Brian has provided services for us several times, and he never disappoints. He goes over and beyond to keep good communication with us, is incredibly responsive, and works hard until the job is done. His price is fair and he does excellent quality work.

The service provided was very good. They were diligent, clean and they worked hard.

Brian did a great job. He gave me a discounted rate for the mount. He took an extra hour to do everything because it was a wireless installation and he had to pass the wires through the walls so one can’t see them. Including the big deal, it was $250 and he did not charge me for two HDMI cables. I thought I got a really good value for the money. He was very courteous, very chatty and a very friendly guy. He threw in a lot of extra advice and he adjusted the picture for me. I wasn’t able to set up the second TV and he did that for me. He threw all of that in, so overall, it was a good deal and a good experience.

I took advantage of the 2-hours for $100.00 Service Integration Services special. The owner promptly answered the phone, arrived in a timely manner, was dressed and presented himself professionally, and had all the equipment for service readily available. Unfortunately, he took 2-hours to complete a job that could have been done in <30 minutes. The entire home theater system had been previously installed but I was unsure of the polarity and the speaker wires were correctly installed. Thus, I also had a list of other home theater duties that I was hoping would be performed during this period. That did not occur as it took SIS over two hours to complete the perfunctory task and this did NOT include assessing picture quality. With respect, he did not charge me for the extra 15 minutes over and beyond the 2 hours taken. In addition to checking the speaker wires behind the receiver and one of the external speakers, SIS performed a sound check on my Pioneer Elite system; something that I had done repeatedly in my prior residence and know this only takes just a few minutes. Since then, I've ordered the Disney WOW: Wonder of World DVD to set the picture quality on the television. Yes, SIS was prompt and responsive but very, very inefficient. A friend came over and double-checked the work of SIS and did so in <15 minutes. Yes, SIS was friendly and prepared and I realize all other reviewers have given 5-stars so I'm an outlier but honestly, I'm very disappointed in the outcome and the $100 was certainly misspent.

Brian was excellent. He worked diligently through the entire 5 hours he was here. I am not sure he even took a short break for lunch. I had Brian mount the plasma on the wall that backs into a stairwell that was built in 1960. Needless to say this proved to be very problematic when it came to finding studs. This caused Brian to take a great deal of extra time, thus raising the cost. However, he made sure to find the studs which made this extra time completely necessary to avoid obvious potential results if he decided to do otherwise. I had many requests throughout the process that he also accommodated without hesitation. He was all about getting the job done exactly as I wanted it by asking me questions about preferences all along the way which I greatly appreciated. So, while I had hoped to spend much less, the properties of the house just weren't going to allow it to be so. I would not hesitate to call Brian in the future. He was timely, clean, and professional. Thanks for you work Brian!

From start to finish, we were very happy with our television installation. Initially, the provider was going to come by to make sure that the television could be installed the way we wanted with the mount that we had, and reschedule to service for a later date, but when he arrived, he was able to do the entire installation that day. It was earlier than we expected, and didn't take long at all. We haven't had any problems with our installation, and we love our new wall-mounted television! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Brian came out and surveyed our house to discuss mounting a TV in the family room. He was very professional and explained things in lay terms, which is so needed for "un-techy" people like myself. He gave us plenty of options. He then very quickly obtained the parts we needed and hooked them up during his next visit. We were very impressed and would use his services again.

I consulted Brian several times prior to the TV purchase and installation to ensure what we were planning would work. Brian visited our home in advance to see installation area. After purchasing the TV, a date was scheduled and Brian arrived on time. Brian was respectful of our home and wore protective shoe covers inside, which is a nice touch from a contractor. The job took longer than expected as the mount did not fit easily to the TV. Brian was persistent and found a solution and was very fair in his billing to compensate for the additional time. Brian was very patient, easy to work with and a true professional.

We had been contemplating having our large plasma television set wall-mounted for several years. When I saw the "Big Deal" offered on Angie's List I jumped at the opportunity to finally have it done. Before I made the purchase I perused the posted positive reviews of Brian's work. Unlike many other "Big Deal" contractors, He took the initial step and called me to schedule the work. He was very accommodating with the scheduling. Brian punctually arrived on time. He put on booties to make sure he did not track dirt into our home. My husband and I showed him the location where we wanted the TV mounted. He explained several options about where we could have the wires and cables threaded behind the wall and between the studs. He asked us what height we would prefer. Some contractors we have hired never ask our preferences. Brian involved us in ALL decisions. At all times he tried to please us. Even though we had been paying for high density service, our picture was never very clear. Brian ascertained that the cable company had not connected the cables and wires properly. He fixed everything. When he was done he made sure we were happy and also explained what had been done improperly by our cable provider. Because we wanted the television mounted rather high, we had to use two ladders -- Brian's and my husbands. My husband helped him lift it and hang it in place. Our wall-mounted television looks terrific! It is all due to the professionalism and expertise of Brian. I now know whom to call should we need any other electronic work done. I give him my highest recommendation. If you contact him you can rest assured he will do an outstanding and very, very professional job.

I called Brian and set up a date for him to come out and do the survey. He came on the set day on time and called me before hand to confirm again that day. He did the survey and we talked about how the things were going to be done and set a date for that service. He came out on the date of service and performed all the service slowly and neatly. I highly recommend him. He is a nice and pleasant person to work with. All was done as needed and he did it neatly. Really a pleasant experience and excellent service.
