found we needed to deal with the termites. We bought the in ground system that they check every month. The actual installer came the next Saturday morning and installed the system. They are very professional people and we will continue to use them for pest control.

So far so good. They are supposed to come back once a month to check on the actual plugs, but we've only seen them once so far. The man that came out to do the work was very nice.

I have always had spiders trying to move in (rent free, no less). And then I found the ant colony under the porch carpet. It was time for war. I called these guys because they were highly rated on Angie's List. First, they came in to determine the foe. (Not termites, thank God). Then they came back and in 15 minutes had the entire property covered. By the time I paid the man, most of the ants were dead.

There was an initial estimate for extermination of carpenter ants. A few days later, a technician came out and sprayed for ants. He said he sprayed the whole house, but after he left, there were still a LOT of carpenter ants crawling on the back porch. And I still had ants in the house as well. I saw where the ants were getting under the siding from the back porch. I tried "over the counter" ant control products, which didn't work. So I called the company back. I explained that this was a spot missed by the first technician to come out, and I wanted someone to re-treat because of the ants still in my house. I was told that even though the first treatment had not taken care of the problem, and that ants were in high numbers on my porch, I would have to pay full price for the follow-up service. Since their mistake caused me to have to call for repeat treatment, I didn't think that I should have to pay for it. They disagreed, and I paid. Though the second treatment worked, I didn't like having to pay for something they did incorrectly. I will look to somebody else the next time.

They were fine and did great work. They solved the problem. It was easy to set up the appointment. They were very good about returning calls. I would recommend them to others.

I had carpenter ants on the front porch and they came out and did a great job. They came within two days of when I called and came when scheduled to come. They were very professional and I think the cost was reasonable.

They were on time, very friendly, told us exactly what they found. They explained they felt the raccoons were gone, but instructed us on how to keep them out in the future. They advised us to call them back if we heard any more noises and they would be happy to come out and step traps. They did not charge for this inspection.

The serviceman, Ralph, arrived promptly on the arranged date, and explained how he would install the system. He explained how the system worked, and that it would be periodically checked. He explained the termite's habits, and how to recognize fresh termite mud tubes, and that a fresh mud tube would indicate termites were active in my house. He answered all my questions, and encouraged me to call Ohio Exterminating Co. if I found fresh mud tubes in a particular area, or had any further questions. He was a great help.

The first guy came out to give me an estimate and a second came out later to perform the job. They installed the system in a timely fashion and the price seemed reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

An inspector came out and saw the problem. I booked a date for treatment and a free estimate was given. The tech came out several days later and treated the problem.

Called for an estimate for carpenter bee's gave they gave the best estimate by far, but when they came out to perform the service a week later the bee's were gone. The tech explained he could do the service, but he did not see any holes from the be's boring into the wood. I appreciated his honesty he saved me $171.00.

I would use the company again and highly recommend them.
