The door was custom made because it is 18' X 7', little wider than standard. The new door was installed a few days later than promised, which was not a problem. Since my garage floor is uneven I knew a tight seal would be a problem, it was. I called Jeff, the owner and he came out on a Saturday and I helped him install a new, larger seal that worked. He also checked the installation and told me one of the 2 springs was too tight. He made the adjustment and said he would talk to the installer about it. When I reminded him I was with Angie's List, he decided not to charge me the extra $20 for the new seal. I think Jeff is the type of person who will do anything within reason to satisfy the customer.

They installed the door when they said they would and were on time. The door cost exactly what they said. They took away the old parts. It was done quickly and professionally. We will use this company again.

My overall experience was very pleasant. The technician arrived on time & was courteous. He gave me a call on my cell phone about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know that he was on his way. After the job was over (garage door spring replacement), he said that the 1/2 HP motor that helps lift the garage was "sounding bad". He warned me that I could face an issue with the motor in a year's time. However, there was no need to replace it until it does go. He put a courtesy sticker on my garage door so that I could get in touch with them should the motor go prematurely. I felt that I was advised of impending issues/problems but did not feel any pressure to invest in fixing them. In fact I felt exactly the opposite- that the vendor was ready to help me get the best out of the equipment I already had.

Mark was great--he explained the details of what was broken (motor brushes) and why it was impossible to repair (obsolete opener, no parts available), then replaced the old unit with a top-of-the-line new unit and let me nit-pick about where the wires were going to be run. He was professional, courteous, and full of information. And since he'd already been out for the initial service call, he didn't charge another service fee.

Friendly on phone when I made the appointment. They called 15 minutes prior to arriving, and showed up on time. Explained and showed me exactly what the problem was with the door and took the time to explain what I can do to avoid problems in the future. Very highly satisfied and will be using them again. Great job!

Great- here, fixed, & finished quickly.

Company was quick to send someone out in response to my phone call - it was the same day or very next day. They showed me how to change an adjustment on the opener to allow the engine to exert a greater force on the door and pull it up. They lubricated the rollers and tracks. They recommended I consider replacing the wood door (original I think and probably 50 years old) with a steel door. It would be lighter and less likely to burn out door opener and would include new springs, tracks etc. They were NOT pushy which I appreciated. Price of new door seemed very reasonable compared to competition (I called around after they left). I decided not to replace at this time.

Very nice, gave $10 off. He came right away, did a nice job and we were very pleased.

The salesman offered me a Saturday morning appointment (between 8 AM and noon); I asked that he come earlier rather than later. He showed up at 12:10 PM. The person who did the installation was about an hour late and took longer than he promised. Also, I found out during the installation that the windows I ordered could not be placed at the top of the door where I wanted them because of interference with the opener. I think the salesperson should have recognized that. (We ended up putting the windows one row down from the top where, frankly, they don't look right. Which, of course, will bug me every time I pull in the driveway.) Nevertheless, the door works fine and it was cheaper than the other 2 companies I contacted and therefore worth a few headaches. All the people I came in contact with were very friendly and courteous, just not very respectful of my time.

Spectacular. I called this morning, they came this afternoon, and our door is operational, but it's also much quieter! I can't believe only one man was able to make such a complete repair.

When Mark showed up ,I told him the problem and he knew what it was right away. It had to do with a motor. I told him I had to miss work because of the door. He told me he would take care of it(I needed an excuse for missing a day of work, so he put in detail on the invoice what had happened).

Mark came out within a couple of hours of my calling on a Monday morning. He was very courteous and explained the work he did and his recommendation for replacing the doors.

The workman was very late to the appointment, because he got behind schedule earlier during the day. I was his last call and instead of just hurrying through the call so that he could get home, he actually repaired the garage door to his own standards, far beyond what I originally called him out to do. He spent 30 minutes beyond what it took to repair my original problem to get the door operating at an excellent level. His work was outstanding and I have a garage door that operates better than it did when it was brand new, thanks to his great attention to detail.

I called one morning and left a message. Shortly thereafter a lovely lady called back, took my information and said she had a repairman going out to my neighborhood that morning and put me on his list. He came as promised, was polite and professional, fixed the problem, explained the sensitivity controls to me so I can adjust them the next time, and gave me advice on using the silicone regularly. The base rate for a call was less than Graf Co. and he accepted the Angie's List coupon which made it very affordable. I could not be more pleased with their service.

Called the company on the weekend, was very surprised to get a live person answering the phone. She scheduled us for a 8-10AM window Monday morning. Mark, the technician, called at 7:35 to let us know he was on his way. He arrived at 7:50, adjusted the door, and informed us of proper maintenance of the garage door/opener. He was done in less than 15 minutes. He gave us a $10 discount without us even asking for it. Excellent service!

Excellent. From the time I asked for a quote to the finished product was less than 48 hours. Individual responsible for the install was very prompt and professional. There was some confusion with regards to what was requested during the install however, that was quickly rectified and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the work completed.

I called Deluxe Door Systems and explained my garage door opener quit working. They were very courteous and set up an appointment for the next day. I received a call from the repairman, Mark, before arriving. He found the problem immediately and gave me options. I chose to have a new safety system for our garage door opener. He went to work and was done in no time. He also tightened hinges on the door and oiled the complete garage door opener system. When finished, he explained all that was done and gave me tips on what to check if this problem happened in the future. I was very pleased with the work and will definitely call on them again if any more problems arise.

They arrived early, completed the work rapidly, explained everything well. and did top notch service.

I was impressed with their responsiveness. I called them one morning and they were there that afternoon. They did a good job.

The employee was very helpful and friendly. They told me how to properly maintain the door with regular lubrication. I asked a lot of questions. He answered them all. I will definitely call again.

They never called me back. I called them at least 10 times, when I finally got in touch with him. He explained that they were just so busy that they never had a chance to get back to me. I told him never mind, and I would just find someone else.

He was professional, friendly, on-time, knowledgeable, and provided extra value.

I contacted Deluxe Doors on Friday and they were able to come out right away on Saturday morning. The technical was great. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. He also tightened up the garage door chain no charge. I would definitely use them again.

I ran into the door with the car and had to have it replaced in full. Called them in the morning and they were there that afternoon. They were at my house by 2:30 replacing the door.

They were able to schedule an appointment promptly. They were available the next day, but I was not. The technician was professional and showed me how to lubricate the door.
