GREAT - call ahead was on time, Bud was pleasant, did a great job - explained how to maintain the doors - and what to do and when- to keep doors working their best - have them scheduled to replace front door also - GREAT PROCESS from estimate, to scheduling, to install.

The large spring over my garage door broke in two while I was at work. Got home on Friday around 4:30 PM and could not open the garage door. Called Amy at Deyo and she said the Deyo technician could be on-site between 8:00 and 9:00 AM on Saturday to fix the problem. Buddy the Deyo technician called on Saturday morning to say he was on his way. He got to my home around 8:30 AM and had garage door fixed in 30 minutes or less. I highly recommend Deyo for any garage door issues or repairs. Everybody I talked to was professional and polite and they delivered when they said they would.

The found additional issues that they fixed at little or no cost. They are an excellent company.

It went fine. Actually better. The tech was honest about the springs on the door being just enough for size of my door. He suggested and showed me springs that when compared to the original springs, were noticeably a bit beefier than the originals. He also said you can get even bigger, IF, I wanted to, but he recommended against it. The upgrade ones, which ran just a few dollars a piece more(like $6 dollars each, I think) he said he has had very good results with. He also recommended to lube springs at least once or twice a year, as they(coils) do rub against itself. Recommended a light, 3 in 1 general purpose type oil. I try and use small, local businesses like this, versus larger companies mainly for the better service like this. Bigger stores won't generally offer tips and a slightly better product upgrade, as they sell and go, knowing they'll be back for repeat service calls.

Pgang was on time and very professional. He went to work quickly. He checked the tension reverse, adjusted the opener and also lubricated all the rollers. He did an excellent job and provided the paid in full receipt with the standard Deyo warranty we needed for potential buyers.

Service was prompt and efficient. I thought for sure we were going to need a new garage door and be looking at a $1500 bill. Was very glad when they told me they could make some adjustments and put in a reinforcing bar to bolster the existing door. It's been working well ever since. For no charge, they also "fixed" a light that I hadn't been able to get to work in my overhead opener. Turns out the CFL bulb wasn't seated properly; it didn't quite fit the socket. Put a different bulb in and presto! (Duh)

The existing garage door was wooden and had started to have excessive rot at the bottom. In the process of shopping for a new door, the old door spring broke creating an additional issue. Ordering: Brain came to the house and measured the door to assure the price was correct on the unit selected. He explained the different door options and had color samples to choose from. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. Providing very helpful details and suggestions. He also had a technician provide a temporary fix on the spring until the new door was installed. Although the same unit was available from Home Depot, the Deyo price was better. The advantage with Deyo was better price and I know who installed the door. Deyo will provide ongoing service. Installation: One installer came and was able to handle the installation alone. The old door was removed along with the old lift mechanism. And new lift mechanism and door installed. They hooked the old garage door opener back up and provided recommendations to have that replaced as it was rather old too. Installer was very friendly. Asked installation details at the start to make sure that he did the work as desired. It seems that the new door had faux handles that can be mounted different ways. He provided input to help the decision process. Neighbor comments: I had quite a number of neighbor's comment on how nice the door appeared. Some wanted to know what kind of wood it was. I laugh and say steel.

Brian was to come out on a Saturday to give a quote for new doors. When he did not show up in the 2-hour window provided we called. It sounded like he forgot about the appointment. He did show up later that day. We decided to repair the doors we have by replacing the bottom panels that have aged with the quoted price given. We were told it would take 3 weeks to get the panels in. We were having the exterior of our house painted and this delivery worked as they would be installed before the painting would be completed. A month went by after we ordered the work and no word. The painters finished their work and still nothing. 7 weeks later and they offered to paint the panels when they arrived. They picked up additional paint, which we had to buy, to paint the replacement panels. We get a phone call advising the replacement panels ordered did not match our door as they had now been discontinued. There was a supplier in PA that had them but they weren't going to drive all of the way there to get them. (Apparently having them shipped was not an option.) The excuses given were lame and they made it sound like they had been put out when they could not meet THEIR deadline quoted and they still have not returned the paint they picked up from us. Definitely would not recommend. They quoted work that they will not fulfill and very unprofessional about it.

Pang was very professional, prompt, and did a nice job. I had made an appointment to have the garage door opener PM'd because the pull was not even. When he completed that, I talked to him about replacing the springs and he suggested a torsion system would be safer and more efficient. We agreed on a time that worked with my schedule. He was courteous and prompt. I have already recommended friends who need their springs replaced to contact Deyo.

They were recommended to me by a coworker. They were very responsive and on time. On the first visit, they diagnosed the issue, wrote the estimate, and ordered the parts. The needed parts came in within about four days and they came back out for the installation of the new parts. One technician came out and completed the work in about two hours. Everything seems to be running great.

So far, wonderful! Very professional and accommodating.

The technician, Nick, came out the morning after I talked to them. He had all parts on hand, knew what to do and did it in a polite, professional manner.Based on this experience I highly recommend Deyo.

Left a message Thursday after hours. They responded Friday morning. Did the repair Friday afternoon. Also gave maintenance advice. Great service! Have used their service before, and will again.

Replaced the springs on our garage door.

After being lightly hit with the car and then repaired (by me) the garage door would come to a stop at about a foot off the ground as it was rising. My wife needed the car the next day, and I didn't have the time or knowledge to figure out how to fix the and quot;newand quot; problem. I called Deyo since they were located near us and had an and quot;Aand quot; rating on Angie's List. I called about 8:30 AM in 3 degree weather fully expecting them to beg off due to the cold. I believe I spoke to the owner, and he said a repairman would be out later that morning. About 9:30, I got a call from Nick who said he was on his way. Nick arrived a little after 10:00, looked over the situation, and said he thought he could repair it fairly quickly as it appeared the tension cables needed adjusting. Within about 20 minutes the door was working fine, and he then inspected, lubricated and adjusted both doors and was on his way within an hour. The process went better and quicker than I expected. The repairman didn't try to sell me expensive new doors or parts. He just pleasantly, quickly, and professionally went about his business and got the job done.

One of our garage doors would not open with the opener on a cold morning, and my husband could not seem to get it to open manually, either. He took my truck to work, since his car was trapped in the garage, and I called Deyo because we had used them a couple times before. The phone was immediately answered, and I was assured that someone would be out between 12 and 3 PM that same day, with a phone call to let me know when they were on their way. Robert called shortly after 12 and said he'd be there in 10 minutes - I was thrilled to not have to wait around. He quickly determined that the gears were stripped, and I had the option of a repair or a replacement. He did not pressure me in any way, but gave me price ranges and let me decide which was best for me. Since the opener was quite old, I went with the replacement. Robert made a call to see if one was available in the model I needed (which it was), and said he'd have to pick it up and come back the next day to install it. He called later to give me a time for the installation, and once again was here promptly the next morning. The installation was done quickly, the price was very good, and Robert was professional and very pleasant. I even got a keypad for outside the garage, which I wasn't expecting. I couldn't be happier with both the speed in getting the problem taken care of, and the excellent service.

We have used them before and things went pretty well this time too. When I initially called, they had me try a couple of things before scheduling an appointment. If one of the things that I tried worked, that would have saved me the cost of the service call. Unfortunately they didn't work and we made an appointment. They checked the garage door opener and found the bad electrical board. They replaced the board under warranty though I believe it was technically just out of warranty so I appreciated that. However, they did charge an $89 service call fee. I though that was a little high. So the garage door opener is fixed, the company was prompt and responsive. The pricing had it's (mostly) good but one bad point. We would call them in the future as they have become a trusted company to work with for us.

I called the phone number listed and left a message on Nov. 27, 2013 about having new garage doors installed and new garage door openers. The owner Brian Deyo called back and we set up an appointment for the following Monday morning. He did not show up or call so I called and left another message Monday afternoon. He did return my call and said he was at his home office and would come by at 4:00 that afternoon. He did not show up but did call at 4:35 and said he was at the bank and would come by. I had to leave but he did show up at 5:00 and spoke to my wife and said he would email a quote last evening or Tuesday morning at the latest. I never received a quote. I have found the owner of the company very unreliable and would not recommend this company

Nick was the installer and he was great! When I called to ask about what products they used I was told about one that had some nice features (automatic light when I walk into the garage, timer for the garage door to shut if I forget, etc.) and that the one I was asking about was on special. Nick came very promptly at the earliest part of the time range and got started and finished quickly. I was amazed at the new opener how easy it was to use and it was exactly what I wanted. Deyo answered my call immediately and was flexible with me when I had to change my appointment due to my schedule change. I would call them again for any type of maintenance or if I need a new door someday. Very pleased with the quiet opening of the garage....what a difference from my old one!

Great experience. From first contact talking with sales person to Chris who did the installation. Chris was courteous, professional and true craftsman. His attention to detail was obvious. He hauled off all the old garage door components and left the garage as clean as it was before he arrived. Sales person was patient, courteous and very helpful. Very very happy with product. .
