SENT THE SERVICEMEN OUT AND THEY INSPECTED THE DUCTS. THEY FOUND THAT THE WORK REALLY WASN'T NEEDED AND TO CALL THEM IN A COUPLE OF YEARS AGAIN WHEN IT WAS. WE FOUND THEM TO BE EXTREMELY HONEST AND REPUTABLE, A GREAT COMPANY!

I CALLED THEM ON A BUSINESS TRIP WHILE MY MOTHER IN LAW WAS HOUSE SITTING AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE IN AN EMERGENCY. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS OUT ON THE ROAD AND I NEEDED SOMEONE TO GET IN THERE AND GET IT FIXED. THEY WERE UNBELIEVABLE. THEY CALLED ME RIGHT BACK ON MY CELL PHONE LONG DISTANCE AND GAVE ME PRICING OVER THE PHONE, THEN THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND FIXED IT. THEY REPLACED THE MOTOR AND GOT THE PROBLEMS FIXED. I WAS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED WITH THE FRIENDLINESS AND COURTESY OF THE GENTLEMAN. WE DIDN'T HAVE A REGULAR HEATING AND COOLING COMPANY BUT NOW THEY WILL BE OURS. THE COST EVEN ENDED UP BEING LESS THAN WHAT THEY HAD QUOTED. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY GREAT TO DEAL WITH AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY HAD TO COME BACK 10 DAYS LATER AS THE AC STOPPED WORKING. IT WAS A BLOWN FUSE FROM A POWER SURGE, WHICH THEY REPAIRED VERY WELL UNDER THEIR WARRANTY.

THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. I HAD TO BE IN THE HOSPITAL FOR SURGERY, SO I ASKED THEM TO JUST GO IN AND DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. I ASKED THEM TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AND LEAVE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGE. THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE.

WE WAITED ALL DAY, NO-ONE CALLED OR SHOWED. I CALLED & RE-SCHEDULED 5/8. SERVICE MAN CAME AND DISCOVERED LEAK IN INSIDE COIL. SERVICE MAN STATED SOMEONE FROM OFFICE WOULD CALL ME WITH AN ESTIMATE. WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR A CALL, NEVER GOT ONE AND HAD TO CALL THEM. TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $700.00. OH YES, TODAY I GOT NOT ONE, BUT TWO DIRECT MAILINGS FROM FAVRET STATING HOW THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. EVIDENTLY THEY DON'T NEED THE BUSINESS.
