Tech called before coming and then showed up at the exact scheduled time. He explained what he was going to do clearly. One panel of the door had some damage and he gave me my options to fix and/or replace with reasonable estimate.

When I called, I explained that I was only in town a few more days in case they could help. The company sent out a technician the very next to meet my schedule. After considering all my options, I decided to upgrade and replace my old door system, for which you could no longer get remotes. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. With his very good advice, I picked out a new system (which works great). He rearranged part of his day for the next day, and returned at 8 AM to install the complete 3 door system. Responsiveness and service was outstanding and the end product is everything as advertised. Highly recommend this company.

We couldn't get the garage door opened, and they worked me in so we could at least get into the door.

I called Deyo a little over a month ago to replace the garage door spring that had broken. We did use another provider but Brian was a straight shooter and gave us a great price on a conversion spring unit that more than tripled the usage in comparison to the old spring we had. The work that was done was very professionally done. I would recommend them any day.

Great guy, great service, never "over repairs"

Our experience with Deyo was terrific from beginning to end. Our garage door's torsion spring broke over the weekend, initially trapping our cars in the garage. We eventually got the cars out, but were left with an inoperable door. I called Deyo first, based on the reviews here. I just missed them, as they close at 2 p.m. on Saturdays and I was a few minutes after. I left a message, and it was only about 10 minutes or so later that they called me back. Once I informed them of the problem, the first question was whether we had been able to get our cars out of the garage. I appreciated their genuine expression of concern. When it came to fixing the problem, they worked with us to find a convenient time to come and repair the door. We had to wait a few days based on our own schedule, but I got the sense that the would have fit us in earlier if we had been available ourselves. On the day of scheduled service, they arrived promptly, calling about half an hour prior to arrival to let us know they were on the way. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and well. They even pointed out some things that we could do by way of routine maintenance to extend the life of our existing door. We were quite happy with the service we received from Deyo. So while I hope that we don't need any additional work done on the garage door any time soon, Deyo will be our first call if we do.

The provider listened to my needs and frustrations about the unique and difficult owner association demands for garage door replacement versus repair. He researched every alternative (above and beyond) to navigate the mire of trouble and expenses. I can't emphasize enough how difficult and unique the requirements were. There are no wooden manufactured doors to match the association requirements, but he found an affordable door that met the requirements. He made the process enjoyable with his understanding, sense of humor, patience, thoroughness, knowledge, and helpful attitude.

The provider showed up promptly at the time promised and was friendly and professional. The gentleman explained that the opener was a very good quality model and wouldn't need to be replaced. He simply replaced the broken part, which he had on his truck, and he lubricated the track. We were pleasantly surprised that he didn't try to sell us a new opener when it wasn't necessary. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

The owner, Brian Deyo was very pleasant & informative on the phone. Gave me an automatic $20 discount up front. Angie's list gave me another $25 discount for the springs. Jeremy came out to do the servicing within a couple of hours. He was also very pleasant,knowledgable & informative. Gave me a few tips to extend the life of the openers,etc. Some I had not heard of before & being in my early '60's thought that my husband & I had heard it all about garage doors ! Couldn't be happier with the service & will be our go to garage door servicer !

Called first thing in the morning. They gave us an arrival window and showed up on time. Jeremy quickly evaluated the problem and replaced the broken spring. With the service call, he lubed and adjusted both doors. We've used them several times before with the same excellent result. Highly recommended!

Things went great. I had used a 'national' company before and I told my rep from Deyo (sorry, I forget his name) that all three of them came and all they wanted to do was sell me a new opener for $600. I didn't need one. Deyo Doors did what needed done for that moment and I will go back to them when I do need a door or new opener. Installer arrived on time, explained what he was going to do. After finishing installation and he explained how to program keyless entry pad and other features of the opener. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

It went very smoothly from estimate to installation. They were here at the scheduled times. Brian was very helpful in selecting the best door and design for my house. The man who did the installing was also punctual and got the work done quickly. They hauled off all the debris and cleaned up after their work. I was very satisfied with all contact from the company and found the owner to be helpful and friendly. The pricing was very good and I liked hiring a family owned business. I have experienced some technical issues with the lift and have tried to figure them out (it is me not the equipment) so I need to contact the company to ask for advice.

I have used Deyo to service my garage door for several years now. I have always been happy with not just the company's work but also with the technicians' professionalism and the value of the service charges. In April, my garage door was having numerous problems. The technician spent a long time working on the door, replacing hardware, and adjusting it. The door worked so much better after that call. There was still with a problem with one of the rollers coming out of the track. Jeramy came out last week to test the door and fix it. Jeramy put in a lot of work and effort to make sure I was happy with the result. I had expected to pay Deyo for this most recent service call. They did not bill me for this service call because they weren't sure if the problem was left over from a previous visit in April or was a new problem. The door has worked perfectly since his last visit. I am 100% confident in Deyo's quality of service and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

The repairman was prompt, courteous, and taught me a lot about his work He was pleasant and did not act as though he'd rather be somewhere else.

Old wood door had snapped a cable and destroyed the rails while a car was still inside. Our installer was working alone and was able to get the door out around the car with no incidents. Job went just fine.Installer was on time, finished quickly and everything works well.
