Professional in performance and attire. Respectful and easy to communicate with. tarps down for traffic areas and advance notice of actions to be taken, tasks to be performed. I had them do the work for two homes and we are very satisfied with all people we have encountered from this company.

There were late getting to the house, they charged me $109 to say it needed a leak test. Then told me I would have to schedule another appointment to do the test, then have another appointment to fix whatever the issue was. I had used them in the past but now I'll call someone else to get my unit fixed.

In regards to the work quoted for your leak test, as this service can take up to 3 hours to complete, it would have caused the technician to remain at your residence for several hours into the evening. Depending on what our technician would find after performing the leak search, we may have had to make another visit at that point to perform the repair. Great experience. Reasonable price for the quality of work. We had a Trane HVAC system installed with whole house humidifier and UV Light. They came next day and had it fully installed and working by the end of the day.

I called and told them I had no power. Answering service said take a chance because power may be on during actual service time. Rescheduling may take a month or more. They came, power still off, charged me full price and did half the work.
