Completed work as described. Work took one day longer than estimated (four days instead of three). Clean-up was great. No dust leftover. A few cracks re-appeared a couple of weeks later. They came back immediately and repaired those cracks as requested. Dick Neff and his crew were pleasant and professional to work with.

They were great. They showed up on time and did great work. They were very clean and they finished the work fast. I had not complaints with them at all. I like that they stuck to the estimated price. I thought that I got good value for the work that they did.

He was a very nice and thorough guy. I called them for the appointment and he came out the following day. He came out when he said that he would. It was a little tight to fit me into his schedule and my project was a little too simple for his company. The only reason that I chose not to go with George F. Neff & Co. was that he was considerably more expensive than some of the other estimates.

Had to leave a second message before they called back. Arrived on time to give me an estimate. Did a thorough job of evaluating the condition of existing stucco. Answered my questions. Price came in at $2890. Went with another company with a lower bid who thought that much of the existing stucco was still OK.

A number years ago we had a small leak in the roof by our chimney and and a small area of plaster in the corner of our living room was damaged. More recent a small area of stucco on the chimney fell off. We needed both fixed. As a result I searched Angies list for a company that did both and found George F Neff & Co.. This was the only company we obtained a bid from as it seemed very reasonable based upon my research. I did not want to deal with two companies to get the work done. Once we finally go the job scheduled it went very well. We are very pleased to the quality of work that was done on both the chimney and the new plaster in the corner of our living room. The 2 man crew that they sent were very professional and excellent at what they did. One worked on the chimney and the other on the plaster. It was done in one day and almost no clean up from the plastering job in the living room. The initial communications I had with Richard Neff were a little awkward but other than that working with this company was fine.

They were very prompt in returning my call and came right out and gave me an estimate. The did a great job. I am very happy.

A day after the quote, the job was scheduled and completed. The repairs were done first thing in the morning as scheduled(about 8:15 AM)and it only took an hour or so. I had my house back to myself by 9:30. The person who did the repairs was careful not to make a mess, was pleasant, and seemed professional. He was skilled at blending the repairs into the existing work, and only someone who was told a repair was done and where would even notice. So I was pleased.

A s in all categories. Excellent company to deal with. Reasonable priced, one of the few companies I would deal with that I would contract. Good company.

When I called, they were very friendly and helpful. They scheduled the work the next day, and then were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule for the following day. They knew where our house was and arrived on time. They took less time than they estimated to complete the work (they said it would be up to 3 hours, and it was completed more quickly). They did a very good job and cleaned up well.

He did a good job. He has a great attention to detail and has a fantastic work ethic. He's easy to work with and gets the job done. He is always on time and very professional.

Richard came out to give us the estimate of which he gave the best estimate and guaranteed it. He uses his own guys most of which have been the for over 10 years. They were very professional and very nice people. They did a beautiful job blending the old and the new as you cannot even tell which is which. They cleaned up everything very well including the old stucco they had to knock off. It was a very good experience and we would use them again.

The Neff Company gave me what I considered a fair quote on the cost and I agreed to have them do the work. They arrived on the day and time we agreed, with two workers. They were very professional, covering all of my office furniture and equipment with plastic so that dust from the work wouldn't cause damage. They worked for two days straight and then cleaned up the work areas when finished. The quality of the work was SUPERB!!! The walls looked as good as they must have looked when first finished in the early 1900's. I highly recommend this Company for anyone wanting to restore an old building to it's original grandeur. Oh, and did I mention that the bill was exactly what they had quoted. No extras, no "unforeseen" bull, no "cost over runs". Exactly what they had said it would be. What a GREAT COMPANY! No wonder it is a 2nd or 3rd generation business.

A drywalling contractor referred me to Mr. Neff as the "best plasterer" around. Mr. Neff was very friendly, came out and did the estimate and did the job very well. He was on time and the ceiling looks great now. The price might be a little high, but the quality is excellent.

I don't really have anything to compare it to, but the price seemed a little high. As far as the rest of the work, it makes up for the price. They are very responsive and friendly. It is a family-owned business. They cleaned up well. I felt comfortable enough to leave them to work while I went to work. They also were willing to deal with another service provider that needed to come into the house to repair a shower door. They even told the service provider what the problem was and relayed the information to me when I got home! They also brought in my FedEx packages for me. I was very happy with the experience.

Excellent in every way but probably more expensive than other good plasterers. Next time I'll probably use Angie's List and get a couple of other quotes. Now (2011) had outside stucco repairs needed. Got a second quote and the job was done by another angieslist contractor for one-half the Neff qoute and the job appears to have been done in an excellent and timely manner.

Was extremely pleased with the results. They came when they said they would and completed the work ahead of schedule. The repairs look great and there was no mess. Price they quoted for plaster repair was only $100 or so more than another quote I received to patch with drywall.

Another company I called wasn't interested in coming out, but George Neff was out the next day to give us an estimate. The gentleman showed up when they said he would, and he not only took care of the holes I knew about, but checked all of the rest of the trim for damage and fixed it too.
