We offer installation, service and heating repair. Description of Work: My AC unit went out and my home warranty company was going to take two weeks to fix. I decided to all FAVRET and they were able to come out the same day. Called me many times through out the day because they were available, but I could not make it work with working 8-5. They showed up promptly at the time desired and even called ahead 20 mins to confirm the appointment. I will uses them again in the future.

Description of Work: A/C broke and I called in the evening and they were great - coming out as soon as they could the following day, earlier in the day than they had told me which was awesome. The tech was very nice and helpful. Fixed some burnt wires and replaced a breaker.

Description of Work: Thanks to Favret's maintenance, we probably got an extra 5 years out of the original residential HVAC system in our 24 year old house. But all good things must pass and the air conditioner developed a refrigerant leak. Favret's technician advised us that it was time for a new AC unit and an upgrade to a newer high efficiency furnace. |The sales person scheduled us immediately and beat the really hot weather. Our installer was amazing - he was a mechanic, electrician and plumber all in one. The technicians were super and due to the 96% efficiency on the furnace we also will receive a $300 rebate from the utility company. That's why I continue to use Favret.

Description of Work: They diagnosed a/c problem. They replaced the coil. Most of the parts were under warranty so that was inexpensive but the labor costs were very very high. However they did excellent work and my technician made sure that everything was repaired correctly.

Description of Work: They have been quick and easy to work with. I thought I had a problem with my condensate pump, turns out that the problem is a coolant leak in my AC. The tech figured out what was going on, explained the options, and got it taken care of. I even got some advice about what to do for next year.

Description of Work: We switched to Favret this spring. Favret, so far, has been very responsive, and professional. We did not have to wait long for a technician to come.
