Description of Work: I purchased a two-hour service special to have a pair of TVs mounted in my basement. The two guys were well equipped and handled the job ably; even supplying sundry items like screws and anchors where needed. They evn repositioned one of the TVs after mounting, as I had failed to account for the difference in the size of the bezels of the displays and they wanted to provide a pristine appearance. I was very pleased with their performance.

Description of Work: Brian installed a TV antenna in my garage attic since my Home Owners Association does not permit outside antennas. I wanted to eliminate cable TV service. He went beyond expectations on the original install & used top of the line parts. He followed up to see how our reception was. We had some minor reception problems. He returned without any extra charge to make the needed adjustments to maximize our reception. Brian and his helper were top notch in their professionalism and knowledge. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: A piece of my stereo system died, and I could not tell which part. Dwayne and Brian came and tested all the pieces and found two. They had a good time checking it out, as most people have entertainment systems now, and mine was old tech. They connected everything up, explained my options. As their ad says, they need to come look at what you want or have before they come back to do the serious work, so time spent at my house was free. If I need their help later when I give up on my low tech parts and go to an entertainment system, THEN they'll charge! The receiver that went bad is at a repair shop, so time will tell...

Description of Work: Evolution Services came out and installed our home theater and had an electrician come and install the power outlet in the ceiling. Brian was wonderful. He explained everything with great detail and thought and had us up and running in an afternoon. Would absolutely use him again.

Custom Technologies quoted me over the phone 1K but told me he could not do it for the next 2 monthsSignal Direct Systems said they do not work on German Village because how old the homes are, and referred me to Tiger SystemsTiger Systems, oh boy, called, left a message to the sales rep, called again left a message with the owner. Another day, I get contacted by a technician that makes an appt to come 2 days later. 2 day later he comes for 2 mins! and leaves, promising to send me the estimate which never came.These are the 3 top dogs on Angie's list!!! All A's! OK, here is Brian review:I called Brian, he came the next day, did a throuout investigation, asked me questions, went into my crawling space, review my current satellite installation, he probably spent 30 -45 mins. He told me he would send me an estimate in 2 days where he promptly did. I got the estimate and it was much much affordable than the other guys I called. We scheduled it for the following Monday. He finished my complex installation that Monday. He was very professional, very prompt, punctual, capable. I do not have enough praises for him. If someone should be in the top of the list, it should be him.

When he was unable to find a solution to part of the problem, he went out and researched it, came back that evening, and had it completed within an hour of his return visit. Brian is extremely professional to work with, and I will absolutely use him in the future when something does not work right with my entertainment systems. He is a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely recommend him to friends and associates who need help. Further, unlike the Geek Squad, he doesn't push product on people.
Description of Work: I have an extremely complex setup for my home theatre/entertainment system. It consists of many different components, some of which are wireless, Apple airport systems, laptop, etc. Most of the wires are embedded in the wall, so it can be extremely complicated when something does not work right.

He is our go-to guy for any low-voltage wiring, computer networking, and other electrical needs around the house. He has been professional throughout, and he is very pleasant to have around. He has always respected our needs as a residential provider for the developmentally disabled. His prices are fair and he deserves every dollar we pay him. Brian has also been very honest about the work he cannot, or is not comfortable doing. He has recommending others with the same integrity he brings to his jobs. He is prompt, organized, and runs his business well. I do not hesitate to recommend his services highly.
Description of Work: I have recently asked Brian to install emergency exit lights and new speaker wire for a surround sound system. He installed a door alarm system for us a few years back, and has run cables for our computer network.
