We had one lock that needed to be re-keyed. They were able to work around my schedule and the work itself was done very quickly. I will definitely hire them again.

Prompt reply from HomeAdvisor request. Eugene arrived within the time frame he gave me. My job wasn't complicated ... key all doors. He got right on the job (after we figured out all of the keys and doors). Eugene worked quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied; having to juggle all of those keys was mega-frustrating for me. Now, I have one key. All I have to do is keep track of it! HA!

Eugene showed up on time and after I explained what I needed done he got to work. He cleaned up his work areas when finished with each door lock. I think there was some miscommunication however; the lock on the back door was not what I asked for. Unfortunately I had to run an errand and when I returned he was gone and it was too late to have him do what I had requested. Finally, for four locks being installed I only got three keys which means I’ll need to go get some cut on my own.

Showed up and completed the job quickly. Had to have keypad replaced with another as the lock was to big and was interfering with screen door handle. Once we bought the new keypad and called to have swapped out, response again was quick and efficient.

Expert Lock and Key came out to my home that day! They called me soon after I contacted Home Advisor about my need. EL&K installed a new deadbolt for me. They were very efficient and professional.
