Description of Work: I found this place on Google looking for tiles fro our front porch. It's a decent size store but they have an excellent selection of tiles. When I walked around the store I saw so many cool looking tiles I wanted to tile my whole house. I wished I'd have found this store earlier. |The people in the store are very friendly and helpful. The price is also right.

I had some issues with the initial representative. After a bad experience I called a manager and he made it right. Overall a good company to use

Hamilton Parker gave us a list of recommended contractors to do the work. We hired Joe Gibson, New Albany tile, and he did an excellent job exceeding our expectations.

Description of Work: WE NEEDED A NEW GARAGE DOOR AT A RENTAL HOUSE WE OWN. WE HAD USED HAMILTON PARKER A FEW YEARS AGO, AND DECIDED TO CALL THEM DIRECTLY RATHER THAN GET ESTIMATES FROM OTHER COMPANIES. THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT, HOWEVER. THEY CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND AFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF EXCHANGING MESSAGES, I WAS ABLE TO FINALLY OBTAIN THE ESTIMATE AMOUNT. AT THAT TIME I SCHEDULED THEM TO DO THE WORK. THE TECHNICIAN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON SITE FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THEY HAD TO RESCHEDULE FOR SATURDAY MORNING. THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP ON SATURDAY. THE TECH. INDICATED THE JOB WAS MORE INVOLVED THAN THE ESTIMATE SHOWED, SO HE WOULD HAVE TO GET MORE MATERIAL AND WOULD RETURN LATER. HE NEVER CAME BACK. I PHONED THE COMPANY MONDAY AFTERNOON AND WAS INFORMED THE ESTIMATE WOULD NOW BE INCREASED BY $300 DUE TO DAMAGE THEY DIDNT NOTICE DURING THE ESTIMATE. I EXPRESSED MY CONCERN OVER NOT HEARING FROM ANYONE ABOUT THE STATUS. I AM NOW SHOPPING FOR OTHER ESTIMATES.
