One of our garage door springs broke and we decided to try Deluxe based on their Angies List feedback. We have used other providers in the past. Our experience with Deluxe was excellent. The technician, Mark, arrived within two hours of our call and was prompt and courteous. This is a company, and Mark is a technician, that obviously takes pride in their work. The repairs were done and Mark also lubed both of our doors, giving us some maintenance pointers to extend the life of the springs. Mark is a devoted Chevy man, but he wont mind if you have a Ford or two in your garage!

They were very patient with me and helped me fix it over the phone. She let me put the phone down to go out several times to try to adjust it myself so they wouldn't have to come out. There was no charge.

There was a little discrepancy in the beginning, but the owner came right out and fixed everything.

We had a garage door that was bent because it came down on our van. We called a couple of companies for a quote. Deluxe Door was the only one that offered to replace only the broken/bent parts of the doors (others wanted to replace the entire garage door). They came out quickly for an estimate and install time was very short. The longest part of the process was the special order which was out of their control. The installer was very professional.

Very well. I called early in the morning and got an appointment from 1-3. At 1:30, the repairman called to say he would be out around 4:00. At 2:30 he called again to say that a call was cancelled and he would be right there. He arrived at 3:00. When he examined the door and told me I had a broken spring, which was very obvious. When I told him that the garage door opener was not working properly, he said ''One thing at a time, lady.'' Have to admit that I felt as though I was the stupid woman. However, he did complete the job quickly. The door works better and quieter than ever. I also asked him to replace the light bulb in the garage door opener while he was up there, which he did not do. But again, he did do a great job.

They were excellent to deal with. I discovered the problem on a football Saturday afternoon. They would have come then but would have had to charge extra for weekend work. However, I left my car out of the garage and didn't have to raise and lower the door for the rest of the weekend. So they came bright and early Monday morning. The person they sent was very friendly yet professional. He also checked the remaining bracket, the tracks, the opener, the door, and oiled the hinges and other parts while he was there. I would call them again without hesitation.

Overall, they did a very nice job. I contacted Deluxe Doors based on a recommendation from Angie's List and they were able to come out two days later. The person I initially contacted was pulled in many directions at the time but still answered all of my questions. They called me on the morning of the scheduled installation and said that they would not be able to come during the schedule times, so I was not present during the work. However, I was able to give them access to the garage while I was gone. When I returned, all the equipment was installed, working properly, and they had cleaned up any material from their installation. During a phone call several days later to obtain the billing information, there was a question about a certain piece of equipment that was not installed. The dispatcher/coordinator (who was very professional) immediately contacted the installers and I found out that I did not need the equipment that was originally "old" to me, which saved me another $35.

I had one spring break. I called Deluxe and they sent out Mark that very day, even though I told them it was not an emergency. They also called about 15 minutes before arriving-which was nice. I went ahead and replaced both springs as the price quoted for two was about the same amount others were quoting for one. Mark was very polite, clear with his explanations, and worked quickly. The door works better than ever.

The person who answered the phone, I don't know his name, seemed annoyed by my call. He didn't ask any specific questions as to the type of door I had, how many springs I had to replace, the weight or height of the door. From the research that I've done on line, these are key pieces of information that are needed to give a proper estimate. The gentleman immediately quoted me about $225. I asked follow-up questions about how much work this covers and volunteered the specific information about my door and current springs. He then jumped his quote to $450. Had I not asked the follow-up questions, I would have had my bill doubled ounces they arrived to do the work. Imagine if they did this to most customers, and the elderly, who wouldn't know any better. I crossed them off my list of potential contractors.

One morning I went outside to go to work and the garage door opener wouldn't go up. I looked around and quickly realized the spring was broken in half. After a quick search through Angie's List I called Deluxe Garage Doors at about 8:30 in the morning, they quoted a price over the phone and said they'd be out between 10am and noon. They arrived around 11am and had the job done in about 30 minutes. I have two shiny new garage door springs (one is more a backup than anything from what I understand) and the garage door works perfectly. The total bill was exactly as quoted on the phone.

I called Deluxe for an appointment to service my large garage door. They scheduled us for the next morning. Mark was the Technician that arrived. He was very polite and professional. After examining the door and assessing why it was having the problems. He proceeded to explain what was necessary to fix it. Even though the house is only three years old. The doors that were installed needed bracing to make it function properly. Mark proceeded to service the door and adjust the spring. He also adjusted our smaller third car garage door. Both my husband and I were very impressed with his work and the dedication to having the door perform perfectly. I would highly recommend this company. Should we need anything further, would definitely call them again.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Deluxe Door Systems was the only service I was able to reach that day. I was able to schedule an appointment for the first thing on Monday morning. The worker arrived promptly, gave me a firm quote, and finished the job within an hour.

Mine was not a drop-in job so it required a little bit of extra work to get them installed. Mark was great in trying to make things work but we ran into a couple problems which required him to come back out for adjustments. Each time they were responsive and I have properly installed garage doors.

They did a great job, they loosened and re-tightened the springs. The door works good and they are installing a garage door opener and are crediting the cost of the repair toward the garage door opener.

They were excellent! I called them on Monday and they came out the same day. They were pleasant and knew exactly what was wrong. They replaced two broken bolts and lubed the whole track. They even completed a full inspection of the other working parts of the door. Their price was very fair and they still honored the Angie's List discount coupon! I am very happy with the work they did for me.

Brett was knowledgeable and straightforward about what we needed for our garage door. He recommended that we replace the door in the not-too-distant future, but since we weren't ready to do that he gave us tips on how to lengthen the life of the door that we currently have.

They did a really good job, but when I came out, I had just wanted a repair. They couldn't repair it, they said it just needed to be replaced. I wanted to get some other estimates, but they didn't give me a chance. They told me that if I hadn't used them right then, I would have had to pay a $45 fee. They did a good job on the doors.

Did a nice job. John was very personable and informative. Came out the next day when they said they would.

He was able to meet our schedule and came promptly within the time he said he'd be there. When he looked at the door he informed us that eventually we would need to get a new door (which was about $1,000 dollars), but didn't pressure us to go ahead with that sale. He said the door could be repaired for much, much less. He did the repair in a timely manner. He left us information about purchasing a new door and said he would give us a discount on the door, too, since we'd used him already. He also gave us a 10% discount even though the coupon we found was actually for a new door and repair, but he gave it to us anyway.

The representative was very polite and cooperative in working with my schedule. They called shortly before arriving. Unfortunately the door could not be repaired. I was given an estimate on replacing and the company followed up with a polite inquiry call a week later. We have not yet made a decision on how to proceed as of now.

The single spring on my garage door broke on the weekend. I called Deluxe Door Systems very early on Monday morning, around 7:00, and actually got an answer. I requested a service call, and they were able to accommodate me on the same day. The technician arrived as scheduled and suggested that I replace the single spring with a double spring, to which I agreed. He was very friendly, completed the job quickly and cleanly, lubricated the garage door and made several self-maintenance suggestions to help me avoid unnecessary service calls.

Jeff saved our bacon! :) The spring in our garage door broke, and he was able to come out the same day (which was a blessing given that my car was trapped in there). He and his son worked quickly to replace the door spring with a double spring (to provide backup if one ever breaks) and were professional and very customer-oriented. I was really impressed with their level of customer care and responsiveness. They also took time to show us exactly what had gone wrong, to explain certain parts of the garage door mechanism, and steps to maintain the door in the future. Although I hope we don't have to call Jeff for some time, if I ever need a garage door fixed, he'll be the first call I make.

Overall it was a very good experience. Jeff came out evaluated the door and gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. It took just over two weeks to order the door and have it installed. The installation went smoothly and the door looks and runs great.

I called Deluxe Door Systems. They were able to come out the next day and gave me a two hour window. They came at the right time, replaced the system and put up a code pad so we could access the garage without a transmitter. They also programmed the cars - I'd never have thought of that! They seemed to anticipate what I needed without being asked.

This is the second time I have used their service and was just as satisfied as the first. They responded to the request by the next morning. Came that day and fixed the door opener in 1/2 hour. Also while he was there he looked at both doors and serviced them. Wonderful service, prompt, knowledgeable.
