Description of Work: Replaced a door, straightened up gutters/downspouts, reattached fence doors. | |There were a few unexpected slowdowns (due to the previous owners of my house cutting corners), but they did good work, and I am satisfied with it. They pointed out some work I may need to do in the future. There was a slight miscommunication regarding when the 8 hours of work would be done. I assumed it'd be 8 continuous hours, but they did 4 and 4 in back-to-back afternoons.

Description of Work: Nordine and Associates repaired an off track folding door, caulked the kitchen back splash, stopped the toilet from running, hung a flat screen TV on the wall and hid the cables in the wall for a second flat screen TV. The work was excellent and I will use this company again.

 + 3 moreKevin is very eager and very professional. His invoices clearly define what he is going to do. He shows up promptly and has a very fine attitude towards his work.
Description of Work: Kevin has done several projects for us, including removing brush/ivy from behind our garage, hauling away cement, leveling dirt, completing a large plumbing project that involved removing one garden faucet and installing two others, and pulling a rear gutter spout from the backyard and turning it around towards the front lawn. He has also done some planting for us.
