Description of Work: I used the electrical service of Key Electric Company. We moved to a new condo and we needed an electric outlet in the middle of the living room on the floor.

 + -1 moreThe original work went fine and I thought he was a great contractor. After what I just went through with the city of Columbus about the permit, I would never hire Key Electric again. The city of Columbus Building Code electrical supervisor said I could file a complaint with the city and have Mr. Wallace's license pulled but I have chosen not to do that.
Description of Work: I used Key Electric to upgrade electrical service/panel on a house I was selling. He did a great job on the work and gave me a good price but a year later I found out that Mr. Wallace had never filed the electrical permit required by Columbus. We were sent a letter saying the city would take us to court because Key Electric had not done what the city required. We no longer owned the property but we had to pay Mr. Wallace an additional $200 to obtain the permit or so he said. I then found out the city only charges $75 for the permit and Mr Wallace had made money on a situation he caused. I feel I paid too much in the end for this work.

 + -1 moreWORKERS WERE ARGUMENTATIVE WITH THE MEMBER. ATTIC FAN DOESN'T WORK NOW AND SHE CAN'T GET THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX IT.
