He arrived Monday afternoon which was quicker than I expected and did exactly what I needed him to. I live in an apartment complex with a maintenance crew but if I ever have another issue that they can't handle, I'll be definitely be calling Fred again!

+ 0 moreFred and team were very professional and nice to work with. We had a partially finished basement (~650 sq ft) and Fred came in and finished the mudding and sanding on our drywall. He also stamped our ceiling for us. There were a few spots that weren't as perfect as we hoped, but it was a great price when the competitors were asking $2K+. I would absolutely recommend Honey Do Home Improvements LLC.

Fred arrived at the given date and time, promptly set up his saw, and proceeded to do a nice job, explaining to me how the new steps which initially looked slightly out-of-kilter would eventually settle into the correct position. He was absolutely correct. Within a couple of weeks the steps were solid and looked well-integrated into the deck design and after staining, looked as good as (or better than) the originals. He knew what he was doing. Steps have held up for months, now just fine.
Description of Work: Cedar deck step replacement. We had a couple of steps which were rotting, fell apart and needed to be replaced.

Fred was very professional, super nice, kept me updated on his progress throughout the day, let me know when he had to go out to buy supplies and what he had to buy, etc. We have already hired him to do some more work for us! The only bad thing is that he's pretty busy so you have to plan ahead and be prepared to schedule out but he is well worth the wait in my opinion.
Description of Work: Lots of little things; fixing doors, hanging big pictures/mirrors, replacing hinges on kitchen cabinet, pressure washing sidewalk, etc.

Yes, I paid $99.00 for the services when I purchased the offer, but NO, services were not performed! No voices were raised, but the encounter was unpleasant. After the gentleman from Honey Do Home Improvements left, I got on your website to find a number to call, and that number gave me a recording that it was a "non-working number".
Description of Work: I needed to have a small bush dug up and replanted, and stated that in the email from Honey Do asking what services I would need. When the gentleman arrived 35 minutes late this morning, he did not have a shovel; I said that the advertisement/Angie's List offer stated that landscaping was one of the company's services, so I felt he should have brought a shovel. His response was the offer of landscaping was a "typo". I did try to borrow one from a neighbor for him to use, but the neighbor was not home. By that time, he told me I should just call Angie's List for a refund. He made no offer to do any other work, just said "Well, have a nice day," got in his truck and drove away.

+ 4 moreEverything was perfect except one of the blinds. I sent a list of what I needed to have done prior to appointment and was told they were able to take care of what I needed. When he arrived he informed me he had never shortened blinds. He figured it out and did a great job on two of them. The third was shortened too much and there wasnt enough string to add a slat back in so it does not look professional. I am sure he will do a great job on this service go forward.
Description of Work: Replace ceiling fan, patch drywall, replace three smoke alarms, shorten three wood blinds.
