The service man was helpful and polite, and offered some additional helpful suggestions not related to the specific repair. I also was able to use a $10 Angie's List coupon.

Deluxe Door Systems came out the same day I called to check on my poor operating garage door opener. After inspection of the system the tech recommended a replacement unit, due to the age of the existing unit and that the circuit board was causing the problems. He recommended the Liftmaster due to the life time warranty on the belt and motor. The belt was also a lot quieter than the chain type. He installed the unit in less than 2 hrs. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He cleaned up the garage floor area after the job was done. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH FAST SERVICE ON ANYTHING. I CALLED AT 10:15, WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE HERE BETWEEN 12:00 & 2:00, AND THEY WERE HERE AT 10:50. THEY ALSO DID MORE THAN REQUIRED AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Initially, contractor did not show up during scheduled time. Calls to office went straight to voicemail. Eventually got office on phone and they sent the contractor out at most convenient time for me - which was at night after work. Contractor and office were very apologetic and kind and gave discount for work that was done, which was very satisfactory! Would definitely hire again!

I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE HAVING GARAGE DOOR PROBLEMS OR NEED A NEW GARAGE DOOR. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY GOOD AND I WAS VERY PLEASED.

THEY CAME PROMPTLY AT 1, CALLING BEFORE THEY CAME, AND FIXED OUR PROBLEM FOR, WHAT WE THOUGHT, WAS A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND TALKED TO US ABOUT OUR OPTIONS, AS FAR AS, THEY DID A TEMPORARY REPAIR BECAUSE THERE'S ALSO SOME COSMETIC DAMAGE. THEY TALKED TO US ABOUT OUR OPTIONS TO REPAIR THE COSMETIC DAMAGE OR REPLACE THE GARAGE DOORS. THEY WERE THOROUGH AND HELPED US UNDERSTAND OUR OPTIONS. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND SO GLAD ANGIE HAD THEM ON THE LIST!

Overall this was a very good experience. I had used them in the past in my old house to fix an opener installed by another company. My only recommendation would be to buy your opener from Sears (Craftsman) instead of the brand they recommend (Liftmaster).

Very flexible & available on scheduling the work. Receptionist was friendly & professional. Technician's work was efficient & his demeanor was professional. I was expecting him to call prior to arrival, but that did not happen, however he DID arrive during the two-hour time frame I expected. He forgot to give the Angie's List discount, but after I called they sent a reimbursement check. The doors are working very well, & they were reasonably priced.

GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. OTHER COMPANIES WERE UNABLE TO RESPOND FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. CHECKED ANGIE'S LIST ON RECOMMENDATIONS. USED DELUXE DOOR SYSTEMS AND THEY WERE THERE IN ABOUT 3 HOURS. THE TECHNICIAN THAT WAS SENT WAS A TRUE EXPERT AND DID GREAT WORK. THE TOTAL COST WAS $55.00. A GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT TECHNICIAN. DON'T EVEN QUESTION USING THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET GREAT SERVICE.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE INITIALLY HAD THEM COME OUT BECAUSE WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE OPENER AND THE SPRINGS, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR IT SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE A NEW OPENER. MR. LOW'S WAS EXCELLENT.

This is my third positive experience with Deluxe Door and I will continue to use them in the future. They have done such a good job, I probably won't have to call since I have now replaced all the broken parts. They do the job right, call when they are on their way, and are fairly priced.

Wonderful. Prompt service. The door broke on Thanksgiving day. We left a message and they called us early the next morning to make arrangements to repair the door.

THE TECHNICIAN, JOHN, WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HARDWORKING, AND ALSO TAUGHT ME A LOT ABOUT WHAT I WAS BUYING AND WHY I NEEDED OR DID NOT NEED CERTAIN THINGS. THE NEW DOOR AND OPENER WERE AMAZINGLY QUIET COMPARED TO THE OLD ONE THAT THE BUILDER INSTALLED. I ALSO LEARNED THAT MI INSTALLED A DOUBLE-SIDED DOOR ON A SINGLE SIZED DOOR TRACK WHICH MADE IT LOUDER AND LESS STURDY. THE NEW TRACKS WERE VERY HEAVY-DUTY COMPARED TO THE OLD ONES. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND DELUXE DOORS. I GOT 3 ESTIMATES BEFORE HIRING SOMEONE. THEY WERE THE MEDIAN PRICE AND ACTUALLY UPGRADED THE ORIGINAL DOOR OPENER THAT THEY QUOTED ME TO A LARGER POWERED UNIT. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. HIGH A RATING!

EXCELLENT. FAST, OUR CAR WAS STUCK. THEY WERE POLITE, UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM, AND WERE OUT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CALLING THEM. THE DOOR WORKS GREAT.

I CALLED AT 8:00 A.M AND THE REPAIR PERSON ARRIVED WITHIN TWO HOURS. HE STRAIGHTENED TRACK TO SAVE ON REPLACEMENT COST, AND THEN PERFORMED OTHER ADJUSTMENTS TO MAKE THE DOOR OPERATE SMOOTHLY AND QUIETLY.

CALLED HIM AT 5:30 IN THE EVENING AND SAYS LISA SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME TO RESCHEDULE. SO, I CALL LISA WHO TELLS ME MARK WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME TO RESCHEDULE. THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T TALK. SO WE ARE NOW SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY AND LISA HAS KNOCKED $25 OFF MY PENDING BILL FOR THE TROUBLE. MEANWHILE I'M LEAVING MY DOOR DISENGAGED FOR THEM AND ANYONE CAN OPEN IT AND IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE ORIGINAL CALL. MARK #2 CALLS AND SAYS OPENER IS FIXED. I GET HOME TO FIND A 1/2 HP DOOR INSTALLED INSTEAD OF 1/3 AND A BILL FOR $50 MORE THAN AGREED. I CALL LISA NEXT MORNING WHO SAYS MARK SHOULD NOT HAVE SUGGESTED THE 1/3 HP DOOR. SHE TOLD HIM TO PUT IN THE 1/2 HP DOOR AT SAME PRICE TO MAKE UP FOR THE INCONVENIENCE TO ME. BOTTOM LINE, THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. I NEVER MET ANY OF THEM, I WAS NEVER HOME. LISA IS FRIENDLY & UNDERSTANDING. SINCE PREVIOUS VISITS DIDN'T WORK, THAT MONEY WAS TAKEN OFF FINAL BILL. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN B/C OF PRICE & DEDICATION BUT THEY NEED TO WORK ON COMMUNICATION!!!!!
