Description of Work: We had them out to our 25 year old home expecting them to complete a fairly expensive air duct cleaning. They thoroughly assessed our home and heating system and then recommended that we didn't actually need the service. They didn't charge a service call fee and even spent some time with us providing a list of things we could do around the house to make our air cleaner. We appreciated their honest and helpful nature and will hire them in an instant for any heating or cooling needs.

Description of Work: After we moved into our old house both of our furnaces proceeded to die during the winter, and both of our A/C's died the next summer. Favret provided us with 2 new furnaces (@$7,000) and 2 new A/C units (@$7,000). They have been responsive to any issues we have had and we are satisfied with the units.
