There's a stylist that I've been going to for years. She's moved to different places and shops but I follow her. She's been to a couple of different hair salon places and I've been going to her for a long time. She cuts my hair the way I want and listens to me how I want it cut so I kind of hate to lose her. I'm due for a cut as it's gotten a little bit longer because I've always had it short. They do shampoo and style. I've been going to her for quite a while and she's always cut it the way I wanted. I'm always pleased with the way she cuts and styles it. I've had it really short and in different ways. She listens to what I want and she knows my hair texture so she cuts it in a way it looks decent. I'm satisfied with her. I don't have to wait long for my appointment.

.I had a coupon from Macy's so I went in to buy some clothes, I did not try them on I just bought them home. When I got home I did try them on and they were to large. I went back to exchange them the next day and the head of the department head was very rude. I emailed the CEO of Macy's and told him what happened he was very prompt in responding back to me and told me that the clothes were on Macy's. They have wonderful customer service, and I highly recommend them.

Macy's really doesn't seem to have sales on their furniture; if they give free shipping they won't offer the rebate. If they give a rebate, they skip the free ship. They may give 6 months or 12 months same as cash then back down on one of the other two. It is rare to get a 10% off total purchase coupon but if you do, you don't seem to get anything else. Even worse, they will not dicker on price, what it says is what it is, even in this time of decreased furniture sales. Disappointing. Our experience with Macy's Easton was that if you wanted to purchase furniture then you had to search for someone to help and we found this to be true each time. Once we did locate that person the help was forthcoming and it ended up being a good, smooth sale--despite the price disappointment. Paperwork was completed correctly with thought to detail. Delivery was excellent; one of our best experiences in that department. The delivery team was experienced and careful, furniture well protected.

I was told that the item was in stock (which is why we chose Macy's over another company), but found out that it had to be retrieved and delivered from Georgia and that it would take 7 days. When the couch was delivered, there were brown stains all over the left portion of the couch. Customer service said they would send another couch in another 7 days. When they delivered it, they brought the wrong portion of the couch. On the 2nd delivery, the material had blemishes in it. The 3rd delivery, the cushions were made from different material than we requested (they were soft, not hard). Finally, the 4th time was perfect. Customer service offered me a $50 in store credit for my time and trouble. The worst part was that you cannot work with your salesperson after it is delivered, you must go through a customer service center. This means every time you call in, you talk to a different person. The one good experience I had was with the delivery guys- very professional and no wall dings!

MAURO, WAS OUR SALES PERSON. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT RUGS AND FRIENDLY. WE TOOK HOME A RUG THAT TURNED OUT TO BE TOO SMALL. WE RETURNED IT THE NEXT MORNING, AND HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE PERSON THAT WAS WORKING THERE THAT DAY, NOT MAURO. HE TOLD US WE WOULD LOSE THE DISCOUNTS WE WERE GIVEN EVEN THOUGH 24 HRS HAD NOT PAST YET. FOR SOME REASON HE KEPT THINKING A WEEK HAD PAST. AFTER GOING ABOVE HIM AND GETTING EVERYTHING STRAIGHTENED OUT WE ORDERED A LARGER SIZE RUG IN THE SAME DESIGN. WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS, I BELIEVE. IT ARRIVED MUCH FASTER. IT LOOKS GREAT AND IS OF VERY NICE QUALITY.
