I called Brian, he sent someone out, provided me an estimate and completed the job in under a week! Everything is neat and the new door is gorgeous! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a job well done!

It took several days for Jeff to contact me after I called requesting an estimate. They couldn't really work around my schedule for stopping by, so we had to meet over lunch time. Jeff was very polite and professional, but he was there maybe 5 minutes. Didn't really explain much about the door or hardware. The price was very competitive with my next lowest bid. Decided to go with another company that worked with my schedule, took time to explain things and could do the work in a couple of days rather than a week or two.

They were very good and educational about garage doors and openers. I received weekend callback, and the work was performed very quickly.

Jeff Mays was prompt, friendly, and thorough in presenting us with an estimate on the door replacement and work involved. Four days later, Chris, our technician, exhibited the same professionalism. He explained that back at the shop they had come up with a way of doing our installation without removing existing garage door wood molding, which might have damaged our stucco. The installation went smoothly, after which Chris explained proper maintenance techniques and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. We are very pleased with the results.

They could have sold us a complete new door. Instead they discussed the pros and cons of repair vs. replacement before doing the work.

The company responded quickly to my request for a quote. They were here on a Saturday and Wednesday night I had a new garage door. They had reserved out door from their supplier, but when they went to get it, the supplier was out. We agreed to a better model and they installed it on the same day. My situation put them behind schedule, but they honored the installation commitment for Wednesday. Not their fault, but just 2 hours late. I give them an A rating. Not related, but the installer brought ''Sprocket'' with him. He travels with the installer (John) to many of his sites. The children of the elementary school a block away loved the Chihuahua ''Sprocket''. The dog says hi!

The company was able to give me an appointment that day that met my needs. The person who did the work, Mark, called ahead to make sure he knew where my place was and was there on time. In fact, a few minutes early. He was friendly and polite and explained exactly what the problem was (the safety eye was out of alignment). He also did a safety check, oiled the system, and gave me a $10 discount on the service call because it ''wasn't that big a deal.'' My problem was resolved very quickly, and the experience could not have gone better. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am very satisfied. The service technician was on time, courteous, and efficient. He also provided some additional maintenance on the garage door at no charge.

They gave outstanding service! I cannot say enough about Jeff and John's friendliness and thoroughness. They did a great job putting in a garage door opener which was extremely tricky because of the structure of my garage. I had several people tell me it couldn't be done, but Jeff and his team found a way, and I am thrilled with the results! The speed was amazing. It took within a week from call to service. I can't be happier and will use them again!

I called on a Sunday afternoon and they were very responsive and able to come out the following morning. I had left messages with two other garage door repair firms and never heard back from either one. Deluxe Door called before they came out and arrived in the time span they said. The door was fixed quickly and the service man was polite and explained what he was going to do before proceeding. I would definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

I was thrilled Chris was able to get to the house so quickly, especially since it was right before Labor Day on the weekend. I called Friday night and he was there on Saturday morning. He was kind, worked quickly and I was very happy. The house is for sale and it was necessary to have the repair done right away since it was going to be shown the next day.

The technician was very informative and nice. He checked the whole system and told me it probably had a couple more years of life. He said if it did die they would come out right away and even give me a discount for a new liftmaster. He gave me an additional $10 off because he said he didn't do much. I'm so glad I called them and would definitely call them again. They were very punctual. He called before he came out. They are very big on customer service.

Mark was very friendly and informative. He was very customer service oriented and discussed the company's philosophy on taking good care of customers and doing the job right. While he arrived over 1/2 hour past the 2 hour window given to me, he performed the job efficiently. I certainly cannot complain as they came out and fixed the door the same day that I called to arrange service. I would recommend Mark & Deluxe door systems to anyone interested in garage door repair. He event tightened up the door's track support braces while he was at the house.

I used this company previously to install an outside garage door one year ago. My wife and I were pleased with their service. They continue to offer prompt, courteous service. Instead of paying $400 for a new garage door opener, Mark fixed my old opener and showed me how to keep it working. Thank you!!!

John and his son did a professional and competent job on the garage door installation. They were a little later in arriving than scheduled, but they called to let me know. They were careful, and obviously competent in doing the work, and I am glad I decided to use them again. I was impressed that they bothered to call me back after the less than ideal experience last time, and I appreciated their discount. No trouble or confusion about the price this time, which was quite reasonable. I need I new garage door and I will call them to have the work done. Provided custom size doors for an old garage. Other companies said they'd install standard size only. Cost for custom size was same as other companies. Did a great job. Even moved the keypad for the garage door opener since it was in the way. Prompt response for an estimate. Showed up on time.

They came out in July of 2005 to look at our garage door that was not working properly. We were extremely happy with their service. I called them again July of 2006 for another problem and they helped me it over the phone, to save me a service call charge. I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

I called a number of providers on Angie's list, and this was one of the very few that were willing to install an opener that was purchased elsewhere. On the scheduled installation day, I received a call about 5 minutes before the end of the window I was given to inform me that the tech scheduled to do the work had a family emergency and had to go home. They tried to squeeze me in with a different tech and were unable to. They compensated me for the inconvenience by letting me schedule the installation on any day, at any time at a very discounted rate. It was a very reasonable response. The tech that performed the work arrived as scheduled and did a great job. In and out in 45 minutes, explained all of the features, including tips on general garage door maintenance. All in all, a great experience even after the initial scheduling problem.
