Description of Work: I had an old leather jacket that I really liked. It needed to be restored and he did a fine job with it. A broken in leather jacket is more comfortable and better than a new one and he helped me keep one I liked. The jacket was ready when promised.

Description of Work: The rounded straps on a purse that I bought in Scotland were cracked and falling apart. I asked Dr. Shoe to replace them. He flat out told me that the repair would be more than the purse is worth, but I went forward. I'm glad I did. He put on two flat luggage straps of a similar color. The purse looks great. The repair was about two weeks earlier than quoted. I will definitely go back if needed.
