They were great and did a wonderful job.

We have used them for a few years without any problems. They come quarterly. We have a crawl space and they go down to the crawl space. We had a problem with mice and they took care of it. They put traps outside around the house and they also put traps in the garage and kitchen cabinets. They check them all and refill them if needed. I don’t have anything to compare their price with and I think it is good. Their punctuality and professionalism is very good.

They usually come out, once in every other year. The calk base of the house tends to get damped down there which causes these centipedes around here. They are pretty creepy when they crawl in my bathtub. There are found sometimes on the ceilings also. They are very gross. The boys have a Lego room upstairs, which was a disaster because there were a lot of Lego’s in there. We had to get that mess cleaned up before they could do some spraying in that room. They seem to meet our needs pretty well. They seem to get the job done because whatever they are using, it is keeping those things away. They recommend some of that every year but if I am not seeing those centipedes, I am not calling them. They were here, when they said they would be here. Their punctuality was good. We would rate them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

I now have a contact with them. Their customer service rep is great and they are very responsive. Andrew Christman is who I have dealt with, who is fantastic.

The service seemed fine. They did not call before coming but it was a good job. The people seemed nice as well.

I have been with them for 8-10 years. They are punctual and come when they say they are going to come. They listen to what you really need done. They have even sent the owner of the company out to look at a problem we had. They have dealt with mice and do standard spraying as well. They are very qualified.

Our house had termite damage. This company had exterminated before so they used the service. Used them for over 10 years. Found larvae and treated. I have a yearly contract with this company and they will treat anytime as many times and I pay one yearly charge.

I had noticed some mouse evidence and some ant activity. I called Ohio Exterminating and made an appointment. The technician came and looked at the areas where I had noticed mouse activity. He said they could place 10 mouse bait boxes. I asked several questions about the product and if it was safe to use around my cats. He assured me it was. I also asked about spraying for ants and being put on a quarterly schedule. He said this was not the right time to spray and that he didn't think we needed to be on a quarterly schedule because the ants weren't that bad. He suggested a product for us to use. He then worked with my schedule to come back and place the traps. I was not present when the bait was set but my daughter was present. She said the technician completed the job quickly. My only complaint would be that they did not push the stove back to the wall. I called to see if the stove needed to be out to accommodate the bait but was told that the technician had some problem pushing it back and didn't want to damage the floor. I can understand his concern for the floor. However, I feel that the technician was a better choice for pushing the stove then me.

They charged me $275 for their services. They did a very good job. I didn’t really compare too much with regard to price. I will use their services again in the future.

They always send the same person to spray my house. They will call me a couple days before to let me know they are coming. If I am not going to be available that day, they are very cooperative and will schedule a time that is convenient for me. I used another exterminator in the past that I told not to come after 4 o'clock because I was working at the time and they would still come and do the spraying. I have never had that problem with this company and they will come when I ask.

Overall, I was pleased with the services provided.

The person that came out was very professional and answered a lot of the questions we had. They actually talked us down on some service; they told us that we didn’t need the level that we were looking for because we heard stuff from other people and from the in-laws like the number of traps we need to put in. They said that we didn’t need all that and gave us some really good suggestions. They had a lot of in-depth knowledge about the animal we were trying to kill. We are planning to use them again.

They are on time. They do their job and get it done. They wear shoe covers so they do not get anything in your house.

They are good at what they do. We have not had any problems with them.

They did a very good job. They followed up to make sure things were still okay. There was no smell, they use very good stuff. They explained everything to us.

The man who came out to do the estimate was very nice and professional. The guys who actually did the work showed up on time and were friendly. The job took longer than I expected, but I didn't really know what to expect.

They must be super busy. I called them with bees buzzing around in my bedroom. They just said they could only come out on Wednesday, not before then. Sorry, that's just how things are. I do not know if they do good work, but with them being that busy, I'd go elsewhere before asking them the next time.

The positive is that we have not seen a spider since they were here, so it appears to be helping our problem. The price seemed very high for one application and the service man was very professional, but he moved very slowly in completing his work. We would consider hiring them again, but would probably compare prices first.

The company was reasonably responsive when I called to set up an inspection. The employee who came out was professional, however even after spotting mouse droppings in the basement, he told me that they were old and likely there were not any mice here anymore. He did not investigate further for places that the mice may have come into the house. He did not give me an estimate or charge for the inspection. Around one month later, I found fresh signs of a mouse in my kitchen pantry. I called on a Thursday to set up an appointment for the following week. They said that they wouldn't set up another appointment for inspection b/c their inspector had already been to my house. They set up an appointment for the following Tuesday for treatment of the mouse issue and said that the inspector would call me the next day to give an estimate. I received no call on Friday. I called the company back on Monday and a new operator answered. They said they had no record of an appointment for me on Tuesday and the inspector would call me back on Tuesday to give me an estimate. I stressed the importance that they actually call back the same day (Monday) b/c Tuesday was my only day off for a week and a half. They said they would call me back and no one has called. Then, I was left scrambling to find a company to come out on my only day off. I felt that the company was very unprofessional in handling this situation and I would not recommend them based on poor customer service and poor punctuality.

Will continue to use. Very reliable service.

They were fine. They were excellent. They came and checked back to make sure the bees were gone.

The manager came out as scheduled to determine the type of ants, and give an estimate for the work. He listened to my observations, and saw where they were coming into the house. He then examined the outside of the house, and determined their point of entry. He showed me, and gave me the choice to do the work myself, or choose to use their services and product (that was superior to the products available to me at the local hardware store). He then gave me an estimate of the work, and told me what to expect. He scheduled someone to come out at a time convenient for me, and assured they would give me a follow-up call in a couple of weeks. The service man came out to treat the exterior on time. I was very pleased with the outcome - ants were gone within 24 hours of the treatment.

I got them through Angie's List. It was $137 with the discount. They took care of the problem. I liked their willingness to work around my convenience and hours. I don’t think that they typically worked on Saturdays. So, I needed them to come out earlier than their normal work hours and they did. They came outside of their normal work hours to work around my schedule. They were polite and courteous. They were excellent. I assume that their price was fine as I did not have any other price to compare with.

The exterminator treated outside and inside for the ants. I was a little hesitant to let him treat inside as I have a cat and dog, but the treatment has been effective and I haven't noticed any adverse effect on the animals.
