I was very happy with the selection of materials they had to choose from and they let you take small samples home. The service is okay. First you have to register at the front desk and then wait for a sales person. They don't appear to love their jobs and don't appear eager to help. They seemed annoyed with my questions. This wasn't just with my first stop into the store but on most trips. This was in stark contrast to a competitor. Their prices were also much higher, but they also have a more varied selection. The ordering and pick-up of my materials went very well and the portion of the store that handles customer service (pick-up) was always very professional and friendly.

I can't say enough good things about this company! First of all, they were half the price of the other 3 quotes I received, but after much consideration we went for it - and very happy we did. They were able to get the exact materials we wanted and install the stone fireplace facade within 3 days. They were prompt, extremely tidy and proffesional. The guys worked with me to determine the best placement for the face stones and we are very happy with the end result. They also came back out several weeks later the "back butter" the crown molding to the fireplace (at no additional charge). The reason they sited for being so much less expensive is the fact that their guys are hourly employees and not self employeed contractors so the company is paying them a more reasonable rate. What ever the reason - they were excellent. Very good follow through!!

The price was as quoted. Although it took about a week to get the service visit, they were still able to come out a week ahead of Wayne-Dalton.

Spring broke at about 5 PM on Wednesday. We called and they offered to come out immediately if we wanted to pay for the emergency fee service. We declined the emergency service and set an appointment for 10 -12 the next morning. By 10:00 the next morning the job was finished. Bob Daly was very professional and did an excellent job. This is a wonderful company to do business with.

It was a routine job. They were on time. The job went well until they discovered a leak and they told me they could not go further. They will be back next week. They will fix it and will not charge me for it. They were professional.

We initially met with Tonya from HP. We described our kitchen and the general look we were going for. She started pulling tiles from our details and was a huge help is finding the perfect tile. She really has an eye for picking out what the customer needs. She let us take samples back to our house to see what they looked like next our counters and even met with us a second time to pick out accent pieces. I was very happy with both the professionalism and prices from HP.

Very professional and punctual. The garage door has never operated as smoothly or quietly as it does now. The door has a higher "R" value than the original door and is more strongly braced.

I called and scheduled them for the next day. He arrived with the correct springs and tools. He did a great job and explained what he was doing as he went along. I have heard many stories of people hurting themselves with these springs, so I was perfectly content to have someone come out who does this regularly. Good experience.

They have a large selection of colors on hand but each sample had a tag stating if it was in stock or not. They one we wanted for the one bath had to be ordered but they left us know immediatly when it came in.

Bonnie, the designer, was really good in helping us pick out colors and patterns for the floor and shower. She was exceptionally helpful in matching everything.

Great company. There was a little mix up but they turned and took full responsibility and got us what we needed at no extra charge. They were very apologetic and wanted to make sure that we got everything we needed. A simple mistake but loved the work they did and the services they provided us with. If you go to Hamilton Parker ask for Anita, she is wonderful to work with.

Their sales staff for the custom glass doors overstated the need for the doors. They stressed that there would be heat loss and draftiness in the winter. The rest of the service I was satisfied with however the doors were a huge cost I would not have gotten into if I had known I could have gotten the gas logs only and not experience heat loss. The doors also came in the wrong finish. I had to send them back and had to have them refinished and brought back. Not satisfied with the doors.

Wonderful job. We worked with Aaron to select the cultured stone, and Aaron and crew installed the stone. Many homes in our neighborhood have stone that was quarried from nearby Marble Cliff quarries, and Aaron helped us to select a cultured stone that is very similar to that of our area. When he installed the stone, he also measured the thickness of the grout in neighbors' houses so that the finished product looked like is was original to the 70 year old neighborhood. I called other masons to do this job, but they all had a long waiting list. Aaron was able to schedule us within a few weeks at a very fair price. Job was done in one day, and they cleaned up the mess they made, too !

Very well. A bit intimidating having a welcome desk at the showroom, but selection was great. Since we visited a number of times and spoke with a different sales person each time, some salespeople are more knowledgeable than others. Once we settled on a selection, very helpful in working out the quantity. Also, as we were doing the job ourselves, the salesman gave us a "contractor" discount, saving us over 15%.

I needed work on two garage doors--one door adjusted and the garage door opener for the other operational. I told them before they came what brand and model of garage door opener I had and made it clear I wanted someone that could do both jobs. I was OK with paying more than the standard one-half hour for $90 service call. When the guy got here, he was in a hurry, as he told us he had four more appointments scheduled for the afternoon. He adjusted the one door and told me I had to call someone else to get service on the garage door opener. I'm not sure he was even here for the whole 30 minutes. Now I will have to pay for a service call again from someone else ($180 an hour for garage door service is ridiculous) to get what I hired him to do done. Realized that after he left, our third garage door wasn't working properly anymore. What a coincidence?? Very disappointed.

I went in there to buy the stone and the sales person was very helpful in directing me to the stone I wanted to use. I bought the stone and then left him with an estimate of the sizes I needed for custom cut hearthstone and he was going to get back to me with a quote. I didn't hear back after a couple of days so I called to follow up but he hadn't heard back yet from the stonecutter. About a week later, I still didn't hear anything and a postcard showed up asking how they did. I told this same story in the postcard. A couple of days later, Adam Lewin, the president of the company called and apologized for the situation and made sure I got my hearth stone and even paid for it. He was great to work with and I really appreciated his attention even though it was going to be a small sale. With a new house to remodel, they will definitely be getting more of my business.

Everytime I go in there they are very helpful, professional, and friendly.

The process was effortless. I called on day and received and estimate over the phone. I accepted the estimate. The next day the technician arrived when he said he would. It took about 45 minutes to complete the job.

Jane spent time going over the project with me personally, even though it was a small project. The result was beautiful.

The overall installation process went well. The only major problem was that our painters walked on the bathroom floor before the tile was set and caused the tiles to shift. They quickly came back out to get the tiles set correctly (and made sure to put up a sign not to walk on it).

We have purchased from them in the past and find them great to do business with. They have high quality products!

Hamilton Parker has a beautiful showroom. They have very helpful employees. Robin helped us choose a marble that matched our bathroom. She spent a great deal of time with us and kept us informed throughout our purchase. This showroom can get very busy and I would suggest calling ahead for an appointment.

Thow showroom is large but I was provided personal assistance and found the type of tile I was looking for; I also received some very helpful design advice from Catie based on photos I brought in.

Staff was exremely knowledgeable, and helped us replace the original tile in our 1920's bathroom. The room looks fresh and still authentic.

I CALLED THEM TO COME OUT TO LOOK AT IT, AND THEY QUOTED ME $850 TO REPLACE THE ONE SECTION, OR $1200 TO REPLACE TWO SECTIONS. I FOUND OUT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, THAT ENDED UP DOING THE REPAIR, THAT THE REPLACEMENT PANEL WOULDN'T HAVE MATCHED. I ENDED UP HAVING THE ENTIRE DOOR REPLACED FOR JUST UNDER $1200.
