Mr. Mover of Ohio Inc

Mr. Mover did a great job. Good communication with crew and office staff. Moving crew arrived within estimated time window and completed the job on time. Cost was less than estimate.

It was great. Mark and his guys did an excellent job. They had the truck packed in Columbus in little over three hours and moved us in in Bluffton two days later in 4 hours.

The crew showed up early, surveyed the items to move and got right to work. The furniture was wrapped and packed neatly in the truck. at the new house, without asking us, the care protected our newly refinished hardwood floors prior to moving anything in the house. if I ever move again I will use Mr. Mover!

I'd give them all "A's" across the board. They come out and do in person estimates and they guarantee them. Younger movers need to be cautioned about carrying boxes too high at one time. They are already top rated.

Excellent. On time, hard working and efficient. We have moved many times and these guys were among the best we have had. They spent extra time installing new pedestals on our washer and dryer, making sure everything was level and hooked up correctly. We thank everyone who was involved at Mr. Mover....great job.

It is the first and only movers I have used that every thing was intact and nothing missing. They made sure we had beds to sleep in and a kitchen to cook in. They had 13 people to move us in 2 days and nothing was broken or damaged. Every thing was great. The sales man was like a drill sergeant and everything he said they did, they were great!!. They went out of their way to make thing as simple as possible for us. If they did not have to take it apart which made it easy to set back up.

The sales rep had an eye for detail and you knew he was going top deliver on his promises.

The movers worked very well together. They were very professional and very careful with our items as well as the walls and carpet. Overall a great experience. Thanks.

I was pleased with the promptness and efficiency of the team of movers. They were friendly and professional.

It went great! I could not recommend them more highly. The owner came to our home and gave us an estimate and a dollar amount they would not go over. The movers were very careful with our belongings even completely wrapping a delicate antique bookcase. They put down card board on the floor of our new home to not damage tile. They wee very accommodating and adjusted locations of furniture to make sure we were happy with where it was placed. The price was great too. Highly, highly recommend!

They were able to fit me in on short notice, were reasonable in price, came exactly when they said they would and were courteous.

The crew was informed ahead of time what the task would be, the dispatcher added an additional person to the team because we have large furniture. If we made any changes they were minor and we actually did not ask them to move something that we had originally bid. At the end of the day they got the job done but we ended up paying 15% over the original estimate. It just didn't feel right. We ended up compromising on so many things because the crew wanted the easy way out.

They were a terrific, hard working crew that was on top of everything. We've moved 13x in the past 25 years...my wife commented that this was the best moving crew ever! Jeff and his team to a great job!

Fantastic! My mom was very pleased with all aspects of the move.

Oh, they were good. I know we gave them more than they asked for because they were so good. They moved stuff from our basement to upstairs, so it was like up two floors. They hit it right on the head with everything. If you would have seen them, you wouldn't have wanted them in your house. They were dressed to move and dressed to work. They were so polite, and they worked their little butts off, let me tell you.

We had them come out and do an estimate, which guarantees the maximum out of pocket expense for the move. We are very glad we did this as our estimate of how much stuff we had was much lower than what we actually had. The movers were on time and made the move incredibly easy.

They were on time...worked hard. I did have one chair with a scratch that I have not contacted as yet to correct.

All in all it went really well. I felt comfortable working with the movers and they were all professional and friendly.

It was far more than we expected . They made sure all wooden floors were covered so not to scratch them. Coved all banister and any part of door openings so it didn't scratch or harm doors and furniture. The info we had before the move was very good it helped a lot . They set up our beds and asked on every box they took in our new home where it goes Which room etc . Our crew we had helped each other and you could see they were a team no stopping and more energy I've ever seen in movers . We have been in many countries moving this was the best .

Perfect, friendly, and professional

Confirmed with POC that the type of move that I was requesting was within the scope of their services and quoted a price of $75. Was told that a dispatcher would contact me to schedule a date and time for the move. A week later, I'm still waiting for that call. I can only surmise that they did not consider the job big enough to warrant a call back. If that is indeed the case, the POC had plenty opportunity to clarify during our initial conversation.

Several things did not go as promised. The truck was 40 min. late (one crew member was right on time). They did not wrap dressers, so drawers were flying open while being carried. Our own box of sticky plastic for the carpet ended up on their truck somehow and they did not put any of their own roll down. The back doors of the truck flew open while the truck was driving down the road. I would have appreciated a slower, more cautious handling of our furniture, much of which is Amish and hand made. One crew member from a different crew showed up briefly at our condo, dropped one end of our couch onto the edge of the truck, and then took off without saying a word.
