The technician, Lang, from Deluxe Door Systems came out on a Saturday as part of the company's emergency service. He was friendly and professional and answered all our questions. He determined with one quick glance what our problem was. He completed the job in probably 1/2 hour. We are happy with the results.

The service was performed very competently. The service provider was knowledgeable and friendly.

The salesperson and the fellow who installed the door were great. I had never seen a door installed before and he did a great job building it up from the inside.

Arrived on time for the free estimate and for the work. Old door was removed and hauled away, new door installed including new garage door springs. Work was performed professionally and completed in under 2 hours. No added charges. There was no trash of any kind left behind. Door looks beautiful and works fine.

Company representative arrived promptly to discuss whether door could be repaired; recommended removal and installation of new door. Installation of new door done promptly and efficiently.

They were on time and did a great job. Update: I had a problem with the garage door they installed. The door was not opening and closing properly. They found a spot where an animal had been chewing on the wires. They repaired the wires and got the door up and running again. The cost of that repair was $30. They also gave me a discount because they had just installed the door not too long ago. I was very happy with the work they did. Quick response to my phone calls and had the repair done in a timely manor. All A?s again.

They came out and measured the door ad it turned out it was a special width and height. The price did not change. They ordered the door, and installed it when they said they would. They hauled away the old door and cleaned up after themselves.

They were prompt, on estimate and very professional. They didn't make a minor problem into a major problem.

I called for a phone estimate and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The installer was punctual, courteous and concerned with doing a good job. I had a problem several days later, when one of the new openers, started opening the garage door all by itself. I called to explain the problem and was scheduled right away. The installer returned and replaced the wiring and the button. That has solved the problem and I've had no other problems, since. I was very pleased with the prompt response and the installer's concern for making sure the problem was resolved. Overall, I was very pleased with the work performed and with everyone, I dealt with.

I called at 8 am on Tuesday morning after Memorial Day and they said they could have someone out by Noon. Chris showed up at 9:15 am and that's when it was determined we really should go with a new door instead of repairing at 35 year old door. He first thought they wouldn't be able to install the new door until Friday and when he called it in, they were able to do it the next day. Before Chris left he was able to get the old door back down and secure the garage.

We were very pleased. He also, gave us some good feedback that worked out great.

He took a suggestion of mine into account which I appreciated. The company was not able to repair the door but offered to replace it the following week. I decided not to replace the door. The price was reasonable for the repair that they did.

Great experience. Day 1, I called, Day 2, they finished the estimate. Day 3, they did the installation. That is the type of service that one seeks, but doesn't find too often these days. Great job.

I called Deluxe Door on a Monday afternoon and they wanted to come that day. Since I was at work, I opted to have them do the work the next day. Their service man arrived at 9:30 on Tuesday morning and had my door operating within an hour. Not only did he fix my door, he readjusted the spring, and lubricated it too. He also took the time to show me where to lubricate the hardware so I can do it myself in the future. I am very impressed with Deluxe Door and will call them again should I have any future problems.

They were very prompt in coming to do an estimate and were also very fast at installing the door when it came time for that. The worker that came to do the estimate was professional, all about business. I was not present for the install, but very happy with the results.

The garage door spring failed just as I was leaving to take my son to an 8 a.m. class. He was due at a second class at 11 a.m. I reached Deluxe Doors shortly after 8 a.m. and the said they would send somebody between 9 and 11 a.m. Their operative arrived about 11:15. He appeared to be quick and efficient and charged $225. The following evening, one of the cables attaching the spring to the door failed. Deluxe Doors came out at 9 a.m. the following morning. Their operative said there would be no service charge which pleased me. He would only charge me for two 8' steel cables. $70!

Worked with me on scheduling, came within 4 hours after call. Willing to schedule for Saturday despite the fact he was moving that same day thoroughly pleased with his promptness and professionalism. A+.

I was given a working time from 3-5 but they arrived an hour earlier and got right to work. Worked hard to make address door closure issues due to age and fit of garage door itself.

They were able to come out the next day and took care of it for me.

Our old garage door opener was very loud and needed to be replaced. Our springs were old and we decided to go ahead and replace instead of waiting for them to break. I emailed Deluxe Door requesting a quote. They replied very quickly and I was able to schedule for the next day. The new garage door opener works great and the tech was very nice and professional. We would use them again.

They were great. My service guy arrived on time, got the job done quickly and was very polite.

I thought they did good work, I was somewhat surprised when the salesman said they would send out a crew, but only one man showed up.
