Had a complete replacement of HVAC unit. The unit is in the attic so it was a very tight workspace, the installation took some extra time but that was only because they ended up replacing some of the ductwork. I appreciated the extra effort rather than just doing it quick and hoping it would last.

The install went as planed & scheduled, the 3 installers were great to work with and we had NO issues having them in our house! Very clean work, professional and careful not to make any mess or damage anything. Well. Logan in Cincinnati is very profession and very informative through all steps of the process and while they did the installation. They have come back to do routine maintenance checks and again are prompt and very helpful. They recently called out a warranty issue with a AC unit they didn't install and that saved me over $1K. They could have easily replaced it and not bothered to tell me that it was still under the original manufacturer's warranty.

Very easy. Logan came out during Covid for the quote, salesperson was very nice, not pushy and educated me on HVAC systems and their products. Scheduled the install and the gentlemen that did the work were great-friendly and kept me apprised as the work went on. Everything went as planned, there was a small hiccup during install and them needed to get more material...if they never told about it, I would have never known, that is how smooth it went for me as the homeowner.

There were late getting to the house, they charged me $109 to say it needed a leak test. Then told me I would have to schedule another appointment to do the test, then have another appointment to fix whatever the issue was. I had used them in the past but now I'll call someone else to get my unit fixed.

In regards to the work quoted for your leak test, as this service can take up to 3 hours to complete, it would have caused the technician to remain at your residence for several hours into the evening. Depending on what our technician would find after performing the leak search, we may have had to make another visit at that point to perform the repair. Great experience. Reasonable price for the quality of work. We had a Trane HVAC system installed with whole house humidifier and UV Light. They came next day and had it fully installed and working by the end of the day.
