Overall, I was very pleased. The installation went very well. The new door and opener work great. The opener is very quiet and there is a much better seal than the old door. The only suggestion I have is that the tech could have picked up after himself a little better.

When I called them, they told me their price had gone up $100 since I called them last year.

Great technician was punctual, pleasant and very easy to work with. He did a great job. Offered to apply service call charge to new door. Everyone was terrific to work with and very responsive. Will be replacing door with Deluxe in next couple of weeks.

Deluxe Doors got someone to my home in about an hour. The garage door was fixed in about twenty minutes and the door was able to be opened and closed again.

The person answering the phone was so polite when asking me to hold because he was with a customer. Jeff then popped on the line to help. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and courtesy. No charge and an offer to help gets Jeff and Deluxe a star in my book. Jeff should write the Craftsman instructions. Would not hesitate to call Deluxe for work to be done.

We had a very good experience with deluxe door systems. We called them, and they promptly came out and fixed the problem. They were very flexible with my scheduling restrictions. They even helped us to prevent problems in the future, and gave us a warranty on their work. We would use again if needed.

John (and man's best friend) performed the job professionally and in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable about about what he was doing, courteous, neat, and friendly. Clean up was performed immediately after each visit. He had to make two trips because he did not have the correct sized weather stripping. When I first set up the appointment, I was told they would call prior to coming, this did not happen but he did come within the prearranged time frame. I would not hesitate to recommend him or call the company again if I needed a new door or maintenance.

Overall, good. Work done in timely manner and well done. Only negative was poor cleanup after. They took the old door but left the packaging from the new door and a lot of screws, bolts, etc. in driveway and garage floor.

Mark came out to give us an estimate and was very polite and thorough. We called to schedule the installation and we were slotted into an opening the very next day. The installer was on time, polite, professional, and clean. He explained everything he did and gave us instructions on the new opener. All work was completed in 3 hours. The only hiccup was a minor communication gap between the field and the office. The gentleman coming for the estimate thought he was on a repair call. Fortunately he had a brochure and was able to take measurements for the estimate. The installer didn't know we were also getting an opening system. Fortunately he had an opener on the truck and installed it immediately.

John was very friendly and polite. He was very informative about garage doors and told us that our rollers needed replaced. The main reason we called the company was to repair the spring which broke earlier in the day. After explaining to us about the rollers, we did decide to add that to the repair. We felt that he was not pushy or trying to sell us more than we needed. He also educated us on ways to care for the door. Before leaving, he lubricated all areas of the door for us. Our garage door is quieter and runs smoother than ever. We are very happy with the repair.

They were very nice on the phone and came out the next day. She tried to help me over the phone, but needed to send someone. They young man that came out was so polite (which was very refreshing). He was knowledgeable and did a good investigation of the problem. It was a quirky kind of thing and I was glad that he zeroed in on what it was. The manual release cord was getting caught between the wood which was supporting the door and it would fall. The door wasn't damaged or anything. He changed the settings on the opener so the door didn't open as much, which alleviated the problem.

Very accommodating to my schedule, made an appointment and stuck to it. The work was wonderful, I haven't heard a peep out of the door. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend them to others. I myself will be using them again!

Mark came out and installed two garage door openers, he was very polite and did an excellent job. I think we got a great deal especially with the $25 off coupon. Mark took his time explaining all of the features to my husband and I, and made sure he had answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend them.

Deluxe was very prompt and helpful in resolving the problem with the door and providing suggestions for future maintenance. All of this at a great price.

A+++ Responsive, on time, fair price, just an excellent experience. I selected the Premium insulated metal Clopay door with wide panes on a 16' door. My original quote with Angie's discount was $845. One of my panels had a ding in it on the inside when it was taken out of the box. The installer offered to replace the panel or after a call to the owner offer an additional $50 discount. Since it was on the inside and cosmetic I opted for the discount. They came back two days later and double-checked their installation and made minor adjustments. Thank you Angie's List

They were great! I only spent 20 mins. with them and left them at my house to do the work. They got every detail from me to make sure of what I wanted and needed. They did not have the door that we ordered but replaced it with an upgrade for the same price. I was very impressed with that. When I came home the job was done and we were very pleased with everything. Would definitely use them again.

Good experience. On time, fast and well done. Associate was friendly and provided me with good information. My only comment is related to the price. Only one spring was broken. He recommended I replace both and they encourage you to do this by making one spring replacement $150 and two springs $200. I was not pleased about that, but again, overall a good experience.

I would recommend this company to anyone. The technician was friendly and offered a competitive price. He replaced the springs on the second garage door for a reduced cost ($100 instead of the $185 charged for the first door) and honored my Angie's List coupon. The company also provides a five-year warranty on the springs. He finished the work in about one hour and cleaned up the work area nicely. The technician was a half-hour late to the appointment, but someone from the home office called me to let me know that he would be late and was very apologetic. I have no complaints and will use this company in the future. Great experience!

While all workers were polite, in retrospect, it seems like the company's agenda was to sell us a garage door. When it broke for the fourth time, we called another company right out of the yellow pages. They came right away -- and were somewhat confused that Deluxe did not simply replace the springs. The door itself, while it is old, "still functions." When we do decide to get a new door, we will NOT call Deluxe. Our ignorance about garage doors was exploited.
