I called to get info-my questions were answered-was able to do some research-called back-asked more questions and hired them. I got same day service-was able to save money by paying cash-I missed communicated what I wanted but in the end I did get what I wanted without any hassle. I love what they did for me.

Once they arrived their was a change with the job then discussed in the phone. That was not the problem I did not describe what exactly we had in home. The price was higher which is understood but they did not deduct the part they ended up not doing so we paid more then what was done. The mistake was not noticed until after the pro had left. Also my deadbolt does not work smoothly like it did before UPDATE: He immediately contacted me and came back to fix the problem. He also did give money back.
