Description of Work: I purchased fireplace stone and a mantle. They helped me figure out what was needed and helped finding a contractor to do the work. I didn't use anyone they recommended, but only because I found someone I already knew. They were extremely helpful with the planning section, but that's all.

THEY CAME OUT THE FIRST TIME AND FIXED THE OPENER. AS SOON AS THEY LEFT, IT HAD STOPPED WORKING. WE CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY CAME BACK OUT AND DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE PART OR THE SERVICE CALL.. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THINGS WERE HANDLED.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY and WERE VERY APOLOGETIC THEY COULDN'T COME THAT DAY. THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT and VERY THOROUGH. HE SPENT A LONG TIME DOING SOME GENERAL MAINTENANCE ON THE GARAGE DOOR AFTER HE REPLACED THE SPRING.

I ASKED HIM WHAT I OWED HIM AND HIS RESPONSE WAS NOTHING. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RARELY GET THESE DAYS. I GIVE HIM THE HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. HIS PROFESSIONALISM WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A CONTRACTOR.
Description of Work: THEY ADJUSTED GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER. THIS COMPANY IS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY INSTALLED MY GARAGE DOOR DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF MY NEW HOUSE. AFTER I MOVED IN, I INSTALLED A SEARS CRAFTSMAN GARAGE DOOR OPENER TO THE DOOR, HOWEVER I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE OPENER TO WORK PROPERLY. A CO-WORKER CHECKED MY HANDIWORK AND DETERMINED THE DOOR NEEDED ADJUSTING CAUSING MY OPENER NOT TO WORK. SINCE I INSTALLED MY OWN OPENER, MY WARRANTY ON THE DOOR WAS NOW VOIDED. HOWEVER, A MANAGER OFFERED TO STOP BY MY HOUSE ON HIS WAY HOME FROM WORK TO SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE. HE ARRIVED, MADE TWO ADJUSTMENTS TO THE GARAGE DOOR, ADJUSTED THREE THINGS ON THE OPENER I INSTALLED, AND WAS ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING WORKING PERFECTLY.
